After several quick emails, we made plans to drive down the next day. It ended up being a 5 hour drive and we arrived around 2pm. After a test drive, we started signing all the papers. After a night in a local hotel, we picked it up the next morning and drove home. Rey made this an easy purchase, answered all our questions, and felt like a new friend when we were done. Oh, and this was on his day off! Very pleased with Rey and the dealership.

    This review is for the Body shop, this is my 2nd time bringing my vehicle to work on, I was…read moredisappointed on both occasions, the first time, the repair was not satisfactory, they forgot to put my front plate back on, when I reminded them about it, they tried to question me if I was sure, and the front grill was not put back correctly. And the 2nd time , I told the lady I was in contact with about my 1st experience and that I only came back because of her, and I explained to her about the grilled from the previous experience, and she said we will take care of it. But the 2nd time was worse than the first time, they forgot to put my front plate again , and the grill, one side was done correctly and the other side was still not good, when I brought that to her attention, she said I only mentioned one side and not the other side, I told but if they removed the grill to work on it they should have done it correctly, she said is only an extra clip they added to it, like is no big deal.. and they only fixed the front bumper and the fender. And the back door was not done because she said the insurance company didn't want to pay for it because they said it was not part of the accident. She only told me this after she was done with all of the repairs that were approved by the insurance company. I asked her why didn't you tell me this prior to doing the repairs, she said because I was rushing her to get my vehicle back on the road. So decided to call the insurance company to see why they didn't approve the repair for the rear of the vehicle, they said because they didn't think it was consistent with the accident and that the shop agreed with them. I even had her to add her manager to the email between her and I, but the manager didn't add his two sense to it. And this is very disappointing from a reputable company like this. Thanks.

    I bought a diesel truck from this dealership 5 years ago. I've tried on several different occasions…read moreto get service help from them over the years. I've had a continual, very expensive issue regarding the exhaust system. This morning I dropped by and needed a very simple, 5 minute procedure from the diesel tech and they told me I had to leave it all day. I explained that I couldn't leave it, but if he could simply perform a forced regen for me (5 minutes... doesn't even have to open the hood) I could wait the hour or so for the regen to complete (which requires no supervision by the tech) but they said NO, they WOULD NOT HELP ME unless I could leave it all day. Oh, and by the way, they only had ONE truck in the whole maintenance bay.... they just simply didn't give a shit about helping me.

When I arrived, I was surprised to be told that my truck would need to sit at the dealership for a full week before anyone could even look at it. This doesn't make sense to me. The purpose of making an appointment should be to give the technician time on that day to at least assess the issue. Being required to leave my truck for a week without any guarantee it would even be looked at is extremely inconvenient. When I asked if I could drop it off at a later date--so the truck wasn't just sitting there--I was told by the service manager that they don't allow that. Overall, this defeats the purpose of having an appointment and makes it difficult for customers who rely on their vehicles daily.

The Finance Manager openly told my wife and me that he was "out to make money" and refused to honor our pre-approved financing unless we agreed to give him extra on top of the loan. When we pointed out how rude and unprofessional this was, he escalated the situation by refusing to sell us a car altogether and asked us to leave the property. This behavior is predatory and disrespectful. A dealership should value customers and honor legitimate financing, not attempt to strong-arm buyers into unnecessary upsells. Instead of helping us, Hardy Family Ford made it clear that profit mattered more than integrity or customer service. If you're considering buying here, be aware: they may not respect your financing and could treat you poorly if you don't agree to their upsell tactics. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a dealership that values honesty and professionalism.

So when clearing my stuff out I noticed that the cd I listened to while driving there was gone. I mentioned to salesperson and they just adamantly insisted there wasn't one there. I got the lease trade in and before leaving I asked where is the owners manual, Salesperson said this model doesn't have them in them anymore. Months later looking through this glove box found the owners manual on a top shelf in the glove box that is hard to see. So, 2 lies so far. Maybe 6 months later I took the vehicle to Hardy ford for the oil change and tire rotation special. Everything seems fine, driving home I get a flat tire. I look at tire that's flat and notice that it s a wheel that has a scrap from hitting a curb and I always k ow where it's positioned on the car and notice it's in the same place as it was before tire Rotation. No hands prints on any of the wheels that would be there if handled. I went to change tire and noticed the lug wrench did not fit some of the lugs. I was close to home and they were run flats, so drove it home. Got a socket that fit and they would just spin like they were stripped. Called Hardy ford, they insisted they had rotated the tires, THEY DID NOT. They also said bring it back and we'll change all your lugs for $100. Told them they are smoking crack. Took it to Discount Tire in Hiram. Took them an hour and a half to get the lugs off, balanced and rotated my tires for free and charged me $50 for the lugs AND informed me there is a class action law suit against Ford for using 2 piece lug nuts that over time of being impacted separate and swell. Ford new this and instead of telling me there is an issue and take care of it , they chose to LIE saying they rotated my tires, charged me and sent me on my way. What if I would of been driving on a trip out of state. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. And I had purchased 3 vehicles there in the past.

Glad I did as recently my door locks, several switches on the dash and the HVAC control unit went out. Took it in and dropped it off with Carrie Gideons in the service department. Very satisfied with the overall experience. All the concerns were documented, Carrie followed-up with status updates, ordered all the correct parts the first time and they arrived when she said they would. Had arranged a rental car for me (covered under the CSC warranty). The service dept completed the repairs sooner than expected and was able to pick-up my truck the same day. I've used/visited other CDJ dealers in the area and had nothing but poor experiences with them (sales and service). One ordered the HVAC control unit, told me it was on backorder, it arrived 1 week later so I brought my truck back in. Two hours later after waiting, they ordered the wrong part. Left after they re-ordered it again. Waited 3 months and up to this point havent heard anything from the dealer. Called and said it was still on backorder. Waited 2 more months, called and it was still on backorder. Waited 2 more months, called the dealer and was told the backorder part arrived but they only keep special order parts for 30 days before sending back to CDJ. So when I called they said it was returned and we would have to bring truck back in, re-diagnose and re-order the part. In the meantime, never received a call to let me know it was in. This is when I decided to go back to Dallas Dodge. Had the same HVAC control panel in 5 days. I will continue to use Dallas Dodge as my dealer. Very positive experience with both new car purchases and all of our services. I highly recommend! Greg Veneziale our sales associate and Carrie Gideons our service consultant are very personable, friendly and fair. Not once did I feel I was lied to or taken advantage of. I came in with my Dodge Ram for service, stopped by Greg who sold us a 2012 Durango Citadel a year prior, he remembered mine and my son's name. He even remembered where I worked! Now that is customer service!
