Too many restaurants are cutting corners by purchasing chopped onions from the food service guys. DON'T DO IT! I can spot 'em a mile away. Just don't do it! These onions were chopped this morning. The slaw is made fresh each morning. It is crisp, and sweet with just the right amount of mayo. The chili was very good. Also made on site everyday. I tried one of each, and while both were good, I enjoyed the red better. Just had more flavor. Also $1 cheaper! Both a tad pricey, but two of us got out for about $16+tip. They do take plastic, but there is a 3% charge. All in all, this is a very good hotdog in a region full of good dogs. These are about 50 minutes from Winston-Salem.
