Okay. This place is really cool. We had a bowling reservation so we bowled first for an hour and then went upstairs and had dinner and drinks on the rooftop. The service was a little slow upstairs I remember it took us forever to eat because we waited so long. It is a little expensive for bowling it was about 30$ a person for like an hour and to me that's insane. The food is really good and this is a huge place. Good to come for fun and or for brunch. They also have bocce too. It's a great place for an event or something. So ya a little overpriced and the service wasn't fabulous and my friend told me she didn't have great service either but other than that it's great.

We came to Pinstripes to celebrate our mom's birthday on a Sunday, so that we could have the brunch buffet. This was our first time there and we can't wait to come back! We had a table reservation for 9-10 people and we were seated right away. Our server was Tylus, and he was amazing!!! He took great care of us and we were never without anything! He came by to check in and helped with recommendations. As for the buffet itself, we were blown away by the options that were available. There were things that you don't typically see at other brunch buffets - pastas, pizza, chilaquiles, chocolate fountain, etc. Everyone opted for the buffet and we all really really enjoyed everything we got. The omelet station was fantastic, and I actually asked if he could make me a scramble instead and he was happy to make that for me. It was VERY good. The breakfast pasta with gnocchi was amazing!! Very unique! They had chicken & goat cheese pasta as well... which we all loved! The brusselsprouts were soooooo good, also not a typical brunch buffet option. The pin hole donuts were my husband's favorite part too!! You can add all kinds of toppings! They have a bottomless mimosa option for a reasonable price. They have great local craft beer options too and delicious cocktails - my cousin ordered the Limoncello Martini and loved it! After brunch, I was able to make a quick reservation for bowling. It was SO much fun. It was definitely not a typical bowling alley, it was very relaxed and comfortable - the menus/point screen had fun games and the bowling balls were giant pool balls. We had a blast!! Overall, it was a really really fun Sunday and another bit thank you to Tylus for making it such a great experience! We will definitely be back!!!

Pinstripes is a bistro restaurant, event space, bowling alley, bocce ball court and bar. This location has a huge patio space featuring comfortable pillows and attractive table groupings including a fire pit. Downstairs you will find a comfortable club style bar and dining room. The 10 bowling lanes are in a separate room and include a high tech scoring system that allows you to play various digital games including ones for kids. So not just bumpers here. The single bocce ball court has a large screen TV at the end so you can bowl and watch a game at the same time. Upstairs is their event space where they have another bar and tables for food service. I have been a couple times on Monday nights and this was not open. All the staff I have encountered offered excellent service. The servers at the bar are especially welcoming. I want to try the loveseat stool that allows you to belly up to the bar with your significant other. The food is generous portions but the prices can seem a little on the high side. I would pay a little more for the quality of food and excellent service. Pinstripes features scratch-made Italian-American starters, entrees, pastas, pizzas, salads, sides & dessert. The way to go is their weekly specials (Mon-Fri). They change these periodically, so check their website before you go. I have gone 3 times for their Monday special. All you can eat signature chop salad, and spaghetti with meatballs for $16. The chopped salad is so good, I could almost keep reordering the salad alone. Grape tomatoes, roasted corn, Kalamata olives, Gorgonzola, stracciatella, dates, cannellini beans and crispy noodles. The pasta is good as well. They do not allow to go boxes with this special, so eat up. On Mondays they offer your first glass of wine for a dollar. Apparently you have to go to the bar and get a bracelet first. I went and just ordered a glass and found out I was paying full price. Right now the Tuesday special is two-for-Tuesday. Buy an item and get the exact same one for free. I am going to try this next. Other Yelpers have reported the bowling prices seem high. Pinstripes sells bowling passes at slower times. The winter pass is Jan 2 to March 31, unlimited bowling for $70. They had a similar special in the summer. I have not purchased this, so check with them for details. Pinstripes is a US national chain so I bought some gift cards from a warehouse store that adds an additional discount to my purchases. I enjoy the upscale decor like the statue in front of the restaurant that looks like a wine opener man. The attention to detail runs all through this venue.

This was my second time coming here. As before the old fashions was superb so I had 2. The food was better . The decor is nicely decorated with different seating options . The waiter was very helpful. Made nice suggestions . My prime rib dip was more like your regular sliced beef. Parmesan fries were good . Came here for brunch for the first time experience and it was a good one. The food was tasty and plenty of options to choose from. I did feel like the service was a little bit under average with it being such an upscale and aesthetically pleasing location. The rooftop, bowling, and extra rooms make this for a unique place to have a number of events at. The location can get very busy as it is in a tourist area, but I do love the concept of this place. I will definitely come back for their regular menu items and entrées.

Went on a recommendation. Was very pleased. Food was good. There was a great variety. We bowled and had a fun time doing so. There were 8 of us. The only issue I had was the birthday party going on thought they were entitled and took over more than their tables and all the balls. The server said they had been rude all day. I think the place should have offered us a discount or extra hour to pay without them. They didn't. It's ok. We'll go back.

Ambiance is great, loved the decor on the bowling side. Music was good, it could've been a little louder though. Our server was great, very attentive. Our food and drinks were also very good. Pricing for burgers, sandwiches and flatbread were all around $20 each. I will say that it is pricey to bowl here. By pricey I mean $127 for just 3 adults- that includes your lane for 2 hrs and bowling shoes. We had a great time, but with these prices I would only come to bowl here for special occasions. I've also been to the restaurant side of Pinstripes for dinner. It was Italian and everything we ordered was good. I'd go back.

I came here for a private party. I knocked off a star because they were not equipped to handle a party of this size resulting in long waits at the bar and subpar service. However, the venue itself was impressive. They have bowling, eating, bar, piano par, roof DJ, etc. It's the perfect venue to meet anyone's needs. I'd be interested in coming back on a regular day to check it out.

Very cool place, good food, fun drinks and friendly staff. We didn't do any bowling or bocce but it looked like a good time. The space for both isn't huge (it's not a bowling alley after all) so a reservation would be advisable on busier nights although not required. As for the rest of the place, plenty of seating inside and out. Nice menu and cool daily drink/food specials so check it out.

Popped in last night and this bowling venue is incredible! The people serving the event were so incredibly kind. This venue is going to be so much fun! There are so many fun and trendy photo worthy spots. We love all of the areas for food and drinks both down stairs, outside, and upstairs! The rooftop bar was beautiful! The private event spaces were also so nice and would be so fun for private events! Bowling was so fun here as well! We loved the bowling balls and how they were themed as billiard balls. We genuinely had so much fun here and can't wait to come back!!!

This place is huge and interesting. There's a bowling alley, lots of places to hold private gatherings, indoor/outdoor seating, and the breakfast buffet which brought me there. You can definitely tell it's new as the amount of staff, and managers walking around. The buffet is $35 and extensive with an omelette and waffle station, but not a lot of breakfast selections outside of that. The tray of eggs and potatoes looked a bit dry. The pastas had a lack of flavor as well. Lemon ricotta and berry compote for the waffles though...delightful! The pizza and salad options were delicious, especially the spinach and berry salad. The additional thing to be aware of...save room for the chocolate fountain. There's a wide variety to dip in. As it is new, I wish someone would have taken the time to show us around and tell us about the place. There were 4 people at the entrance counter, we had a reservation, and they were still lost for about 5 minutes in where to sit us. I also wish you could interchange your juices/drink selection for $25 , with the unlimited mimosa, sangria, or aperol.

We started and had both soups on the menu which was very delicious. Following the ribs, which was to die for and spaghetti and meatballs, with fresh pasta and meatballs like grandma made. My experience superseded my expectations. It started with my initial phone call to Max to set up my fiancé's 50th surprise birthday party. I told him my vision and he made everything come true. The brunch was fantastic. Kudos to the chef! We couldn't believe all of the delicious food that is provided and for just $25 more you could add bottomless mimosas that were so yummy. The carving and omelet station attendants (sorry I don't know the 2 gentlemen's names) were great and made the birthday boy feel so special every time he went to get another plate. Never did I expect to receive a private room for our party. That was such a bonus and perfect since his party was surprise party and we all know how stressful those can be. Our server Chris was phenomenal! He was always available and made sure that everyone was taken care of and with 20+ppl that is not an easy thing to do. He handled everything and I did not have to worry about a thing. Then after brunch we moved over to bowling and having our own section to continue the festivities with family and friends was perfect. Our guests just talked all day about how much fun they were having and how delicious the food was. It was loved so much that my friend is wanting to plan his birthday party there in July and I am going to plan an outing with my coworkers very soon. We absolutely will recommend Pinstripes Orlando to our family and friends. Max and Chris (they even look alike LOL) thank you for everything. Menu with options for everyone, lobster flatbread was delicious and the ahi tuna was well prepared. The only complaint I have is an unpleasant smell, it's reminiscent of too much cleanser but not a good smelling one and it's a bit overpowering. Destroys the ambiance. read more

Ambiance, atmosphere, food, people, all brunch spots should take note. Need more locations asap! Very good experience & will return to this location as well as looking forward to visiting the Aventura location!! Would definitely recommend almost anything on this buffet style brunch! Super-friendly staff! Very clean contemporary style inside. I visited the upstairs outdoor bar but the weather was very hot. The rooftop looks promising for the nice Orlando evenings. I ordered happy hour chicken wings and steak tip sliders at the bar. Although the fellow sitting next to me raved about the wings, I was less impressed. The wings were very good but not amazing. The steak tip sliders were pretty good too. Drinks were very good. read more

To start off, we never made it there for my son's 12 party birthday I reserved on their website. There was availability at 10:30pm for a party of 12. I booked it on their website to be called personally to cancel it 4 hours later. They said there's a mistake on their website offering times that aren't available. Then was told they can't accommodate my party of 12. Didn't even offer to help to make amends for their mistake. I heard this had happened a few times when I shared my story with my coworkers. I work for attraction & restaurant promotions with Westgate Resorts. I definitely won't recommend to my customers. Ruined my son's birthday plans. read more

A great new gem of a restaurant! The atmosphere is unexpectedly beautiful for what I thought was just going to be a bowling alley... but it's SO MUCH MORE! Not only is the decor lovely, but the food was great! I enjoyed the Prime Rib Sandwich with truffle fries and it was melt in your mouth delicious! The cozy booths look great, the bar is super cool and oh yes... the bowling alley is top notch! Highly recommend! read more

What a pleasant and wonderful time we had today at brunch at Pinstripes in Orlando. We had a birthday and early Mother's Day to celebrate so after seeing the ad on Facebook with the chocolate fountain photos we made the reservation when they were just opening. Our server was Brian and we had a party of 8. Never an empty glass, dirty plates gone quick, he was fantastic. We had brunch, buffet style, no Golden Corral here y'all. The selection was fantastic and everything we tried was delicious! It is a little pricy but remember you can go bowling after you eat, we were too fat and full after all that food. It was crowded but we were there at noon. We might do a 2:00 next visit. They might consider someone playing soft guitar music or other. The decor is pleasant and relaxing inside and out, we did sit indoors this visit. We will make up en excuse to go back before our next July Birthday to celebrate comes around. read more

Tylus. Thats the review. No but seriously, our server Tylus deserves a raise. My husband and I agreed that we havent had an enjoyable and memorable dining experience in a long time. He was so accomodating I can't say it enough. ALL of our food was DELICIOUS. Freshly made. Very accommodating for gluten free peeps & children. Went to bowl, spent almost $200 on drinks while bowling, and then had entrees basically thrown at us after some delicious apps, barely giving us our 7 top enough time to look at them. after 3/7 entrees were sent back, we still failed to receive ketchup, nor our server was willing to come back to our table for water. the entrees had potential, and the manager was willing to hear our issues, but waiting 35 min for drinks, ketchup, water, or service in general was the greatest issue. it's frustrating to see a new place have issues like this. i'd love to know what this place is capable of doing. read more

They charge per person per hour for bowling and bocce ball. We had 7 to celebrate father's day today. Got charged 70 for an hour of bocce ball and 140 for an hour of bowling. Barley got one game in!! What a scam. Brunch was $600. read more

it was expensive, the seating outside has no fans so it's incredibly hot during the summer. the servers charged 20% automatic tip, which wasn't deserved bc they left plates on the tables and didn't check in on us. we had the breakfast brunch which had a lot of options - but most of the food was bland and under seasoned. the fresh omelettes were decent. the burgers were completely dry and not good. the ambience is nice but the food and service was underwhelming read more

My Husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly pleased with the service we had. The food was very good as well. Our server Steven was very attentive and was very busy as well and he never missed a beat. The decor was very nice. This place will be for sure a place to bring our family and friends. Dave the manager also made our experience wonderful. This location screams team work from all of the staff members and bar tenders! Bravo! The only thing I thought was odd that there was only 2 stalls in the bathroom by the bar and bowling ally closer to the kitchen. We didn't wander more to see if there was more restrooms strategically place. Will have to check that out next time. The parking lot is very busy so be careful backing out. Cars will be coming from all sides. The roof top area was very inviting. This is a great place to have parties or just hang out with friend. We will be back. read more

I took my family here for dinner and some bowling. We're vacationing from San Diego and decided to try it. We have something similar back home but this place blew the San Diego place out of the water. Great food (Sliders probably the best sliders I've ever had), great cocktails and good pizza/spaghetti. Service was horrible. It was not busy and there were 12 workers standing around doing nothing. Happy hour is only in certain parts of the building as well. We ordered 3 drinks and only got 2 of them then they tried bringing us the last one as we were walking out the door. Would not recommend on going here. Only reason I am even giving one star is because the food was good. We got an hour of bowling but even before the timer finished, we were being rushed out. We went May 9th around 3:45pm. They came and took our plates away in a hurry and the waiter was being told to tell us we have to go because it's going to start getting busy. We were thinking about doing another hour but the fact that we were being rushed before the timer was even done made us feel unwanted. So, what if it is getting busy? Are we not customers too? We all work in the hospitality industry so we know what real hospitality looks like and I can say that I will never be coming here or bring anyone again. read more

They also increased the price - it's now an extra $10 if you want the re-entry option. They really need an option for parents/guardians and better seating. I'm very disappointed in the changes and we will not be coming back after I had to waste $23 to sit on a hard bench. It was $3 for a can of soda or a bottle of water, $7 for french fries, and $11 for 5 chicken tenders, so the price isn't worth eating or drinking there.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Pinstripes for Fathers Day celebration and it was an experience to remember. The ambiance was delightful, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The decor is tastefully done, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, as well as fun for the whole family! The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish we tried was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity. The flavors were well-balanced, the presentation was impeccable, and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The service was generally excellent. Xander was amazing! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. He was quick to provide recommendations and answer any questions we had about the menu, which added to the overall positive experience. However, there was one aspect of our visit that could use some improvement. Considering our large party, we made sure to reserve online days prior to our arrival and requested a specific section which was noted on the reservation. It took more than 45 min to get to a table, which wasn't even hat we had reserved initially, forcing us to ask for a better seating arrangement.. It was clear that the staff were not well-prepared to handle the situation efficiently. The communication between the staff and the patrons was somewhat strained, and it took longer than expected to resolve the issue. In such scenarios, it's crucial for the staff to remain calm, composed, and empathetic. A more proactive approach, such as immediately acknowledging the problem and offering a quick resolution, would go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, better training on conflict resolution and customer service under pressure would benefit the team and enhance the overall dining experience. Despite this minor hiccup, our overall experience at Pinstripes was outstanding. We left the restaurant feeling satisfied and eager to return. The restaurant itself is very cool and the bowling was great! However, the service was absolutely horrible. We were in a large party for a friend's birthday and our server disappeared for very long periods of time and it was not busy at all. The food was decent and we would have ordered more, but our server was MIA. We had to ask for help from other servers. It took us almost an hour to cash out and receive our checks. The server assumed we would all be on one check and it was very obvious we would not be. Half of the checks had 20% gratuity added and half did not. The managers were well aware we were trying to cash out and never showed face at the table. They even tried to seat another party in our seats because we had been done bowling for over an hour. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for 6+ years and now works in the entertainment industry and is asked by a lot of tourists fun places to go I will 100% not be recommending this place. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Pinstripe Restaurant for my friend's birthday dinner celebration. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations at all. Despite the occasion, my friend didn't even receive a small birthday cupcake, which would have been a lovely gesture, especially since we would have gladly paid for it. The staff seemed indifferent, and the girl hostess was not friendly at all. When we requested to play bowling for 30 minutes early, even with two available lanes, she refused. Overall, this restaurant lacks the flexibility and hospitality that one would expect for a special occasion. The service was subpar, and it felt like the staff made little effort to make our celebration memorable. I cannot recommend this place for celebrating any occasion. read more
