Really disappointed with the arcade portion of this place. They have two game card options, the higher of which was $50 for 300 credits. I put in $100 and only received 500 credits. Then, all of the ticket games were rigged in that they don't pay out what is posted. For example, ball drop gives you 50 tickets normally for 47-49 balls, and it only gives you ten. We go to arcades often, so we know what the payouts should be. I wouldn't have had an issue with the different game settings if it had been posted. For those looking for an arcade, do yourself a favor and go to Round1 at the Grapevine Mills Mall. read more

I have never reviewed a place before, but I must express my great thanks to the wonderful Pinstack staff. I scheduled my son's 10th birthday there on a very busy Saturday night. I then managed to calendar it an hour late and did not realize it. Pinstack called when we were late and went right to work trying to figure out a new plan for 36 kids on just one hour notice despite being fully booked for the night. They made extraordinary accommodations for us and ensured that the party was great and the kids never even noticed. Our three party hosts stayed late with our group even when they were not scheduled to do so. The kids had an amazing time! I can not recommend Pinstack and their staff enough! read more

Great place for games with friends and kids. Very very clean. It's nice the crowd tends to be adults and younger kids and not a bunch of teenagers just hanging around. The food is not the greatest. read more

Very fun to take kids to bowl and to go to the arcade. WE all had a great time. Food pretty good - fish tacos particularly good. The only downside is the drinks - TERRIBLE. The liquor so watered down everyone in our party (8 adults) complained and a number sent them back. for the fun factor a 4 - had a great time. For the food and especially the beverages - food a 3 - Beverages a 2 - so average a 3. Very very pricey I thought to Bowl.... read more

I was so excited to finally get a chance to try this place out. The concept of the place is great but the service is beyond horrible. Waited an hour for a lane (counted 13 open lanes), noticed a minimum of 12 employees (including what appeared to be managers) just standing around talking and ignoring guests, the girl at the bowling counter Heidi we spoke to just to get on the list was beyond rude and was not helpful at all. After over an hour (over the 45 mins we were told the wait time was), We received the text saying come to the bowl counter and our lane was ready. Upon waiting again in line (while employees still stood around doing nothing), the girl at the desk now, Sughi (sp) was also very rude. Once it was our turn in line, she asked "can I help you?," then I said "yes ma'am we received the text saying our lane is ready," she interrupted me and said rudely "you'll have to wait a minute." After finally getting a lane, the ball return wasn't working (I understand technical difficulties happen) the lady who helped us was kind and removed the 20+ balls that were stuck, it took 30 mins to get a waiter to come over (after asking 3 different people and pushing the button), then the bartender gets our attention to get the group next to us attention to tell them to come get their drinks from the bar, then waited another 30 minutes for our drinks, the balls returned caked in oils/grease making it hard to throw. This place would be great if the service wasn't soooo bad. I've never experienced such a lack of customer service. As we were leaving we had to track our waiter down to get the check, and as we waited for the check, the Manager, Hunter, asked how everything was. Upon my brother telling him the service was not so great very kindly, he apologized saying "We pride ourselves on our service" and then commented "I'm sorry our service wasn't up to your standards". If your standard of service is what was displayed tonight then you should definitely not pride yourselves on that. Then Hunter made the comment that the kitchen was on 30 minute ticket times, when we didn't even order food, we only order drinks. Very disappointing. Honestly probably will not return. read more

The whole experience was horrible. The customer service from the managers and bartenders was disgusting and this is coming from someone who is a manager in sales. The fact that Emma approached me with the nerve to say there was $200 missing when I paid my total at the beginning of my event and I counted each $100 at a time when paying her and then for her to send someone else to apologize and say 10 of the 20 dollar bills got "stuck" in the machine was disgraceful. The way your supervisor Marshall had the audacity to call a well paying customer a liar to her face grosses me out even more. I had let go of the whole situation when Ben one of the managers came and apologized for everything and made the whole situation a little better and his tone of voice and approach was more decent than any of the other managers/supervisors who had encountered me the rest of the evening were. Then it came to my husband trying to get our sons some ice cream shakes at the bar near the bowling area. One of the bartenders refused to serve my husband some ice cream shakes for our sons and kept saying that they did not serve ice cream shakes there even though a customer had just walked away with some. After my husband complained and told him he had just seen someone be serve an ice cream shake the bartender yelled at my husband and said "GET THE F*** AWAY FROM MY BAR" and moved on to the next person ordering an alcoholic beverage. After an altercation with my husband was triggered by the bartender a manager stepped in and pulled the bartender to the back and served my husband the ice cream my sons wanted and that my husband was willing to pay for and could've just been done from the beginning. To finish the night off the bartender never got sent home or pulled from the bar for the night even after the whole situation that occurred. I will say this, after paying $2100 for an event that was this disgraceful, and $400 to cover anything that wasn't covered with the event, I will never throw away my money at PinStack like that ever again. The reason I reserved my sons party at PinStack was for me to enjoy my sons 10th birthday stress free and for him to have a great time but it was a nightmare. The worst part of all this is that i'm most likely just going to receive a email back with a non sincere apology and my money will stay in the trash and no further action will take place. read more

Pretty disappointed with pinstack, first time going and were pretty impressed with the reviews however after paying $120 dollars for VIP for four people then having our lane break down 3 times, was frustrating. Especially when instead of moving us lanes they kept us waiting with no reimbursement or sign of apologizing. Food was subpar, first thing we ordered was taken and then 15 minutes later the waitress came back and stated it was "no longer on the menu" after she took our order...... WHY IS IT ON THE MENU THEN? Anyways, ordered fish tacos with Strawberry pico, sounds nice right, well they were chicken tacos and their strawberry pico was literally two small chunks of cut strawberries that's it and was bland, it was sad to say the least, staff looked as if they barley cared to work there and I don't blame them. Best thing that happened was it ended and we left. Save your money and go elsewhere for bowling at least! Cheers. read more

When we arrived to bowl we were given a lane but when we went to our lane it was taken up by another party on the other lane and they refused to move. We went back to counter and asked for another lane and we ran into the same issue again so a manager went to the 2nd lane to get us set up and to ask the people to move from our lane. Once we finally got settled into our lane and ready to order we didn't have a waitress and eventually they found us one and she took great care of us. I did order a couple of mixed drinks from the bar that was not anything like I'm used to and the waitress was understanding and removed them from our tab. We never received napkins with our food or drinks. They have TV's on every set of lanes and of course, ours didn't work, but overall it was overcrowded, understaffed and hot. If we have a family event that includes all ages we would consider going again but it's not the place for an adult date night. read more

I visited Pinstacks recently and it was overall a fun experience. Low point out of the way first, the bartending experience was less than desirable...the bartender seemed to be bothered by our simple requests and questions on availability of of alcohol even with the SPECS man on site. After getting a shot and the ice melting in my clear tequila, there were red specks in it...maybe from the ice? I did not take it back because I felt I would have been a bother, plus I had already started a sip and figured if I had ingested it I might as well finish and get my money's worth. Andy Was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! He was working the gaming floor/ticket redemption area. I lost my new sunglasses and he went around the area to help me look for them. (I did not find them but that's not from our lack of trying). He went above and beyond when assisting me and my cousin at the rock climbing area and I enjoyed his friendly demeanor. For this reason and The Walking Dead game I will be back. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I just couldn't not write one about this place. Our experience in the restaurant was the absolute worst. We visited this location for the first time on Sunday, 7/30. We only rock climbed and played games, and we really had a good time, which is why we decided to return the following weekend. On Saturday, 8/5, we decided to grab a bite to eat prior to playing. We waited about an hour, which is understandable considering it was a Saturday, but after being sat, we waited another 10 minutes for our waitress to come greet us. This wouldn't have been so bad had she not been standing there talking to her co-worker the whole time. She was less than friendly when she did finally greet us. The ENTIRE dinner was terrible! Not so much the food, which is just average bar food, but the experience. From them delivering one of our meals to the wrong table, to our waitress ignoring us, to it taking 20 minutes for them to bring out a milkshake ... awful! Oh, and apparently if you order a milkshake and it's delivered melted "that's how they're made." We did complain to the manager, NOT to get a free meal (which it wasn't) but for him to take the concerns and address them with his staff. To appease us, he gave us game play cards good for 1 hour of play. Great, except there was an issue there. I could go on and on but I don't have the energy. The gist of this review ... Pinstack Las Colinas has A LOT of improving to do before we even think of going back. read more

visited pinstacks saturday night during the mayweather fight it took a long time for our food to come out which i still cant really understand due to it seeming to be a slow night because of the fight i was bowling at the end lanes and hadnt received any service a server named Meagan came by our lanes and checked on us and asked did we need a server and i can tell that was not her section due to her running food and drinks to the other lanes near the middle she took our order and made sure we got our drinks rather quickly while we waited on our food she did check back with us every 5mins ensuring that she was checking on our food she kept us updated which i loved when our food did come out it was semi cold she made sure i didnt want to sub for anything else she was very caring and making sure she did everything possible to keep us happy when we received our check we did notice that the hamburger we ordered was not on there she said it was on her due to it being cold and taking a long time she made our visit worth it i will definitely becoming back as asking for her as a server she was exceptional with taking care of us and her other tables i can tell she takes pride in her work she was EVERYTHING for us and our experience definitely need more people like her ! read more
