I tried reaching out to the owner, Luis and his installer, Jose to have it fixed. They kept on promising to return to fix it and never did. This was after they were fully paid. My calls were never returned until I spoke to Luis and Jose extorting more money before they'll fix it. I have no recourse but go through the legal system.

Crowley consumers beware Over the weekend I attempted to…read morepurchase Bobcat attachment from Anthony Armendariz a presentive of Lonestar tile and granite company in Crowley. I drove up from San Antonio to purchase the item and met him at his family's Lonestar Tile and Granite business location on FM-1187 shook hands with everyone and paid the agreed price to directly Anthony Armendariz in cash. There were other people there his uncle, his girlfriend who I had been communicating with and other workers. When I arrived, it was already dark and the item was already hanging from a forklift ready to load. It was late and I was in a hurry to get on the road back to San Antonio, so I quickly loaded the item and left and no point in our communication did anyone ever mention the item missing parts or being not functional. 5 minutes down the road I stopped at QT to fuel up and to check my straps as the items was big and heavy. While checking my straps I noticed the item was missing the main hydraulic control component. I immediately call Anthony Armendariz girl friend who is the persons I had been communication with, and she said that they were not aware that anything was wrong with or missing from the item and said they would be happy to return my money. She also said that there was some parts that possibly went to the piece of equipment at the business and I could go back and look at them. At this point I was pretty sure it was just an honest oversite, and the part would be found at the business, and I would be happy to take it with me and sort it out when I got home but not luck. The missing very important and very expensive part was not able to be found I then communicated this to Anthony Armendariz and his girl friend and they then stopped communicating with me at all. I decided that my best course of action was to unload the item and leave it there and with the hope that these people would do the right thing and return my money. Unfortunately I had to much faith in the honestly of the company and this family and they will not return my calls or messages. I am posting this because this is a family business and if this is how they operate it should be known to community. I am still hopeful that they will do the right thing but we will see and I will up date this if the situation changes.

But they literally kept it exceptionally clean while grinding off the "polyasporic garbage" & cleaned again at the end of the day. They were steady working all day to complete a certain task and kept us fully informed of what was done and plans for the following day. They found issues we were not aware of and repaired them at no cost. All the folks that worked on our project were exceptionally nice, friendly, and spoke fluently. Their costs were very competitive and the solution speaks for itself. We still have a couple of driveways that we will do in the future and will only be using Surface 2 Surface DFW.

We set up an install date, but an earlier date popped up and I jumped on it. I cleared the area to be be worked on that morning, and they crew arrived as expected. The project was completed in two days. Silver, Luis, Jeff and Spencer were a great crew. No dilly dallying, and they put protective covers down to protect the front yard and the pavers in the back yard. They wore clearly marked uniforms, and they cleaned up after each day. They were very respectful and mindful during the project. Silver and Luis advised me of what they were doing, and of their next steps. I facilitated their work as much as possible, without getting in their way. Their attention to detail was very impressive, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Keith was was very responsive and I look forward to working with him in future projects and providing referrals.

Dishonest Business Practices & Poor Customer Service - Avoid This Company…read more I initially reached out to MyGarageFloors.com for a price estimate, but after seeing that they were significantly more expensive than a competitor, GarageExperts, I simply told them that I would be going with my original vendor instead. At no point did I request a price match. However, MyGarageFloors.com proactively offered one in writing, stating they would match hundreds of dollars in discounts to price match GarageExperts and even offered an additional $50 off on top of that. At no time during this conversation did they mention any stipulations, exclusions, or conditions regarding the competitor's materials. Once I provided proof of GarageExperts' detailed process and pricing, they suddenly backtracked on their offer, claiming that the competitor's quote didn't meet their criteria--even though their original price match offer never had any conditions attached. Instead of honoring what they had written, Berry increased the price by hundreds of dollars, completely contradicting their original offer. The situation got even worse. After work hours on a weekday, the company founder personally called me. I assumed they were reaching out to apologize for their employee's misleading statements, but instead, the call was an attempt to justify their deception and blame me for not checking their website's price match policy. This was ridiculous for two reasons: 1. I never requested a price match in the first place--they offered it to me voluntarily in writing, without any stipulations. 2. If their price-match policy had fine print, it was their responsibility to disclose it before making the offer--not after I agreed and provided the quote they requested. At this point, it was clear that they were trying to gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong when, in reality, their own employee misled me. Key Reasons to AVOID MyGarageFloors.com: 1. They do NOT honor their own price-match guarantees - They proactively offered a discount without me asking, then refused to honor it when they saw the competitor had truly outbid them. 2. They engage in bait-and-switch tactics - They first offered a price match, then increased the price by hundreds of dollars when they realized they couldn't compete. 3. Their employees are misleading and dismissive - Berry claimed there were conditions only after I provided the competitor's quote, even though his original message contained none. 4. The company founder called me after work hours just to tell me I was in the wrong - Instead of apologizing for misleading pricing, they doubled down and tried to blame me for not researching a policy I never knew existed. 5. They waste your time with deceptive sales tactics - After multiple conversations and false promises, they went back on their word, wasting my time and energy.
