Amazing breakfast and coffee, would definitely recommend! It gets really busy here, so there may be a wait, regardless of table size. It's worth the wait.
Every time I come to Puerto Rico, I come to this restaurant and Im never disappointed! everything on the menu is good from the food to the shakes and the juices! I think they probably know my face by now as many times as I've been there lol 5/5 for sure! It is a small local owned spot and they can't get crowded inside due to limited seating, but don't let that defer you from eating there or even taking it to go. I can't wait to go back to Puerto Rico again just to come here lol
A short walk from our hotel, we were searching for breakfast. This storefront is TINY! They have 3 small tables outside and 1 plus a high top inside. You will likely wait a bit but we got there before the rush so we only waited less than 10 minutes. The food was authentic PR cuisine but tasty. It was a little different from traditional American breakfast, specifically the sour cream (was not a fan) and bread (so good!). The smoothies though!! OMG, so fresh, so simple, but so good! They give you the whole blender pitcher. We would go again to try their sandwiches next time we visit.
It had been close to a decade since I had been to Pinky's. I have thought about their breakfast for years and always recommended it to people. This time I visited with my partner and we were walking distance to Pinky's so I knew we had to stop in for breakfast. We came in about 9am on a Thursday and it was packed - that being said, the space is quite small. We were still able to be sat quickly. It took a few minutes for the server to come over to us because of how bust they were but once they took our order, we quickly got our food and drinks. My partner and I both got the cafe con leche, a smoothie, and I got the breakfast bagel and he got a breakfast burrito (which was the daily special). All of it was delicious. The coffee was exactly what I needed because I was tired from all the walking we had been doing. The breakfast bagel was as good as I remember. And it is a pretty hefty bagel. My favorite part is the pesto mayo they use, which adds an additional level of flavor. Finally, the smoothie was a fresh add and they give you so much that it's worth splitting. All in all, the cost was average for what you expect in Condado, but I think they stand out because of the amount of food you get. This spot is delicious and lives up to what 23 year old me remembered.
Super cute place with a chill vibe! Seating was pretty cramped but they got us seated immediately on a Saturday around noon. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. For drinks my bf and I both got the cafe con leche 16 oz with one shot and sugar and caramel. It was sweet and delicious! He also got the orange juice which was tart and seemed fresh-squeezed. For food we each got a lox bagel, but regretted not just sharing! We weren't super hungry and it would've been plenty enough for both of us. We thought it was a little pricey at $16.50 each, but seeing the portions afterward thought it was actually pretty reasonable. You can also add avocado and sweet plantains if desired (might be an extra fee). Be aware that it'll be build-your-own, but the presentation with the rose-shaped salmon was very cute! Overall would recommend, was tempted to try the Vitamin C smoothie looking at other reviews but had too much food to handle as it was!

Pinky's is an excellent breakfast destination, but be warned: their portions are GENEROUS. I had a cafe con leche, it was solid. I also got a Pinky's Sandwich to go, and was shocked when they brought me this monster in a paper bag. As far as breakfast sandwiches go, this one checked all the boxes: eggs perfectly cooked, gooey cheese, a little meat, and a tangy sauce with the tiniest bit of heat to it. All on a nice hero that was the size of my arm. Come here for great food and coffee, but be prepared to not finish your meal!

Such a cute quaint little sandwich spot. We were given the suggestion from a local and swung by. We were immediately helped and quickly ordered two sandwiches. The Cuban was meh, needed a bit more mustard but when paired w their vinaigrette came out pretty good. The blonde surfer was amazing. We loved the goat cheese that was in it paired with the perfect amount of avocado.
Great little place for breakfast within walking distance of the AC Marriott Hotel. The service was great and the food was cooked to our complete satisfaction. The bacon and egg bagel was delicious however, be careful and let it cool down for a minute...very hot!!
Pinky's is a go to when we visit P.R.. The food is always solid and the Drunken Pilot is a family favorite!! Be warned that the place is small and seating is limited so there may be a wait if you want to eat in. However it usually goes pretty fast and service is always friendly and prompt. Can't wait until our next visit!!
While staying at the Marriott up the street, I stopped by Pinky's for a late lunch. It was around 1 pm so the Sunday brunch rush had already passed - a couple people were sitting outside and the indoor dining spots were all open. Pinky's is very small - there's tight seating for 8 inside and slightly more spacious tables outside for probably about 10 or so. I was in the mood for something more brunchy, so I decided on the Pinky's Breakfast sandwich. I was originally going to eat there but they had the door open and it was warm inside, so I decided to get it to go. The bread was very tasty and the sandwich was huge - I didn't finish it. It was very filling and I loved the garlic pesto mayo on it. I would definitely try other sandwiches from here, to go if I'm on vacation here again. The smoothies looked good too.
Not a bad place for breakfast. I customized and they let me. Also got a side of fruit and veggies. Both yum. The scrambled eggs were good. The toast is not really toasted toast - but pan toasted wheat rolls. Great cafe con leche. Service is amazing. Place is okay ambience wise - not fancy but clean and functional. The inside is right next to the kitchen so a bit noisy.

Had this place on my list for when I visit Puerto Rico Walking distance from La Concha resort I ordered some sandwich that had sweet bread and powdered sugar on top it was very filling. I suggest sharing it with one other person. Next time I will try the smoothies which are super affordable ! Customer service was amazing. The guy that was working was very friendly and so was the young girl that was working. I hope all is well with her. Today was our final breakfast in Puerto Rico, and we finally made it to Pinky's with no wait for a table! I was so excited because I'd heard so many great things, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Be aware that this is a very small restaurant with only about 15-20 seats, so it fills up quickly. We arrived with no wait, but by the time we were eating, there was already a long line outside. Also, if you're in a hurry, this may not be the best choice. Everything is made fresh from scratch, so the food does take a while to come out. Service is definitely on island time, but once the food arrives, you'll understand why--it's well worth the wait. I ordered the California Surfer wrap, and wow...it was absolutely amazing! Everyone in our group raved about their meals, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was out of this world. I'm honestly sad we only made it here once during our week in Puerto Rico. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend Pinky's to anyone looking for a fresh, delicious breakfast. Me and boyfriend had some time before the airport and we decided to check this place out. It's not too far from the airport about 12 min drive.. Parking is on the street but not hard to find, the restaurant itself has only a few tables but the service is fast. Diana was our server and she did great! She suggested some food items and iced coffee flavors. Was always attentive to us and friendly. The food portions are really big too! And they're SOOOOOOOO good! I had the pinky's breakfast sandwich with everything and my boyfriend had the bagel breakfast sandwich. We both absolutely loved it! So flavorful!! If you have time before your flight or even just to check it out during your stay in San Juan, check this place out and ask for Diana! read more

We were lucky that there was not a long line outside. The service was very quick and they were super friendly! I see what the hype is about my breakfast sandwich was delicious and I would highly recommend coming here. The sandwiches are huge you may want to think about sharing. read more
Pinky's is a small, casual breakfast and brunch spot in the heart of Condado. We were staying right around the corner from it, so it was convenient to stop in and get their Doble Café con leche and Boricua Especial, which came with four eggs, green peppers, onions, tomato, spanish chorizo, cheddar cheese and boricua style side toast. I added spinach to it for a little more veggies. It was a bit too cheesy for me and could have used some spices. I added store bought hot sauce and it hit the spot. I came here everyday for 4 days of my vacation. Food was fire. Coffee was great everytime. The last day I decide to go get something quick cuz my partner wasn't feeling well and I was gonna eat alone. The person who took my order was on her phone the whole time and gave me the absolute worst service Ive ever had. I felt subhuman. Lastly I've been in this industry for about 10 years and no matter what I feel when I'm working , I always make sure people leave happier than they came. Won't be back because of this one experience. I rather not feel like that again. read more

Absolutely, 1000 percent, YES! We were a group of 10 and KRISTY took excellent care of us! She hit every detail perfectly. The restaurant is small but has a great vibe. They have a nice size menu with vegetarian and non vegetarian options. All the food is so fresh and delicious . I ordered an iced coffee and it was just right. Don't forget to get the CLASSIC SMOOTHIE with papaya and thank me later! It's so refreshing. For my main course I ordered the burrito and added spinach and avocado and also a side of plantains. The hot sauce you absolutely need but also the papaya vinaigrette is a necessity!! The combo of the two on the burrito set it off, for sure! Honestly this is a required stop in Puerto Rico! Pinky's is a must stop for great food and good vibes! I love how intimate the space is with a couple of tables inside and a few outside. You can eat there or grab your food to go. When it is busy, expect to wait! I highly recommend going during the week to enjoy tasty food and coffees. They provide large portions so come hungry! We also really enjoyed chatting with the staff and the fun filled energy in the space is welcoming. Stop by and enjoy a great spot! read more
My family went for breakfast. It was our third breakfast place in the area, and we enjoyed it! The smoothies were delicious and very affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. They serve the blender with the smoothie, so you get a lot. We ordered the goat cheese scrambler, protein breakfast, Mallorca egg sandwich and banana pancake. Everything was delicious, and the portions were large. The server was excellent. She was very attentive and made suggestions to enhance our selections. We arrived at the perfect time and got an inside table (10am on a Tuesday), and the cafe soon filled it. It's a small cafe but worth the visit! read more

They forgot our order. Then gave us the wrong order. Spent over an hour in there. Then they asked for a tip. The one portion of our order they got right, pic below, was okay. At least it's cheap! read more
This was my first brunch on my trip to San Juan. It was a great place to start. I got seated right away on a Thursday morning. I got there pretty early but even during my brunch, the wait never got crazy. You can also do takeout. It's a pretty small restaurant But the food was really good. I got a protein milkshake and a ham egg and cheese sandwich. I was super full after. The service was kind and quick. It has become one of my recommendations in San Juan. Stop by! read more
Conveniently located right on Ashford Ave, you cant miss this spot! Came to this place for my birthday brunch and it was a perfect way to start my day. Lovely staff who answered all the questions I had about the menu. This cute café was so cute, the décor is vibrant and welcoming. I made my own smoothie and I love how they bring you the entire blender with a cup. For my entrée I ordered the "Boricua Especial". It was delicious and very filling. This place is a must while in San Juan! read more
