We found this spot online and were sooo excited to give it a try. After our experience, I'm guessing that they are paying for reviews or positively review bombing themselves, because the experience here is genuinely so horrible (and everyone around us felt the same way) that these reviews do not accurately reflect the restaurant at all. We sat down for dinner at 7:45 and did not receive our drinks until 8:20, even though we put in our order as soon as we sat down... and asked politely how much longer until our drinks would come out... twice. Food did not come out for an hour and half, it was cold by the time we got it. Mac and cheese is not great cold. The ribs are extremely overcooked and like eating beef jerky. Drinks were okay, but by the time we got them everyone's cocktails were watered down, as well as the soft drinks. The ambiance was not great either since everyone around us was visibly frustrated by the wait times and lack of service, a table across flagged the waitress multiple times to ask where their stuff was. The food was decent, but again, cold. The wait times were no joke. We wrapped up our 7:45 dinner around 10, simply because of how long it took to be served. Our waitress came to our table maybe 3 times total, we would have to stand and find her to figure out where our food/drinks were. They were also out of a good majority of items on the menu when we tried to order them. Overall I unfortunately don't recommend! Price, service, and food are not great. read more

We ordered 2 appetizers and 1 entre to share. The appetizers had set a great expectation. We got the quesito frito and shrimp bao buns. They were excellent. The texture of the shrimp inside the bao buns was similar to whipped fluffy scrambled eggs-Excellent taste. The quesito frito was not the texture we were expecting however it was a delight ! Super soft creamy cheese on the inside with an excellent crisp on the outside topped with guava sauce and feta cheese sprinkles. The blueberry mule was ok. We were then extremely disappointed on the Mar y Tierra. The short rib was overcooked and dried out- no moisture in the meat at all. The shrimp tastes like it had been thawed and left out for too long. Tastes and smelled spoiled. The pasta sauce could have been cut through. The concept is not there behind this dish. The service took some time but we do not mind waiting for our food Ambiance was loud but we could still talk over the noise given we were closer to the entrance so less noise. read more

Musa did not live up to its expectations. When we arrived, a few minutes before our reservation, we waited for 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Our table had been ready & set yet we continued to wait while the host(s) were on their phone. Our waitress was very nice, however the experience is not on par with the ambiance and overall vibe that the establishment is trying to accomplish. I ordered the caesar salad appetizer which was very tasty: the dressing and lettuce were both so fresh. The dumpling appetizer was very tasty - the Asian inspired sauce with the plantains were a nice touch. The ribs did not meet expectations- the sauce tasted exactly like the dumplings and we did not taste the guava at all. Absolutely loved Musa! Have to give a shout out to our wonderful waiter Tomas, he was awesome. This place was a little hidden from where we parked, but they had their own parking close by. We came in for a late dinner and this place was pretty empty, but we did not let this draw us away. The food here was delicious! We had the dumplings de churrasco, empandaillas bistec, camarones al coco, and asaragus. Loved the Puerto Rican twist to the dumplings, literally hadn't tried anything like it before! I can not speak highly enough about this restaurant! Their decor and vibe are just so inviting, hip, and fun! But their MENU?! Unreal. I can only hope they open other locations so more people can experience their food!! They have such an eclectic and diverse menu. They put things together that most people wouldn't even think of. And, WOW, it's all soooo good! Their fresh juices are fantastic. Every single thing we ordered was amazing, so it's hard to just list certain menu items, but their French toast has me literally dreaminggg about going back. You cannot go wrong here! From reviews, I was expecting something to remember, far from that. Parking is accessible but a few spots up front, nothing crazy. The appetizers were pretty good. Started off with the queso frito and the fried shrimp bao buns. Then I got the Mar y Tierra. For this dish itself , the components just weren't there. The cream sauce was too rich with the short rib being dry. I tried a piece of the shrimp and it just tasted off/ not fresh, which I find weird since we're on an island. Overall the dish itself just didn't work out and needs to be refined, there needs to be acid to cut through the richness and quality check before it goes out. I don't understand why restaurants think that just because it's a "nice" piece of meat and there's some seafood on the dish that it'll work and can put a hefty price tag . Underwhelming is how I felt leaving . I do get this is more tourist, but I had better food at the guavates for a quarter of the price read more

Every meal we've had PR has been amazing but brunch at Musa today was next-level. We had: cafe con leche, risotto w pork belly and longaniza, guava ribs w tostones and chaufa, brûlée pancakes, and a cachapa de ropa vieja. Not a bad dish among them and I would absolutely order all of them again. Standouts: Guava ribs - the guava in the sauce added some real depth of flavor and a different profile than your typical vinegar-based BBQ sauce Brûlée pancakes were basically a super decadent dessert. The pancakes were topped with crème brûlée and the caramelized sugar covered the whole pancake The cachapa was the star of our brunch - absolutely revelatory, and I give it my highest recommendation! A cachapa is basically a Venezuelan crepe. This one was filled with delicious ropa vieja and mozzarella. The maduros added a bit of sweetness and the cachapa was surrounded by black beans and a creamy bechamel, and topped with bacon and eggs. So so good! Service was excellent too! read more

Very chill and relaxed atmosphere. Large portions. The server was sweet and very helpful in helping make selections. I noticed a lot of people who ate here also liked to stay for hours and just hang out, eat, drink and socialize. You never felt rushed out the door. So I found this gem here on Yelp! After reading most reviews I had to check it out for myself. My friends and I ordered quite a bit cause it all sound so good! I got the avocado toast,mac and cheese not knowing how big the portion was, so I didn't finish it all. The mac and cheese was so creamy and savory. Our server was very prompt, informative and sweet! We understand food is not always fast on the island but 1 HOUR+ for a meal like fresh toast is not acceptable. Had to ask wait staff 2x that our food can come out whenever ready and we did not have to be served all at once. They explained the wait was due to a large party, but they could've given us a heads up if the food wait would be 1hr +, then we could've gone somewhere else even.
