My husband and I recently stopped by Pinkbox Doughnuts in St. George to satisfy a sweet tooth and try a few of their specialty doughnuts. We walked in and immediately noticed all the fun, vibrant colors throughout the shop. It gave off fun vibes. We ordered the Cookies n' Crème doughnut, the Da Blueberry Fritter, and a Chocolate Old Fashioned. The Cookies n' Crème doughnut was sweet and flavorful. The Da Blueberry Fritter had a nice glaze and a good amount of blueberry flavor. We enjoyed the slightly crisp outside with the softer inside, which gave it a good texture contrast. The Chocolate Old Fashioned was classic and simple. It had that traditional dense cake texture with a chocolate flavor that wasn't overpowering. Overall, Pinkbox offers a wide selection of delicious doughnuts, and it's a solid stop if you're looking for a sweet treat while in St. George.

Pinkbox Doughnuts -- stopped by to try one of Utah's popular doughnut spots, and it did not disappoint. Food: I tried the banana pudding doughnut, which was delicious and perfectly balanced, and the caramel cheesecake doughnut, which was a bit too sweet for my taste. The "It's Your Birthday" doughnut was just right -- flavorful, fresh, and fun. Each doughnut had a unique twist that made sampling them really enjoyable. Service: The staff were friendly and efficient, making it easy to grab a few treats without any hassle. Aesthetic: The shop is colorful and playful, with a bright, modern design that matches the fun vibe of the doughnuts themselves.

Pinkbox in Saint George delivered exactly what it is known for, donuts that are over the top and seriously tasty. The shop is bright and playful, and the service was quick and friendly which made grabbing a few donuts easy. The only drawback is that the prices keep climbing, and it makes it harder to justify stopping in as often as we used to. Still, the donuts are good enough that we will be back, just not as frequently as before.

I'm a big doughnut fan and this is by far my favorite doughnut place in Utah. The selection is incredible and they have the friendliest staff around!

Sooooo many flavor options! There were some true classics (cake donuts, maple bars, and chocolate sprinkles) and some really unique options (Ube, raspberry cheesecake filled, snickers). The worker seemed a little uninterested in serving us.. but working customer service is hard and I get that. The interior of Pinkbox is an explosion of pink! It seems like a classic donut shop, nothing else super special. There is no seating or space to enjoy the shop, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be something that travelers will look for.

So cute! Not only does Pinkbox have a huge variety of doughnut, the atmosphere is so fun. Definitely a place to stop.

Omg! Please check this place out!! I am not one for sweets but dang did these hit the spot. After a flat tire and a two hour drive these are exactly what we needed. Service was fast paced and were oriented to where each donut is for smooth sailing. Everyone is so nice and great at explaining the choices. My absolute favorites were the sup shorty and the blue face croissant donut. Each bite was SO fresh and flakey, mouth watering! We had to return for a second trip!

In general I don't judge a donut by its cover, cause in my experience the tastier it looks the less good it actually tastes, but Pink Box is the exception to my theory. The donuts from here taste as good as they look and honestly now that I've said that, that should be their motto. We tried several flavors from this location and my favorites were the Love Bug and Plain Face DoughCro. There were too many options to choose from so we will have to go back and try more when we pass through St George.

Definitely the best donuts in St. George, Utah! We plan to stop by here anytime we are heading towards Zion. Such a cute donut shop, and I love that everything is pink! They have a huge selection of unique flavors, and all decorated so cute. The service was a 10/10 and they were quick to answer any questions about the flavors. I still love a good old fashioned chocolate donut, and theirs was super yummy - I can eat 3 of them, haha! We can't wait to go back!

The staff has always been friendly, and the food and drinks are great. Sometimes flavors or presentation vary, seating isn't completely comfortable, but it was never not an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, a recent experience completely changed my perspective for me. We attended their Easter egg hunt for the second year in a row. They advertised a 3-minute head start for toddlers (ages 0-3). As a mom of a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old, this is perfect. We invited several of our toddler mom friends and family to hunt with our kiddos. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee at the cafe before venturing to the event. Instead, it was nothing like last year and there was no separation. Older kids and oddly pushy parents immediately trampled the small courtyard area. It was chaotic, overwhelming, and frankly unsafe for the littlest ones. When I privately messaged the business to share that the promised toddler head start wasn't enforced and suggested better structure for next year, I was met with complete defensiveness. I was essentially told I should be "grateful" rather than disappointed because it was a free event (when technically we did pay over $50 to "be there") I completely understand that free community events are a massive undertaking, but good intentions don't excuse poor advertising, poor safety execution or dismissing customer feedback. To not even get a simple apology after years of loyalty leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. (Especially all while my kids and I are being used in marketing) I hope they can strive to actually make their customers "FeelLove" in the future.

We put our name in around 9:45am. The 30-45 minute wait time was just under 80 minutes. Ten minutes after being seated, we had menus but no waters, place settings, or server.  The host station was 6 feet from us, so I went over and let them know we were ready. "Your server will be with you shortly." Ten more minutes, nothing. I went to the bar area and asked for help. Turns out, our server didn't know our table was part of her area - so, the host was just saying a line to get rid of us. There were two hosts and mostly they tried to avoid clearing tables, hoping the other one did it. There were 3-4 parties waiting for tables that were available, just not being cleared.  The food was good, and came out fairly soon after ordering. I wish I could just review the food; it was 5/5. One order was slightly wrong, but that was the server grabbing the wrong plate. It was just after noon by the time our food arrived. That's a big interval for a ~9:45am arrival. I just looked at the most recent dozen reviews, and it looks like ours was more of the norm right now rather than an isolated unlucky incident. Lots of potential here but overall, we should've tried somewhere else.
