Apparently my order was made but instead of placing to go orders in the cubbies, they were leaving them on the prep counter while they prioritize in person orders. Once I noticed the condition of my order I brought it to the attention of the cashier and asked for it to be remade. I also said I wanted a refund for my order as I had now wasted 40+mins waiting after it was scheduled to be ready (meaning my online order was placed over 1hr prior!) She called her manager on the phone, and instead of taking accountability, told him I was late picking up the order when I had been standing in the center of the lobby by the cubbies waiting the entire time. The manager refused. I asked to cancel the entire order after watching the 3 staff members cross contaminate everything they touched in the prep area with their gloves. I was able to order my exact order from another location 10mins away that was waiting in the cubbies when I arrived. Business is business. This franchise location is crap. Employees need to be trained. Managers need to have a physical presence rather than only reachable by phone. I will gladly support businesses who care about their customers experience rather than focusing on transactions only. I'm truly shocked that this location is so different than other locations. Corporate should check quality control.
