I visited this location a few days ago during a longggg layover. I couldn't find much else to do except eat, shop a little and people watch. The location was conveniently located adjacent to my departing flight terminal, so I decided to purchase some. I opted for the original flavor this time along with some fresh berries and caramel. It was such a great choice. Nutella makes so many things much better. The location was very clean. The fresh fruit toppings were fresh and the variety was excellent. Though this was not my first visit to Pinkberry, this visit did not disappoint. I am not sure if the prices were comparable to a regular brick and mortar location or if pricing was more on trend with exorbitant airport prices. The staff members were just so so, but not rude. I had a morning flight from Dallas to New York last month, and I happened to pass this Pinkberry on my way to my departure gate. I love Pinkberry but don't eat it all that often, and was happy to get a frozen yogurt breakfast without having to go out of my way. Service was polite and immediate, and I enjoyed my froyo at a charging station at a nearby gate. I got a medium original Pinkberry with mochi, mango, and strawberry on top. The yogurt was delicious, tart and refreshing--I've visited and Yelped many Pinkberry locations over the years, and the yogurt is consistent. The mango and strawberry were good, too. My only complaint is that the mochi were kind of stale and hard, so I ended up eating around them. Still, I enjoyed my breakfast, which ended up tiding me over until a late lunch many hours later. I'm glad I came across this airport Pinkberry and would recommend it to anyone else looking for something good to eat in this terminal. read more

I was told that I was in luck because they had a brand new flavor that they released today called Lava Swirl... so I decided to test it out and wow! Delicious! Tastes like you are on vacation. I just arrived in Dallas... I stopped by the yogurt place to get some yogurt... Paid $11.50 took a couple of spoonfuls off the top and realized that was a gaping hole in the middle of the cup where that was no yogurt whatsoever. As you can see from the pictures... We had a short amount of time in between flights, so we decided to try and find something little to eat close to our departure gate. I saw Pinkberry and suddenly needed that little something to be something sweet. Fro yo was calling to me! And I decided to keep it fairly simple. But the yogurt is far less sweet than I expected. It tasted almost sour cream-y....which was strange with my toppings of cookie dough, white chocolate chips and sprinkles. What I have now heard about Pinkberry is that their fro-yo is more like yogurt than ice cream in flavor. I was just expecting something much sweeter. I think it would have gone better with fruit toppings, but I went the sweeter candy route. I love pinkberry, I just love it. It's a combo of two things. First being, their frozen yogurt literally tastes like yogurt that has been frozen. It's not tart, which is important to note. It's got a slightly sweet flavor. But it's refreshing and light. And I love that you can have as many topps as can fit in there. I love that so much, because I'm a fruit gal and mochi human. I go crazy for the stuff!! And the fruit here is top notch; I just love how fresh it is. I'm a huge fan of tart yogurt and I just want to say that this isn't tart, but just neutral yogurt that's been frozen (I know i sound redundant). Pinkberry forever!! After a flight from Louisville to Dallas, I needed something to eat. When most people are hungry they eat food. In this case, I didn't want food... I wanted a snack... think chocolate, milkshake, smoothie, fruit, yogurt or ice cream. Boom! Pinkberry appears in front of me. In a crowded airport, it was like magic. I intended on getting yogurt but as I glanced over the menu I saw that they had Mango smoothies. I did try a bite of my lovely's yogurt. It was good. It actually tasted like real yogurt. Almost all yogurt shops you go to nowadays have the sugar-filled yogurt. I'm sure this yogurt had sugar in it as well but it was much more chalky tasting(as I expect yogurt to taste). Don't worry if you like to load yours up with sweets and candy. There are plenty of options to choose from. As I stated before, I decided to go with a mango smoothie. It was perfection! It was exactly what I needed between flights. After we ordered, there was time to kill so in general workout fashion walking around the airport was on the schedule. If the first Pinkberry you come to is busy, keep walking to find one that isn't as busy. It's a tossup in Louisville for me. I love snoballs(Snowhat shoutout), ice cream, yogurt, popsicles, milkshakes and all of those sweet things. Usually, when I crave one, there's no way you're going to get me to have one of the others. Horrible service. Three employees arguing with each other. I tried to use my rewards here and after 5 seconds of them attempting to figure it out, they said "no good" and demanded my money. They were unhelpful and only interested in resuming their conversation. Just spoke rudely to me as if my presence was disrupting their day. Essentially, don't bother with chains in airports as they will not uphold the standards because they know you have no other option. I was unimpressed with the strawberry smoothie I had from Pinkberry. It was extremely sugary; I believed they used ice cream instead of yogurt, and I didn't see a description of the smoothie ingredients on their menu. The smoothie had a lot of strawberry seeds, and I found myself nibbling at the lingering seeds in my mouth at least an hour after I finished the cup. The consistency of the smoothie was so thick that I could barely slurp it through the straw. Either they should have had bigger straws or loosened it with liquid. They were also costly for my taste. One 16 oz. cup was nearly $9! I was looking for a quick yet healthy meal substitute before I caught my flight, but I was thoroughly disappointed. read more
