She then walked up to another employee and asked for help. She threw the ice cream she had scooped away then got soft serve. AND ASKED ME AGAIN what I wanted. So I repeated for the hundredth time "small chocolate candy mix with Reeces." Then she replied "we're out of Reeces" so I decided to go with Oreo instead. After what felt like an eternity of mixing, she handed me my ice cream. It's straight up liquid, not ice cream. So after struggling to get my first order, I ordered a single scoop hot fudge sundae. Again, she had to come back multiple times to ask what I wanted. Turned out okay. I paid for it and realized we were charged for a double hot fudge sundae instead of the single. No refund, just a "oops my bad." Also I had to ask to have my 'mix' remade because it was so bad.
