I came here on one of the coldest days in January and many may think I'm crazy but listen, it's my birthday month and I would love to enjoy a discount on my froyo! To be fair, I also haven't gone to a Pinkberry for many years and cookies and cream was certainly enticing. I left the coziness and warmth of my job and walked to pick up the frozen treat before heading back to eat it (like my husband said, in that weather, it definitely won't melt). When I went, I can see that there's a few chairs and just one worker (hopefully there's more during warmer months!) who gave me a bit of time before asking me for my order. Once ordered, it was a quick in and out. I didn't order toppings either since I had some granola at work so it made my transaction very easy. Overall, the taste was meh. I think what I liked was the wonderful memories I've associated with Pinkberry. Would I go back? Maybe when I randomly want a memory of my college days again. But there's definitely better ice cream/froyo places to satisfy your sweet tooth elsewhere. read more

As usual, I enjoyed my froyo while strolling down 7th ave however this time I went back and ordered a froyo to go..... and by to go, I mean I took it for a nice long ride to NJ. I was very skeptical about ordering the froyo to go and expected to have melted soup by the time we got to our destination, however the staff did such a great job packing it with ice it was perfect. When I knocked and spoke to someone behind the glass, they mentioned, "we are closed." I proceeded to call their store. They answered and confirmed their closing time as 10 pm. When I asked why the store was closed, the person said, "Business is slow today; therefore, they closed early." I followed up by asking, "Who am I speaking with?" She replied, "The manager," and hung up. This was not fair, and I had a horrendous customer experience. Despite positive experiences at other PinkBerry locations, this one, with the female "Manager," was truly saddening for my family and me. I won't visit another PinkBerry again. I got here around 4pm today, there was no body inside but one staff. This is by far the worst customer service ever received! As you approach the entrance there were bags of garbage pressed up against the glass. made me wonder if I really wanted to go in but we did. The store inside had separation panels so it was covid safe. We were greeted by the only staff in there as we walked in. She said hello and how can I help you while looking down at whatever she was doing. No eye contact at all! No but seriously, the flavor is truly "fruity and bold" as it states on the advertisement. This is my second time getting Pinkberry and I was highly impressed and pleased both times. As far as this location, the fruit area does tend to get messy but nothing to the point of being unappetizing. The fruits are fresh and chilled. I love pairing my pomegranate with mangoes and blueberries. Such a good mix! My size small cup came out to $7 and change (although I think they charged me for the price of a medium). Albeit, I did get a "honeycomb" piece which they charged me 0.75 cents for. Either way, Pinkberry is definitely overpriced so I tend to only get it once a month or less lol. I treat myself when I get a chance and have a few extra dollars to splurge with. Whoever operates this establishment has no idea of cleanliness or sanitation. It is surrounded at all times by discarded ice cream cups and spoons. The benches outside the store are dirty and sticky; they could use a power washing along with the sidewalks. Their private sanitation company never picks up on their designated dates. We tried to call about missing toppings and still no answer. I understand that they are busy and for us it was just some toppings. Many of you are familiar with Pink Berry the originators of Frozen Yogurt, they are a franchise with multiple locating all over, but boy am i glad they opened one in my neighborhood. Their Yogurt in any branch that you try it will be awesome Fresh and tangy, but for some reason it taste better when their near lol. However the customer service is great. Do to you being able to try a sample of each yogurt before you choose your flavor is the reason why the line can get long. This relatively new location (happy almost one year!) has become the new talk of the town, and on my occasional voyage to Park Slope I make it one of my required stops along the way. Not for the cheap at heart or those who would rather spend $6 on a double espresso down the block. Come with your wallet ready, this expensive, posh chain but leave extremely happy and more importantly satisfied. Their frozen yogurt isn't too sweet or too tart. Its really fresh and light tasting with a little tang. Add as little or as many toppings as you'd like with literally more choices than I can remember. First off when I visited the place it was the second day after opening and I was not impressed. I often visit the PINK BERRY in the city and I must say they have a much better thing for customer service and fast and friendly service. The girls working the counter spent more time trying to clean the little crumbs rather than waiting on the 50+ people in line. Also I notice that the management team was busy tasting and sampling the yogurt instead of greeting the customers that walked through the door. I must say that was gross....watching the managers sample the ice cream while customers are waiting. Also to say the least the ice cream that I had was disgusting the machine was not working properly and the yogurt was not mixing properly. The only thing I don't like about Pinkberry is, it is right across the house that it always and always messes up with my diet! Lol I just love it so much that I couldn't believe I still get excited every time. I cannot count how many times I visited pinkberry all over nyc since I came here 3years ago. I love their peanut butter crunch topping although it's 50c more! I love love love the peanut butter flavor that even though I already memorize how it tastes, I still ask for a sample every single time! Hahahaha just to slurp some more! =) it is weird though that I haven't tried their original flavor.
