I texted Ashley from my car and was informed that she unfortunately doesn't have access to LASHES & NAILS scheduling system and counts on them telling her when she has an appointment and that I was free to scheduled via her website. I had previously scheduled a week in advance and her calendar was now full for the next couple of days. Sunday wasn't even an option and Monday was booked. No idea what her vibe is other than "schedule on my website" even after I asked if she could fit me in today or tomorrow. Her Aesthetician License appears to be up-to-date through July 2026 per AZBOC Verification 3 out fo 5 stars because she responded - but can not rate services as it's not possible to get in as needed. The procedure was extremely painful, the mapping shifted, and my lips healed uneven, swollen, and badly damaged. Two experienced artists confirmed how difficult the results would be to fix. Because I had an upcoming trip and was desperate, I accepted Paige's push to go to her trainer, Jill Nicholson at AZ Brow Bar, instead of the other providers I had already visited. That was another mistake. I was quoted one price for two correction sessions, then hit with unexpected extra charges at the retouch, and Paige couldn't provide proof of the payment she claimed she made. When I tried to talk to her afterward, she didn't respond, blocked me, and even changed her name on social media.
