I usually love Cold Stone, but my visit to the Babylon location today was incredibly disappointing…read more First of all, the prices here have gotten completely out of hand. I ended up paying $20 for literally just a kiddie-sized Birthday Cake Remix cup and one of their new ice cream tacos. $20!! I know inflation is a thing, but charging that much for a tiny kid's cup and a taco is just straight-up highway robbery. But honestly, the price wasn't even the worst part. What really grossed me out was watching the employee scoop and mix the ice cream without wearing any gloves. Especially at a place where they are constantly handling food, mixing things on the stone, and touching different utensils, not wearing gloves is absolutely disgusting and a massive hygiene issue. Between getting ripped off and watching basic food safety get ignored, I won't be coming back to this location. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness.

This was not the worst frozen yogurt I've had but definitely not as good as what I'm used to. It's also extremely expensive for what you are getting. I paid $0.86 cents per ounce or $9.82 for a small cup that I didn't even fill up to the rim. Forty Carrots doesn't charge per ounce so you always get a full sized cup. Unfortunately, they do not offer a kids sized cup or small sized portion at all so it's not possible to buy anything smaller than a 12 oz. Cup. Ir would've been nice if they offered a 6 oz cup size let's say if you didn't want to blow a full days worth of calories on this.

I came here on a Thursday evening about 8:00pm and we were the only group for a bit, but more groups came in after. There was 1 person wearing multiple hats (host, server, takeout, cleaning tables). I was impressed that he was still very friendly and had a calm demeanor. I asked the staff member what is the difference between D1. Coconut Mango Smoothie-o and D7. Man-Coco Sticky Smoothie-o and ultimately decided to order the D7. Man-Coco Sticky Smoothie-o because of the sticky rice in the bottom. I really enjoyed the Man-Coco Sticky Smoothie-o and will definitely order it again. My friend ordered M8. Ube Bubble Milk Tea, but instead got M9. Oreo Brûlée Bubble Milk Tea. She told the staff member and he gladly told her to keep the other drink and he'll get the correct drink out. That was very generous of him. We shared S16. Pink Peach Oolong Mochi (2pcs). This was handcrafted filled with oolong tea cream, pink cake, and white peach bits. It was tasty, but the mochi was very sticky. Mango Mango Dessert is a great place to stop by after dinner for dessert.
