Treated poorly, sabotaged and nobody would speak to me in a language I understood unless upper management was around. After all the training and staying extra hours because I was the 3rd person that I know of this happening to:they did not want to fix the problems and relatives (theirs and management knows that relatives all of them basically are in that department)in the same department....easiest thing for them to do was move me(why?) to another less paying department and I had to be retrained:SOUND FAIR TO YA'LL.... No I was told it's just too bad and there was multiple meetings about this because their behavior is being alotted. I REFUSE TO SHOP AT A STORE THAT LETS ONE GROUP GANG UP AGAINST SOMEONE THAT ONLY WANTED TO COME AND DO THEIR JOB. Footnote:I speak enough Spanish to know what basically was being said. I ordered an ice cream cake for my mother in laws birthday and it was completely wrong. As soon as we cut into it, I was confused by the chocolate cake as I had clearly ordered vanilla cake (see order picture). We thought they had just given the wrong cake type which we were annoyed about but willing to look past and decided to dig in. However, the mix ins were all wrong and the worst part is, there are tree nuts in the mix in which my MIL is allergic too!!! She has already taken two bites before realizing. Food allergens are super serious and we were so lucky that she didn't have a very serious reaction. This is completely unacceptable and I didn't get the feeling that the store manager understood how serious it was. He apologized once and that was it. He was more focused on trying to work out which employee it was. I was issued a refund and walked out. I've bought cold stone cake from various locations multiple times a year and this was seriously the biggest f up I've ever seen.

We haven't been there in quite some time and I can't even think of a valid excuse besides the coof . Anyhow what drew us there was there new Cheese Hat Burger and previous fond memories. The place was empty for the most part but there were a few tables being occupied. It took a few minutes to be seated (we were the only ones waiting). We were finally seated and waitress was very nice and to the point with us. We asked questions/suggestions and we had answers. Shortly after we realized She was on the SOLE person running the dining room. She was the maitre'd, waitress and bussing tables at the same time. Considering her circumstances she did well with us as far as getting refills and checking up on us as we went through the courses of our meal. Due to the fact fee haven't been there in a while as well as being hungry we well full courses. App, Main Course and Dessert. App was their sampler...amazing Dinner I got their Cheese Hat Burger which was ON POINT...my wife got a regular ham burger Dessert was Jim Dandy and Brownie Dessert Platter. You can split each one for 2 but we failed to realize that when we ordered. Where things went south...not Friendly's fault... Manager is a complete waste of space...remember the Waitress being every role inside the dinning room? Out of now here for the first time the entire time we were there...he appeared. Older gentleman...we were waiting for dessert...he came out of no where and told the waitress that 36 looks like a trash dump. Great management...you see a waitress struggling to keep up with tables due to lack of staff and you choose NOT to help. You choose not to sit people...you choose not to bus tables or run food. No excuses on why he couldn't help her/restaurant flow of food come in and out. Seems like he is there to collect a paycheck and bolster his ego. We will be back of course...just more of an FYI

I had the happy ending sundae and it seemed tiny but it is what it is. We took pictures of the menu to update for yelp.

She continues to ring me up now I see a charge for $1.05 ( taxes and other charges) I asked her what that charge was for she said she didn't know. I asked to get me her manager. The man comes out he and the cashier start speaking a foreign language so that I don't understand what they are saying... un professional to say the least. The manager then goes to the cashier box prints a receipt where it shows 8.75 percent. I said ok and tell the girl to charge me. The manager then goes on this tirade about how he doesn't need my $1.05 about how it's illegal to charge more about how the computer calculated the price. No the discussion isn't about pricing but rather the disrespect and discourtesy of this es man. I told h I have every right to ask about where my money is going. He just kept talking. The ad said it came with salad, garlic knots & cheesecake so it sounded like a good deal. My spaghetti with clam sauce was swimming in oil. My friend liked his sausages. When we went to pay the bill the employee didn't know how to apply the coupon, I guess no one had ever used one before! The place was busy. It's tiny with only 4 tables & people came & went constantly so I assume the pizza is good. The bell rang every time someone entered or left & it was annoying to sit there hearing it constantly. For that reason I recommend take-out rather than eating in.
