I would have gave this 5 stars before the new management. I'm from the Bay Area and this used to be the best beauty supply cause of their variety and customer service. I went today in the morning at like almost 11 after a while of not going to just get the ponytail that I always get first off the ladies in there had no idea of what product they even had. I kept telling her. I wanted it along the long curly ponytail and she would show me the shortest curly ponytail possible then when I walked around the store with her because I asked her if they got rid of product and she said no. So I told her I get this pony tail every time I come. When we I finally found it. I was asking her which one was darker 2b or 4b and she told me 4 was darker but I could tell she didn't seem like she knew so when I went up to the register with the 4b the ponytail, I asked the girl if two or four was darker and she said 2B was darker. They clearly should be educated on the product that they have. I miss the old management old people that used to work there because they were so sweet and when I walked in today, I felt like they just didn't know and they didn't even want to help me at all with anything. They seemed annoyed that I wanted a certain ponytail that's been there forever and at the end of the day they just didn't know anything about their product which was not my fault and it sucks to feel that way and now I just don't even wanna go in there anymore cause I feel like I'm gonna be a burden if I ask any questions about any of the products. The selection of synthetic wigs are good except the human hair wigs are way overpriced you would do better ordering human hair online then purchasing from here. They do carry a synthetic line of halos in 18" in one length. You can put baby powder to reduce the synthetic shine. Nice sized store, not super jam packed and messy. I've been going herr since they opened and I've had nothing but amazing experiences. They are always there to help me when I'm wig shopping. The owner is blunt but sweet. They have a point system which turns into cash off purchases and it's easy to accumulate. I've never heard any bad mouthing from any staff there and they will walk you to whatever you need and once I grabbed something and the owner said "oh no put that back this is better" and took me a to spot on color match of what I needed.
