I do not remember how we discovered South Denver ENT and Dr. Rao but what a difference. His PA, Shelby Conway, has solved my wife's sinus issues at last, it has changed her life. Shelby is kind, caring, patient and professional. I am now also a patient of Shelby. I had an eustachian tube dysfunction ear problem which she successfully treated. God bless you Shelby. By the way the front office staff is also top flight, very friendly and accommodating in arrival greetings and setting and arranging appointments

I however have had a hard time with follow up and going to this ENT for other matters. It is impossible to get a follow up appointment. I was told by the girl at the front desk that doesn't appear there anymore to take or leave an appointment but that it had to be a date and time that rarely works for me. When I rescheduled it was 2 months before I couple get back in. This wasn't a one off. The same thing happened when my appointment was on a snow day where several roads were closed. I live about 45 minutes north and it wasn't safe to drive. This appointment was never rescheduled. Luckily I didn't have any complications but if I had I am not sure the outcome would have been good since scheduling was such a nightmare post op. For allergies etc I am going to find another doctor since I need some flexibility and to not have to book 6 months out.

You knew the risks, the failure rates, the lifelong complications, the wreckage that follows. But that didn't matter to you. Because every slice, every prescription, every visit was another dollar in your goddamn pocket. And now I live in a prison made of surgical lies-- a body that doesn't feel like mine, a life cut in half and stitched together by people who saw my suffering and smelled profit. You mutilated me with a smile. You thanked me for trusting you-- and I hate you for that. I hate the way you pretended to care. I hate the white coat you wear like it means integrity. I hate the system that lets you sleep at night while I lie awake feeling like I'm already dead. You didn't save me. You erased me. If you had the guts to stand in front of me, I'd give you silence first. I'd let you see what your legacy looks like. And then I'd say-- I am your consequence. I am the echo of your lie. Not only did he understand my actual problem, but when issues came up with my prescription being filled at Walgreens in Parker, he went above and beyond with phone calls and 'arguments' with the pharmacists to straighten out my insurance mess so I could get a refund and not pay out of pocket. He even followed through with phone calls to me. What made him so invaluable to my personal case? I live in Alaska, was visiting family and friends, and had very little time to deal with the mess. He resolved everything making the rest of my vacation enjoyable. Thanks Cole!

He has always had an answer for every question I've asked. He knows what he's doing. He is exactly as confident as he should be. Dr. Herron is professional, respectful, and attentive to patient needs. He explains the range of available options and treatments with as much detail--or simplicity--as is appropriate for the situation. His explanations are neutral yet comprehensive, covering potential side effects, expected timelines, follow-up schedules, and cost considerations. I have always felt empowered to make informed decisions about my health based on the information and guidance he provides. At no time have I felt pressured into pursuing unnecessary or "add-on" services. I disagree with the negative reviews I've read here, and find them to be quite inappropriate. It makes sense that compounded services could produce better results; it can be expected for the price to go up. These are medical services, not McDoubles. The clinic's prices are fair. The staff provides a comfortable and relaxed environment. They may be a little giggly, but they're beautiful! Plus, they have great snacks. 5 stars. Make an appointment, see for yourself.
