Pineapple Towing is the best! These guys know what they're doing. I have an older Porsche and I won't trust anyone else to tow it. Knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and great prices. 5/5 read more

Great company. Fast and professional service. I had my car towed from my home to the mechanic shop. They arrived at the arranged time and loaded my car to their truck. The fee was reasonable as well. read more

Anthony was quick, friendly and professional. He took great care of my car (he even tucked it neatly into one side of my 2 car garage, safe and sound), and his price was more than fair! read more

Tom was easy to work with and efficient with the towing service. Highly recommended. We are very happy with the service.

So, we broke down in Big Sur with almost to nothing cell service. Pineapple towing was referred by our mechanic. We called and told him the situation, he said without hesitation, "I'll be there in 2.5 hours." He also asked if our car was low because he wanted to bring the right equipment. He was understanding and patient with us due to the limited cell service Big Sur has. He continued driving along the coast, didn't give up until he found us! He had such great vibes, such positive attitude on the phone and in person! He showed professionalism and handled our classic E30 with so much care and respect from beginning to end. Saved their number to my phone and I'd recommend to anyone and everyone. read more

Review is based on communication, professionalism and fast response. I did not use service only because I had a friend come help. Woke up early and reached out to Anthony around 6:40 am and response was probably less than 10 minutes!! That's amazing!! Imagine if I was in an emergency situation how you can reach to someone and get a response, quote and flexible time to come get you. read more

I got stuck in San Jose when I was going to meet up with some friends for dinner, and AAA made me wait for three hours for a tow. The first truck wasn't able to take me home because of the far distance I had to travel. It got to be 9pm and thankfully Pineapple Towing was around to pick me up and drive me 55 miles home to Tracy! He came earlier than expected, was super professional and friendly. He told me he had been working since 6am. Thank you for your help tonight and making my crappy night a little better! read more

Omg where do I start? Why do things happen the way they do? Who knows! But there I was minding my own business, driving away from traffic court in Santa Clara when my PSI alert came on. My rear right tire was dropping 3 PSI every couple seconds. I quickly turned my car around and pulled into a gas station. Lucky for me, my husband had just added roadside assistance with our new insurance coverage. I called my insurance and they were quick to provide me with a dispatch. I was quoted 20 minutes and received a text message saying Pineapple Towing was on their way. First of all, I JUST came back from Maui, so the mere mention of pineapples gives me warm fuzzies. So of course, I smiled at the name. I patiently sat on the curb and in less than 15 minutes, a FLAT BED tow truck rolled up. Now, I did not request a flat bed although I should have, because my cars only get towed on flat beds. So right off the bat, I was happy! Anthony jumped out and he is the most jovial, smiley, cheerful dude. We started hammering it up instantly, like you do when you meet cool peoples. He took UTMOST care of my brand new baby and with extreme caution! He quickly and expertly got my car up on the bed and strapped down my tires. I was SO PLEASED with the entire experience, from A-Z!!!!! He took me to my shop a few miles away and was super professional about everything, even though we ended up laughing like homies by the end of my ride. Although I'm pissed for blowing a tire (unrepairable), I found my FOREVER tow guy! I'm the kinda gal that ends up getting towed several times a year for various reasons, but mostly tire- related and I am so ecstatic to have found someone I can entrust all my towing needs to. If you ever need a tow from a straight-forward, no bullshit, awesome guy, Anthony is the man! Local to San Jose, call him up if you ever find yourself needing a reliable tow. Did I mention his business slogan says, "Serving you with the spirit of the islands." 'Nuff said! Thanks for coming through for me Anthony!!!!!!! read more

Anthony was awesome! He made the towing experience less worrisome for me. He arrived on time as he promised and he never minded that he had to wait for me for a bit before my car can be towed. I will definitely use him for future needs or recommend him to others. read more

These guys were my go-to tow service throughout the time that I owned a classic car in the process of restoration. The best part is I felt like I had a direct line to them because they were so responsive. Anytime the car broke down they were there, also in advance notice if I needed towing from a shop to home. Prices also very competitive. I even liked chatting with them in the cab. You can't go wrong with Pineapple Towing. I just wish I knew where they go their name from. :) read more

Service was FAST and easy for them even with my wheels locking up in the rear end. Highly recommend them if you have a lowered vehicle. read more
