I was told he would go by and provide me a quote by Friday. Come Friday EOD, I hadn't received and so I called to follow up. He said they had a spat of recent storms that caught him up - which is completely reasonable - and that he'd head there on Saturday. Saturday EOD comes and I don't hear back. My husband reaches out to say hey, if you're just too busy please just let us know because we have a timeline we just have to work within. He calls back and says I didn't make it today, I'll go tomorrow (Sunday). Sunday comes and he sends us a text message at 7 am (we're on PST, which he knows) asking for the address, which I provided the previous three times I spoke to him. We didn't get the message until 11:30 am when we first went to our phones for the day. We text back the address and he says "I'll pass.
