Ryan has ALWAYS performed excellent service as well as strived for complete satisfaction. About a year ago I had a large Pine tree removed that was too close to the house. This year my wife wanted to plant a dogwood in the same vicinity. When the tree installers came out they informed me there remained to much debris in the area and referenced an expensive clean up that was needed. This required them to take the lift back into the area to cut it down. The crew started speaking spanish and laughing. The joke was on them (I also speak spanish). Clean up was subpar. I called the office and asked to speak to the owner. After the second call on Monday he called back right away.Was very apologetic and asked for photos of areas which were sent within 30 minutes. He said they would send a crew out to take care of the areas needing cleaned up. This was a week ago and no show from Captains tree service. The cleanup also was painless as he brought multiple pieces of equipment to assist. The tree put two holes in the roof that were leaking into the house. I called my insurance company and then called Big Timber (our first time needing a tree service), they were already on a job but committed to come out to to take a look at the mess. At 10pm they were here checking out the tree and the damage. Because the tree was so big and was on the second level roof a crane would be needed to keep from further damaging our house. By 9am this morning the crane and the team were here and working on the job. An hour and a half later they were finished. The tree was gone. My yard was cleaned up of every twig as if nothing happened. My roof was covered in a tarp which was fortunate because it's raining again as I type this review.
