This place here...SO DELICIOUS! No lie...everything we ordered was so good! No complaints! Food, service and ambience was a 9/10! The food was a little pricey compared to other Mediterranean restaurants i been to. But worth it! I would definitely go back! We were a party of 4, here is what we ordered: - BABA GHANOUSH - STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES - CHICKEN SHAWARMA PLATE - 7OZ PRIME FILET MIGNON - GRILLED LAMB CHOPS - BEEF & LAMB SHAWARMA PLATE The naan bread was so good and came fresh to the table! It tasted like a dream!

We dined at Pine Bistro on a Saturday evening and had a lovely experience. This contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, located on Dean Martin Dr. in Southern Highlands, draws inspiration from Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine. The ambiance is very nice--an open kitchen, an L-shaped bar, and a mix of table and booth seating create a welcoming and stylish space. There's also a cozy lounge area that adds to the charm. The decor is chic, with lush greenery hanging from the ceiling and adorning the back wall, complemented by elegant basket lamps that create a warm, earthy atmosphere. Authentic Middle Eastern music plays softly in the background, and the walls feature modern artwork that enhances the cultural vibe. Service was exceptional--friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary baklava at the end of our meal as a welcome for being first-time guests. The cocktail selection is great. I tried the Orange Blossom Carajillo, and it was excellent. They also have a very nice wine list. Now, onto the food--everything was delicious! We started with the stuffed grape leaves, Lebanese cheese rolls, and Fattoush salad, all of which were fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I had the Branzino, which was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. My family ordered the Chicken Shawarma Plate and Chicken Taouk Kabob, and they absolutely loved their meals as well. Overall we had a very nice dinning experience at this place. It's a great spot for an authentic Mediterranean meal, and we'll definitely be returning.

Our third visit to Pine Bistro was mainly to sample another cocktail from their delectable drink menu. We had previously tried their late night menu of Beef Shawarma, Lebanese Cheese Rolls and Crispy Meat Pies. We love the food just as much as the modern Mediterranean ambiance. The Aperol Spritz was the perfect way to celebrate the end of my work week. The bartender prepared it exactly as described.

*** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2024 menu *** I had never heard of this restaurant until I saw it on the Restaurant Week list. After looking at the menu, I knew I had to try it. It's very near where I go to the Lebanese Food Festival every year. In looking at the RW menu, I was picking the things I wanted to try. After being seated and brought my iced tea, the server asked if I was ready to order. I started to pick out an item from each of the courses. She stopped me and said you get all of it. You don't have to choose! Win! I was soon brought hummus and pita bread. I started to enjoy the hummus and the pita lost its risen shape and was more flat but good. The hummus had a great texture and wonderful flavor. One of the best servings of hummus I have had. In a short time, the next course arrived. It consisted of three items--Lebanese cheese rolls, spinach pie, and kibbeh on a swirl of molasses and with pomegranate seeds. The cheese rolls were excellent. The spinach pie was a bit of a disappointment. It was dry except for the spinach. The kibbeh was good. The spiced ground beef was very tasty. Next came a sample of their kabobs that is called A'Alia. Their regular menu describes it like this: chicken taouk, kafta, filet mignonette, grilled prawn, grilled seasonal vegetables. served with rice and sauces. They were all grilled perfectly and the taste was good. It was nice to sample the different kabobs. Finally, dessert came. It was a mixed nut baklava along with some orange blossom ice cream that is made in house. Service was excellent. My server was very pleasant, explained each of the dishes she brought and gave me some information about when this bistro opened. This was a splendid way to start Restaurant Week. I'll come back for more of the Lebanese cheese rolls. They are food crack!

Absolute beautiful place with very nice environment . We were greeted kindly and friendly, also our table was ready even though we arrived early. They have very nice alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage menu. But unfortunately whenever I chose a drink an ingredient was missed... The food is delicious and as Middle Eastern I can tell I have eaten the best grape leaf wraps at this place. The only thing that we were kind of feeling uncomfortable and worried were the wait times between each order. We really waited for pretty long time to receive each plate. Also, couple times our orders got mistaken with other tables, as well as other orders were mistakenly brought to our table... And the most important that we had 2 orders that the server was keep forgetting to put in. In one word the service really needs to be worked on, unless there was an occasion and they were tired or something, but we also noticed the servers do not communicate with each other... Otherwise it is a gorgeous place and I would definitely recommend

Came here to eat Sunday night and there was no wait. The server was very attentive and had good suggestions for drinks. We ordered family style for 3 which included the Fattoush salad, grilled branzino, and chicken touk. The chicken came with a garlic butter which was delicious and had a kick to it. I also liked how accommodating the restaurant was to allergies. The place is also very aesthetic and nice for a special occasion.

It's the best Mediterranean restaurant I've ever been to! I'm excited to return back to the restaurant because the staff made us feel so special. We've definitely had an amazing experience. Although, I didn't get a chance to take pictures of everything we've ordered, I ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED EVERY DISH THAT WE ORDERED! We basically ordered almost every thing off from the mezza's section! It was so delicious! I was enjoying every bite! All of my besties were able to enjoy everything on the menu because it did not compromise our clean eating. THIS IS A PLUS! There were so many healthy options to choose from I've also, noticed that they offer a patio for hookah! I'm definitely recommending this restaurant to all of my friends. Make sure to make room for dessert. The banana pudding was delicious

This is a local neighborhood Mediterranean restaurant tucked in between neighborhoods. This restaurant has caught my eye and we finally got to try it with a group of friends. We went at 5:30p on a Saturday, we made reservations but I don't think it would be necessary next time. The interior is beautiful and light. We were sat immediately and ordered a few drinks. Their specialty drink menu is great there's pictures and a lot of options. I went for the orange blossom carajillo. You can never go wrong with a carajillo. For appetizers we ordered calamari and grilled octopus. The table loved the octopus and I think the calamari was just okay but it's Mediterranean style so consider that when ordering. For my entree I got the filet kabobs... 10/10 perfectly cooked and I loved the basmati rice and veggies.

Came here for dinner. Valet only parking. Sat right down with our reservation. Service very good and excellent ambiance. Diverse menu. Price on the high side. Ordered a few IPA's. Mediterranean salad had fresh veggies, feta cheese and a good dressing but $17. Warm pita bread was $7 served plain. Chicken kabob with rice was very good but $27? Grilled Octopus was also very good and more reasonable at $23. Overall food was good, service was good and the ambience was good but prepare to spend some $$.

Very beautiful restaurant. It was a girls dinner, so you know we started off with some of their signature cocktails. Tried The Orange blossom carajillo and The Sumac smack. Both drinks were really yummy. The menu is folded and placed on top your plate which I thought was really cute. For food we did family style and shared everything. -grilled octopus -hummus -baba ghanoush -mixed grilled plate with no kafta Dessert -creme brule (was very runny and not creamy enough) They're open late but be aware they are 21+ as they are a lounge establishment. Service could have been a little faster on the drinks, but overall we had a good experience.

We wanted to dine here with our kiddo. Found out that it's a 21 and over place. So we decided to do take out instead. The place was refreshingly nice being off the strip. The ambiance was chill. The staff were friendly. The food was great, we ordered filet mignon kabobs, great portion, the rice was fantastic. We ordered another type of kabob, the serving was really small. The Baklava was good, it was not sickeningly sweet. No one has to twist my arm to come back again to dine the next time around...

So happy we stumble across this place! Driving home from Sohi and saw this so decided to check it out. So cute! 1 thing - they have mandatory valet (?) Not a huge fan of this but honestly everything else was amazing. I hope in the future they open up the parking for self parking as well. This place really reminds me of Milos down on the strip which is this beautifully authentic Mediterranean restaurant. This one is way closer so that's a bonus! Same vibes inside Staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations, we took his suggestion for the kabobs sampler and they were fabulous! The zucchini appetizer was really nice too. They had a great cocktail menu with some fun drinks which weren't that pricey. Our rice dish was amazing - the flavors were spot on! The baklava was good, not great (I'm Greek so very picky about my baklavas) . Their dish could have definitely used more liquids between the layers because it was very dry. But hard dish to perfect! We will definitely stick to the savory dishes here, but looking forward to coming back again!

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

Guests who paid for those tiny tables aren't even respected--people are still crowding and standing all around them. This is a lounge, not a nightclub. Stop treating it like one. On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

Returned with friends for casual dinner. Tuesday night - so no food specials to try. Shelby, our…read moreserver, was at our table right after we sat down and explained the loyalty program to our friends (it really is a great deal. But on nights when the VGK are playing, you have to ask about the program - the cards are not on the tables). Service was excellent throughout the meal. My wife went with the 10 oz. Burger with a side of fries ($17 + $2 for avocado). The 10 oz burger is HUGE and delish - she said one of the best burgers she has had in Vegas. I went with the spicy Cajon chicken penne ($28). Also huge portion (I didn't come close to finishing it). Good but nothing special. Good food, excellent service, fair prices, and a spectacular loyalty program. We plan to return soon.

There was not a lot of people there so we sat immediately. Alexa was our waitress. She was friendly and energetic, though she was changing shifts so a little negligent I would say. She said the bartender would take care of us, but he never actually did. What we ordered : Vodka soda Rustic hard lemonade Old-fashioned Whiskey sour $25 steak and lobster X 3 (upgrade to ribeye, medium rare) 2 x loaded tater tots Salmon Sandwich wrap Side of sautéed mushrooms The drinks took quite a while to arrive . I don't recommend coming in at a shift change. There were not a lot of people in rustic house, there were two people at the bar and we were the only table. It somehow took about 15 minutes for the drinks. Once we got our order in, the food didn't take very long and it is delicious ... but they made a change since the last time we were here in all of our previous visits. The lobster tail was about half the size that it used to be. You can see the pictures compared to my previous post. Though, as I said, it still had good flavor. This was the first time we visited this rustic house, maybe the smaller lobster is only here? I will go back to one of the other ones and see if it was just an anomaly or how the future is going to be.

While I didn't end up loving my dishes, I still looking forward to coming back. I got the salmon skin tacos. Very creative, very beautiful, not much flavor. The strongest flavor that came through was the red onion which I'm not a big fan of. For dinner I got the vegan noodles. Good texture, liked the veggies, it was a little spicier than expected and I'm coming to realize I may not love gochujang so much. The sauce was just a little too thick and overpowering. That said, the bao sliders were delicious, the steak tartare was interesting. The pork jowl was very tasty and the short rib looked very good. I did not love the imperial rolls, they had some flavor/spice coming through that I really disliked but others enjoyed them. In addition to the food, the service was great. They took great care of us, and even offered to write happy birthday on the cake we brought in. They did charge a cake cutting fee and cut up our whole cake and served us which was nice. Finally the ambiance was nice. It's not a large space (not too small either). Felt intimate, not a ton of other people. It was a great dining experience and I look forward to going back.
