Food is good, that's true, but what is good food when every time you order food to pick up you have a bad experience. Tonight was the last chance and as always I was dispsapointed. They forgot about my food and after being there for over 45 minutes they did not even bother to ask me if there was something wrong or to check on me. This place has great burgers. The wife had the Pincho burger and I had the burger with the egg. The sweet potato tots whit the pink sause is off the chain.. They have the coolest soda machine looks like a IPad.. LOL! A good selection of beers as well. The only reason I'm giving this location one star is because I cannot give it a lower rating. We waited over one hour for our food, which never showed up, ended up getting a refund. Finally got the chance to visit the famous pincho factory last night and I was not impressed! I had the tostone burger which I found super small compared to all their post on Instagram, my son had the classic chicken burger and it was burnt. My husband had the steak fresco wrap, the steak was under cooked and drenched in fresco sauce which made the wrap super soggy , and last we also ordered and the chicken and steak pinchos which were also under cooked and had to send them back. We did enjoy the Cajun fries and soda! The staff was good and the place was nice but not happy with the food, don't think I will be coming back. read more

I've been here several times but today I felt the necessity to write a recommendation. Santiago the cashier was simply amazing. Me and my girlfriend really like this place. She gets the pita wrap which she just simply loves. As for me I really like the food here. Only thing I have an issue with is the damned Pepsi machine. Great food! Although they are called Pincho factory they are more known for their burgers. Finally the Hialeah location opened up and it was all worth the wait. They have transformed the old Koki dinky location into a modern and beautiful place to dine in. Ordering is easy. If you want a pincho you pick how you want it (on a salad, with rice or on a wrap) or you order a burger. I love the tostone burger always a pleasure. And I love the cajun fries with extra onions and extra pink sauce. I love that they have a good selection of craft beers. The only negative side which really isn't their fault is although they don't have a formal dinning area; as to you sit and then order. People first order and then you have look for a table. People sometimes are so ridiculous and just sit there for hours while others are waiting for them to get up. This is not a formal restaurant per say. It's a order, eat and go. On the day we went there was a large table available with 3 dinners taking a table of 10 (we were a large party) and they would not leave. Having had finished their food more than 20 minutes prior. Kept cool and asked for assistance twice, to be replied that they were working on it. We ended up leaving without food and needed to wait 10 mins to get a refund. Great food. Very simple/clean menu. Cool vibe. I had the October special, I forgot the name but it was on a pretzel bun. VERY RICH, so might not be for everyone. The cajun fries were LEGIT, cheese, onion, seasoning. My SO had a chicken pincho salad. I honestly think I loved the salad more than the burger. It had so many great flavors aside from the chicken. I have been to this place twice already and never going again. The employees are incredibly unprofessional. First time i went i was almost there an hour for an order that i ordered on the phone and they said it would take 15 min to be ready but thats fine it happens, i called again today to place another order and when my boyfriend went to pick it up they made him wait around 30 min and when he asked what was going on they told him they gave his order to someone else. Very very disappointing and very disrespectful of them making him wait all that time. Never going there again i advice everyone who is considering going to not go. read more

I have visited them 3 times, my preference is the Tostone Burger, it is awesome. On my first visit everything went great, the 2nd one I ended up waiting for my food One hour as they had a miss-up with my order, we stopped one of the servers and actually the Manager came by the table and gave us a full refund with an apology. The third visit, always have ordered the same food, it took 20 minutes for two Tostone Burgers, but the people sitting next to me who were there before I arrived received only half of their order and according to them it took a full hour for the rest of the order which they ended up taking it as a take out as they had to leave. Manager came by a few time to the table, so I guess they got an apology and a refund. A few things do need to be fixed, there are no napkins available unless you ask the server for them, the soda machine is in great need of an upgrade, it doesn't work that great and takes too long for it to fill a glass, with the volume of customers they have they really need to correct this issue. Also silverware should be ready available rather than to have to ask the servers to bring you some as your food starts getting cold by the time they bring it, the servers also pick-up and clean tables so they are extremely busy. In the kitchen they probably could us help as it should not take 20 minutes which appeared to be the average on Sunday 04/02/2017 8:40 pm the time I placed my order, I am judging this based on the time the people before me and after me got their order. Also I noticed that some orders were delivered incomplete, first the burgers or salad, then the fries at least five minute later, all orders should be delivered together not in bits and pieces. This doesn't appear to happen in the one down by SW 40 Strret and 98th Ave, I guess because the volume of Customers is much smaller. read more

This is the second time attending Pincho Factory and so far in both times I have left very satisfied. The burger are exceptional and so are the Cajun fries. The service is somewhat fast except for when there is a high volume of costumers and you'll be waiting outside in a line. I've had the toston burger and the egg'in burger and so far I've been impressed with how good it tasted. Definitely a place to check out as the food is very cheap and tasty. read more
