Inviting sitting area inside - The image shows a restaurant interior with white textured walls and dark wooden flooring. A round wooden table with blue upholstered chairs is in the foreground, with a small glass bottle on top. The background includes additional tables and chairs, framed artwork on the walls, and decorative wall sconces. The space is lit by chandeliers and wall-mounted lights, creating a warm atmosphere. Curtains and windows are visible, with a person seated near the window.

I will definitely be back because I didn't get a chance to try the food but first impressions of Pilon were great! This place is so quaint and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The patio is really cute and doesn't feel like you're in the middle of El Paso. I met a friend for Wine Wednesday ($5 Wine and Bruschetta) and I was pleasantly surprised with this weeks picks (they rotate and are different each week). There is a small corner with local items to purchase as well as a cooler with beer and non-alcoholic options for the non-wine drinker. Shout out to whoever picked the music selection last night! Any place that plays 90's R&B/Hip Hop will have me coming back time and time again.

I've been meaning to stop by here for a while; too bad I'm pregnant and cannot enjoy a glass of wine because their wine list is impressive! Next year. For now, their cold menu is a marvel, and I had a difficult time making a decision for lunch. I settled on the Spicy Italian sandwich, which was served quickly and was flavorful on a perfect sourdough with all the fixings. They also have a variety of sides available like olives, almonds, Greek potato salad, tabboleh, and chips. I'm eager to try a salad next time I visit. The place is very clean with plenty of seating. This would make a great lunch or dinner spot. The service was friendly and attentive. They source from local bakers and vendors. What a treat for today!

A person is pouring red wine from a bottle into a wine glass on a table. The table has a charcuterie board with cheese, sliced meats, grapes, and a small bowl of jam. There is also a plate of bread slices nearby. The setting appears to be a dining environment, possibly a restaurant or home. The person is wearing a black shirt with a star pattern.

Very pleasant service and an interesting wine list. My sandwich was not tippy-top, but otherwise the evening was very good. Will go back!

Small cozy and delicious food with everything you order! Even with the few times I've gone, I'd definitely say it's one of my favorites.

The food was a 10 out of 10. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and do not skip the lobster mac it is a must. We cannot wait to go back.

We asked for drinks that were not on their menu and he was pulling masterpiece after masterpiece. We had such a wonderful time. Towards the end, I was feeling hungry so i ordered steak tacos to go. It was awful! Menu stated fresh guacamole and it came with chopped avacado. Ive ordered tacos to go from other places and they did not send the separate ingredients home like this, Im giving them the benefit of the doubt...maybe they though the tacos would get soggy, but why not mention they dont have guacamole. Steak tacos were 17$, with no sides and really rough, but i saw the plates of people eating there, and they looked lovely, so i just wouldn't order anything to go or eat elsewhere and enjoy the drinks here! I think we'd definitely come back for the drinks.

Adjacent to the The Tiki Room, Pearl Divers features a rotating list of oysters from different regions at $3 a pop. We had the chance to try all three oysters that they were featuring for the day and we really enjoyed the palette. The oysters featured might've been limited but they had a major punch to them with flavor. My favorite were the ones that were a bit more briny, truly small but mighty. Your oysters are brought out with the traditional crackers, hot sauce, mignonette sauce, horseradish, and lemons. It was nice for them to all folks the chance to order in any quantity as I'm sure a few folks might be trying oysters for the very first time in a landlocked city. The had a finessed menu featuring carpaccio, tartare, and about ten to fifteen dishes encompassing appetizers to main entrees. We had ordered the carpaccio but it never came out (no biggie, again it was soft opening so we came in with an open mind). Since we got there a bit later in the day, they were out of frites and I am a loyal fan of oysters, frites, and bubbles (wine at the minimum). This just means we'll have to be back. What was most important to me though was the service and how friendly the staff was. We opted to sit at the bar (as one should at an Oyster bar) and be as close to the oyster display as possible. I used to live in New Orleans for a few years so sometimes when it's busier and you're chatting away they'll shuck an extra one to you every so often to try. I'm pretty stoked to see the dining scene continuously elevating and Pearl Divers is a nice rendition. I'll be certain to come back and can't wait to see what a five-star experience is out of their soft opening phase. *** If there is one piece of feedback I'd provide is to have smaller spoons for the mignonette and forks for the oysters. The current sizes are a bit too large and can easily ruin the integrity of the oyster when making sure it's been properly separated and not intact, as well as, not being able to have the right ratio of mignonette sauce for each oyster. The spoon was constantly hitting the mouth of the condiment cup.

We had a hummus appetizer to start off with, beautiful presentation; we practically licked the plate. Then we ordered three entrées. We had the chicken pasta dish, the chicken pesto sandwich, and the mushroom ravioli. Each of the dishes was beautifully plated/presented, and the flavors and complexity of each dish was absolutely perfect. I had a glass of wine, then a whiskey strawberry cocktail, which was super refreshing and beautiful. The bill came out to about $97 for two alcoholic beverages, a tea, an appetizer and three entrées, which is really good in my opinion. I am so looking forward to trying their brunch and their high tea very soon. And I learned that they have great specials Wednesday through Friday. Half of tapas and wine on Wednesdays! I enjoyed mine red, with eggs over easy. The pancakes were good, but I was really impressed with the whipped cream's flavor...it was dense, not overly sweet, and no after taste. Noah's chicken and waffles was good enough that he didn't leave any for anybody to taste. It was a lot easier to get into than the place next door. I recommend.
