The "manager," an older gentleman, rudely reprimanded her at our table over glasses left on a table set for four instead of two. Charging $6.21 for that is practically a rip-off. 5. My skirt steak came without the french fries I ordered. They never arrived. 6. The steak came with a kitchen knife instead of a steak knife. Not to mention the customer service: the bartender, rocking a superhero costume for the Halloween party later that night, was super friendly and helpful, giving his honest opinion about which IPAs to try. One of the owners came up to us while we were chilling on the patio and welcomed us, even bringing a bowl of water for our pup. Great customer service all around! The one hiccup I would say was the food. There's a food truck outside that offers bar food, and while it was fine, the grub wasn't nearly as memorable as the cervezas.
