It takes a lot and I mean a lot to impress me. I used to do compliance while employed as the Corporate Clinical Manager for a Multi speciality multi-office private dental practice in NJ. So you know I am always critiquing when I go into a Healthcare Facility of any kind. I critique from the first phone call to when I am dismissed. This office passed with flying colors. I look forward to going back. From my first phone call with Jasmine to my pre-consultation with Dr. Williamson to having Autumn assisting it was a pleasure. I cannot wait to return to meet Holly and communicate one Dental Hygienist to another. Dr. Williamson gave the most thorough Dental Examination that I have ever had, explaining and asking questions as he went along. Way to go Williamson Dental Solution this is how the Dental industry is supposed to function!!!! I highly recommend!!!

They both did a great job and I continue to get compliments, however, when I was already in the chair with Dr. Panko, I was informed that the cost was increased by $10,000! My procedure had already began. I didn't fight it at the time because the thought came to me that I might not have been happy with the final product (Sort of like rethinking of complaining in a restaurant about your steak and someone might spit on it before they give it back to you.). I believe the timing to inform me could fall under false advertising since I was already in the chair and bam! An additional $10,000! I believe Dr. Panko should be the one to reimburse me since he was responsible for raising the price which Dr Fay was not aware of at the time. I expect a call from Dr. Panko. Perhaps he wouldn't have been so eager to up the cost at such a late date had he realized I live in the same neighborhood as he does.

They confirmed with me that yes, indeed I needed a root canal. They could have scheduled me in fairly quickly but I was going out of town the very next day for quite an extended period. I was dreading the actual procedure based on nightmarish stories that I'd heard before. Boy was I in for a surprise. The only real pain that I experienced was the actual numbing shot to the inside pallet. However, once fully numbed I felt nothing. Bonus points for not having the whole side of my face numb. I expected pain and or soreness afterwards but only experienced muscle soreness from having my mouth open for a little over an hour. Kudos to those who worked on me. Would highly recommend.

They stated that they will look into it and continued to schedule the appointmet for the procedure. On the day of the procedure; Dr Aloe (female Asian Enthrodontist ) was not very nice or welcoming . She seemed annoyed that I asked her a couple of questions. Two weeks later I received a bill in the mail for $1,365 for the root canal. I called the office and was told by the office manager Megan that she apologize for the front desk not telling me that they were Out of Network for my coverage. I will never recommend this practice. What I will recommend is that you go somewhere else because they are money hungry!

Then she abruptly discontinued the cleaning and canceled my appointment. I spoke with the office manager afterward to share my concern, but her response was simply that Stephanie is a "very happy-go-lucky person," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I am now waiting to see whether I will be billed for a service that was not completed--especially since the appointment was canceled by the hygienist, not me. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism and basic bedside manner. I would not recommend this dental office.

I had never been a patient of Dr. Boyle but she agreed to see me and squeezed me in rather quickly. From the very beginning, Dr. Boyle took the time to listen to my concerns and provide honest feedback about what she could do. While I had the permanent crown made at the lab, I had a temporary crown. The original coloring for the temporary crown was a little too brown for my teeth but it was only temporary. The next day, Dr. Boyle called me to tell me she had obtained a lighter shade for a temporary crown and asked if I wanted to come back and have a better one made. I was blown away with the initiative and generosity. She even had me come back an extra time to have more photos taken, to ensure the permanent crown would match perfectly. When I got my permanent crown, she immediately said "I think we can do better" and sent it back to the lab to have a new one made. I had my final permanent crown implanted today and it is a perfect match. I cannot thank Dr. Boyle and her staff enough for their patience, skill and perseverance. I was incredibly distressed about my previous crown and she made it so much better. She focused on the aesthetic impact of a front tooth crown and is obviously very knowledgeable about cosmetic dentistry. Her staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the dental technicians, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Boyle and her staff are absolutely amazing!

By the time my surgery came I was in good shape, I had more mobility and could get around easier without a lot of pain. I did not have to manage pain with oxi prescription only Tylenol. I was working on the stationary bike much earlier, within first week. I was bending at 118 after one week and by two weeks I bent 128, I was walking with cane in two weeks. So I would recommend going to see George 3-6 months to get an evaluation before your upcoming surgery. So they can help you get in shape and prepared it makes such a big difference in your recovery. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable makes you feel right at home! I would highly recommend them for your PT needs.

I finally had to deal with it and made an appointment at Smyrna Dental. I really couldn't be happier with my visit and I am glad I found this place. The receptionists were helpful. I wasn't even sitting in the waiting room for 5 minutes before they called me back. Suzanne cleaned my teeth and she was super nice, gentle and efficient. I was embarrassed enough at having to open my mouth after so long between cleanings but she made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not keeping up with my dental hygiene. My first impression of Dr. Yerneni is that she is competent and cares about her patients. I like that fact that she wanted to give me time to let my gums heal and she didn't start trying to pressure me to undergo aggressive procedures. I also like the fact that they don't use metal fillings in their practice. I definitely recommend this place and am happy to be a patient here.
