Apparently she was trying to get across her point that they don't take emergency calls by telling me that this is "not the same office anymore". Just crazy and insensitive. I had a permanent crown done on my front tooth at another practice and it was horribly done, I was…read moremortified. I had never been a patient of Dr. Boyle but she agreed to see me and squeezed me in rather quickly. From the very beginning, Dr. Boyle took the time to listen to my concerns and provide honest feedback about what she could do. While I had the permanent crown made at the lab, I had a temporary crown. The original coloring for the temporary crown was a little too brown for my teeth but it was only temporary. The next day, Dr. Boyle called me to tell me she had obtained a lighter shade for a temporary crown and asked if I wanted to come back and have a better one made. I was blown away with the initiative and generosity. She even had me come back an extra time to have more photos taken, to ensure the permanent crown would match perfectly. When I got my permanent crown, she immediately said "I think we can do better" and sent it back to the lab to have a new one made. I had my final permanent crown implanted today and it is a perfect match. I cannot thank Dr. Boyle and her staff enough for their patience, skill and perseverance. I was incredibly distressed about my previous crown and she made it so much better. She focused on the aesthetic impact of a front tooth crown and is obviously very knowledgeable about cosmetic dentistry. Her staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the dental technicians, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Boyle and her staff are absolutely amazing!

This is literally the worst dentist's office I have ever been to. I went in with a lot of pain back…read morein 2023 turns out I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled but I still always felt pain in one of the same teeth since then without anything being resolved by Dr. Liza. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. After going to a completely different dentist's office this year my experience there has been much better. My teeth issues are in the process of getting resolved now finally and for that I am grateful. So don't waste your time going here they aren't worth your money or your time.

I go and the front door says closed for lunch from 1-2! I had too get a babysitter for this appointment for my other child that I had already had to change on her since they changed the time. I decided decided to wait another 10 minutes and a lady comes out and says "I was trying too keep an eye for ya". What? I told her why didn't someone just tell me too wait outside while making my appointment too begin with.

I politely asked if she would be humming throughout the procedure and requested that she stop because she was humming in my face. Stephanie blatantly said "no", she is not going to stop. Then she abruptly discontinued the cleaning and canceled my appointment. I spoke with the office manager afterward to share my concern, but her response was simply that Stephanie is a "very happy-go-lucky person," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I am now waiting to see whether I will be billed for a service that was not completed--especially since the appointment was canceled by the hygienist, not me. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism and basic bedside manner. I would not recommend this dental office.
