Dr. Boyle is an exceptional dentist. I had been seeing her since she started her practice. I had…read morethe very bizarre experience of calling in pain and the receptionist insinuating that I called the wrong office. Apparently she was trying to get across her point that they don't take emergency calls by telling me that this is "not the same office anymore". Just crazy and insensitive. The dental assistant was hateful as well. If you can get past the rude staff - Dr. Boyle is the awesomest dentist you will ever see.

I had never been a patient of Dr. Boyle but she agreed to see me and squeezed me in rather quickly. From the very beginning, Dr. Boyle took the time to listen to my concerns and provide honest feedback about what she could do. While I had the permanent crown made at the lab, I had a temporary crown. The original coloring for the temporary crown was a little too brown for my teeth but it was only temporary. The next day, Dr. Boyle called me to tell me she had obtained a lighter shade for a temporary crown and asked if I wanted to come back and have a better one made. I was blown away with the initiative and generosity. She even had me come back an extra time to have more photos taken, to ensure the permanent crown would match perfectly. When I got my permanent crown, she immediately said "I think we can do better" and sent it back to the lab to have a new one made. I had my final permanent crown implanted today and it is a perfect match. I cannot thank Dr. Boyle and her staff enough for their patience, skill and perseverance. I was incredibly distressed about my previous crown and she made it so much better. She focused on the aesthetic impact of a front tooth crown and is obviously very knowledgeable about cosmetic dentistry. Her staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the dental technicians, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Boyle and her staff are absolutely amazing!

TLDR: Webster Cosmetic Dentistry has poor management and customer service, losing several of our…read moreappointments, losing our insurance information in their system, billing for unnecessary expenses, and being unresponsive to phone calls, leading to delays in urgent care. My husband and I were patients at Webster Cosmetic Dentistry for three years. During this time, we both experienced several problems revolving around Webster's customer service and poor management from staff, leading to repeated, unnecessary frustrations that should have never existed in the first place. I am writing this to share my husband's and my experience in the hopes that it saves anyone else from wasting their time. We found Webster Cosmetic Dentistry and became new patients as we recently moved into the area and needed a new dentist. As a new patient, they wanted us to have x-rays taken, to which we informed them we had just taken x-rays before leaving our old dentist, and expressed concerns that, as these x-rays were recent, this expense would not be covered by our insurance. They said they would cover the bill if insurance did not, and proceeded with the x-rays... Insurance did not cover it, and the dentistry sent us the bill for the x-rays. I had to fight with Webster for about a year to have them honor the bill. After this, my husband and I had several cleanings done, which led to insurance and billing problems. After the first or second cleaning, we were charged for the entirety of the bill for the last visit, as they did not properly file our insurance information for both of us. My insurance did cover the cleaning, and sent me a check directly to cover our payments. While I was made whole by my insurance, I was very displeased with Webster Cosmetic Dentistry, as I had to pay upfront and make money tighter for my other bills, when this would have been covered by my insurance directly had they filed my information correctly. At one of my cleanings, I was making conversation with the lady cleaning my teeth while we waited for the doctor to give a final exam at the end of the visit. As I was talking to her, I apparently added a curse word in (which is normal for my family), not at her or anyone in particular, but as part of my speech. The doctor (Dr. Webster) overheard this as he was coming in, and proceeded to flip out on me, raising his tone of voice and scolding me as if I were a child, saying "how dare you" and ranting about my slip of the tongue. I felt very disrespected, and later angry about the situation after the shock wore off, only now realizing I should have left their business by this time as their service only continued to worsen. Earlier this year, my husband had a tooth chip and fall off of significant size, about the size of a popcorn kernel. He called that day (a weekday, Thursday if I am not mistaken) to schedule an appointment as soon as possible, and left a voice message. The next day he called again hoping to get through as this seemed like an urgent issue, and again received no answer or call back. It took until the middle of the following week for the dentist to simply return his call and schedule the appointment. This is normal for Webster's, as prior to this incident, my husband was experiencing pain in his mouth and called to be seen, reaching no one. He never received a call back or an appointment, and luckily the pain went away after a week on its own. During one of my last cleanings this year, I had a cleaning that was abnormally rough; I felt I had either tartar or bone pieces in my mouth after she was done, which I disregarded at the time. Coincidentally, about a month after this visit I began having problems with my crown, where my gums started bleeding around this area, it smelled foul, and eventually fell off entirely. I made an appointment to get this fixed, where I was scanned for a new crown, to which afterwards I was told the scan was not done properly and would need to make another appointment for a new scan (which was when I was supposed to be getting the crown put in). I am not entirely sure when it occurred, but I believe it was after this where I was called to make a new appointment, as they had no record or recollection of making the appointment for the second scan. After this second appointment was completed, they put a rush on the crown so that I could get it in before I started working my seasonal job at Amazon and gave me an appointment to finally put the crown on. However, once they received the crown, they called me to schedule an appointment, not realising or acknowledging they had already booked me prior, even though I had their card to prove otherwise (for the second time in a row). At this last visit, I was told by Dr. Webster that I should be grateful that they squeezed me into their busy schedule, which came across as rude and arrogant, considering the fact that they lost my original appointments to begin with, leading to a rush job from their own errors.
