Since surgery…read moremy dentists and my prosthodontist said the implants are not positioned properly AND they both told me they are familiar with other Ditty patients with the same problem. I'm in the process of having a 3rd bridge made for for these implants. My advice (and two dental professionals and staff) is to avoid Ditty, especially for implants!!! Save yourself extra cost, discomfort and having to deal with an arrogant attitude.

Before starting, I told the dentist that I recently had a filling performed and had to have it redone due to sensitivity to cold. He assured me that this would not happen with the process that he uses. He filled then and they were sensitive to cold. I waited two weeks for the symptoms to minimize and called for a follow-up. He said that he did everything correct and the only other things is a root canal...and that costs $1000, as to deter me with the cost. I find his manor-ism condescending and unprofessional. This is on top of him rushing to another patient when we was done with my fillings only for me to discover a sharp edge on one the fillings. His assistant said if excess bonding and SHE drilled it off. I cannot recommend this dentist due to his lack of care and concern for his patient's positive outcomes from the services he renders.

They confirmed with me that yes, indeed I needed a root canal. They could have scheduled me in fairly quickly but I was going out of town the very next day for quite an extended period. I was dreading the actual procedure based on nightmarish stories that I'd heard before. Boy was I in for a surprise. The only real pain that I experienced was the actual numbing shot to the inside pallet. However, once fully numbed I felt nothing. Bonus points for not having the whole side of my face numb. I expected pain and or soreness afterwards but only experienced muscle soreness from having my mouth open for a little over an hour. Kudos to those who worked on me. Would highly recommend.
