Description of pastries available

I was on a walk today and stopped in to get something warm. The barista, Zena, was so friendly and helpful! I don't drink a ton of tea, so she helped me choose. I ended up trying my first London fog and it was delicious! I think there were lavender and/or vanilla homemade syrups in it which added nice flavor, but not too sweet- a good balance! The store itself is cozy, there were a few people working on laptops. It's not a huge space, so wouldn't be optimal for bigger parties, but perfect for me. There were also an assortment of pastries at the front.

iced Golden Monkey black tea, Oreo Cream Scone (left on plate), and Cheddar Chive Biscuit (right on plate)

What a gem! The motorcycle + tea mix was so intriguing. Entering the store is like entering into a den; inside, there are a few comfy chairs by the window, some small tables, and a book nook all the way in the back. I had an iced Golden Monkey (black tea), as well as a Cheddar Chive Biscuit, an Oreo Cream Scone, and matcha cookies. I found the tea less sweet than I was used to, but next time I'll be sure to ask the owners for recommendations. I was not a fan of the biscuit and scone; to me, they tasted just like bland, dense, dry bread, although my friend found them good, but the cookies were delicious and true to the matcha flavor. The owner, who also doubled as staff, was knowledgeable and friendly. It's evident that she has a good rapport with her customers, always a good sign.

A great new tea shop on Biddle near the University of Baltimore. Great vibe. Owners on site, very engaging Portland transplants. 80 plus teas. A Biker theme!

This place is a whole vibe - definitely a beautiful bright spot in an otherwise desolate Baltimore Harbor. They have an amazingly varied selection of teas - there were so many I wanted to try (I wish they didn't only offer the tea flight on Saturday). They also had a beautiful array of cakes and cookies and muffins and scones, etc. We tried a few treats (pound cake, chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffin) and they were all amazing! Everything was delicious and a perfect compliment to our tea. As a tea snob, I was very grateful for the beautiful tea mugs they used for our tea. This place is a whole vibe and made for a perfect Sunday afternoon!

I loved that they had an area with books as well as a vinyl collection. You can purchase loose tea as well as have a cup or flight. I chose the apple chai tea with milk which was lovely and seasonal. The servers were kind and thoughtful. I will say that this is not an ideal place to work with a laptop as they don't provide WiFi in addition to the limited seating/electrical outlets. That's okay-come to unplug! I can't wait to go back!

You were encouraged to switch between the flavors vs stay with the same type of tea. This was the first afternoon tea where received a fruit and cheese board, salad, chilled fruit-yogurt soup before receiving the warm, lovely scone and the three tiers of sandwiches and sweets. Many of the sandwiches had some fruit like a slice of strawberry or peach in addition to the meat for spread. The tea china and presentation were wonderful as was our waitress. I thought it was a great value for the price. There was one bathroom on the level. Parking was around the corner or we parked farther down the street.

Shout out to this business. They didnt even know what I had previously went to and they don't know…read morethat they came to the rescue. My friend and I had plans for a granddaughters that fell thru for a tea event. I called this business right after they opened on Sunday morning trying to make last minute reservations. They don't normally do same day reservations but, we were blessed because they accepted reservations for 4. Our little ladies were so excited to go to the tea spot. We were all tea party dressed and ready. We entered and was greeted with smiles. Not only the staff but, also others that were dining complimented us on our attire. It's not a very large place. But, it was just enough. Nothing fancy but, we all had a great experience. We started with 4 different teas. I remember peach, blueberry, mint and I can't remember the last one. We enjoyed them all. My favorite was the blueberry. Nothing was rushed. It was a little busy for them so the food was a little slow coming out but, we didn't mind. Remember they accommodated us and we were patient with no complaints. We started with the sandwich tier, then the scones their and last the dessert their. The girls were just tickled. They even received a marshmallow treat and a gold balloon that I forgot to snap a photo. Great experience and I would return.

The prices were affordable and the teas were good. The mugs and plates were pretty old a bit chopped up so I was worried about that. They're also veryyyy stained. Other than that, the service was great and my time spent there was peaceful. It wasn't too busy and I was able to work. They had a few outlets against the wall. I did the High Tea for $30 pp it came with everything you see in the pictures. I got to choose the Sarnies (sandwiches) I wanted. I got the Egg and Cress which was delightful!!! Overall I'll be back! I live over an hour away and I still deff want to plan another visit here.
