5 Stars - Honest, Fast, and Friendly!…read more I brought my car into Hometown Auto Repair for a routine oil change, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The team was fast, professional, and very easy to work with. While I was waiting, I remembered a strange noise my car had been making and asked them to take a quick look. They found that a bar running along one of the axles had come out of place. Without hesitation, they took it apart, fixed the issue, and had everything back together in about 15 minutes. The best part? When I went to pay, I realized they hadn't even charged me for the repair. I would've gladly paid for the work, but their honesty and kindness were such a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Hometown Auto -- you've definitely earned a loyal customer!

I have no complaints about the repairs. I'll be taking my vehicle there again.

After speaking to Pop's, I learned he and his staff were quite knowledgeable about alignments and various other vehicular issues. After completing my custom alignment, a street performance type. The Corvette GS with the factory spec'd alignment is known to wear the inside treads of the front tires. This is because the factory specs are for track use; regular road use will wear the inside tire treads out within 10k miles. Pop's and his people were well aware of this issue and dialed in the perfect alignment spec for a balance of performance and good tire wear. I'll continue to use Pop's Alignment shop in the future.
