The car drifted and didn't track straight down the roadway. I was referred to Pop's Alignment Shop to perform a four-wheel alignment on my 2011 Corvette GS. After speaking to Pop's, I learned he and his staff were quite knowledgeable about alignments and various other vehicular issues. After completing my custom alignment, a street performance type. The Corvette GS with the factory spec'd alignment is known to wear the inside treads of the front tires. This is because the factory specs are for track use; regular road use will wear the inside tire treads out within 10k miles. Pop's and his people were well aware of this issue and dialed in the perfect alignment spec for a balance of performance and good tire wear. I'll continue to use Pop's Alignment shop in the future.

That puts me at around $2000 that I spent by taking my vehicle to toy tech. Rude owner, and incompetent mechanics. I am currently looking into whether I can file a small claim against this company.

They provided an estimate and fixed what we all assumed was the only problem. The repair price was reasonable and we had no trouble contacting them when we had questions. They took my grandson on a test drive and it did not indicate any further problems. After my grandson finished paying and went back outside. The car would not start. This problem totally bum fuzzelled everybody at first. They replaced one module and only charged me for the part. Then there was another sensor that they suspected. After replacing it-with no charge for labor, then consulting with multiple mechanics, it came down to pulling a spark plug and discovering that it was wet. They took the time to work up an estimate for the head gasket replacement. That job was more than I was able to spend at that time. They allowed us to come pick it up with no additional charges. If they were closer to where I live, they would have made a lifetime customer. The best I can do is to recommend them to anyone that's in their area.

I would recommend this location to anyone. I required a vehicle inspection, and Justin handled it for me. I chose to explore this mechanic shop - and they inspected it at no cost. Just so you know, if you go to a dealership, you will incur a diagnostic fee. The inspection was completed in less than 20 minutes. Since the car was warm, be prepared to wait a little longer before they can begin working on the vehicle. I talked with nearly all the staff here: Chad, Justin, Mike, & Vicky and they all indicated that the problem was with the turbo. - My experience with my third-party warranty that I got when I exceeded the factory warranty was utterly disappointing. I will still keep it, though. lol. My third-party warranty was a complete letdown. You can count on Vicky; she is available to help you. I must say, Vicky was invaluable throughout my experience. If you are uncertain, I would strongly suggest coming here and asking for Vicky. In summary, the turbo failed, and the team repaired it in under 3 days. They saved me a significant amount of money. They wanted to put dye in to check where the leak was and said it was leaking everywhere- had to replace all the hoses and may have to get a new compressor, etc. the estimated cost of repair to the AC working was $1800. They claimed to have put in several hours tracking down all the leaks. I told them I couldn't afford that and they would discount the hours to generate good will, etc. I think they charged me around $500 which included an oil change but did nothing for my AC other than an expensive diagnosis. When my regular mechanic came back from vacation he looked at it and said it was a minor problem he sees all the time. He replaced some seals and charged it up with Freon (it is still working) and told me there were no leaks in the hoses and compressor was fine) he charged me $186. So great to work with an honest mechanic! These guys are not honest and prey on people who trust them. Don't trust them and take your vehicle to another place for a second opinion. I think you'll find it doesn't have the problem they said and it will be much cheaper. I saved over $1600 by just saying no thanks.
