Nice place for kids, my niece brings my nephew here but today was the first time we brought him! Didn't sit alone but he didn't cry so that's a plus! Service is fast and friendly and they are great with the kids!

Henriette is truly amazing with kids and a phenomenal stylist (coming from another stylist who is picky)!

Great cuts and the boys have so much fun!

I've been cutting my boys' hair since they were vewy wittle. They're used to the clippers, the water spray, and staying still. But recently, my $20 Costco clipper set was on the blink and my fades were looking more like waves. I opened my trusty Yelp app and checked out "Kids Haircut", and P&C popped up. I've heard of them through "Coconut Wireless", so I thought I'd give 'em a try. So glad I did! Their hair salon is a play-space for all ages: a train station while you wait, fun seats (there's an airplane, police car, train, car, and taxi for the kiddos to plop down in), and prizes for the kids when they're done. My gosh, I'll take them here even if they don't need a cut! Their online appointment system is so easy to use. Google "Pigtails and Crewcuts", click on our state (Hawaii), and follow the prompts. You can schedule multiple appointments for siblings. Ample parking. Walk ins are accepted, but they are very popular so anticipate a wait. The boys love Pigtails & Crewcuts, and so do we!

I took my child here for their first haircut and it was such a fun experience. We were running late due to traffic and were told we would be put on the walk-in list despite having a reservation, so make sure to be on time! Thankfully, our reservation was honored despite our tardiness. My child had so much fun picking a 'seat'. They have a choice between different types of cars and a Hawaiian Airlines airplane. The haircut only took ~5 minutes and the hair stylist gave my child animal crackers while she cut. At the end of the haircut, my child got to choose a toy out of the toy box. We will be back!

My son absolutely loved it! Daniel did an awesome job we were worried because he has thin and straight hair but it came out perfect we did the 1st haircut package which included a photo & lock of his hair. Thank you Daniel for your patience, and to the rest of the team for your warm welcome

Have been here with my friend's kiddos and this was the first time bringing my kid for their first haircut! Stylist was very kind and patient. My kiddo got to pick their seat as well as choose what was played on the TV. The staff was very flexible in letting my youngest go back and forth between the waiting area and our station. It did start to get very busy mid appointment so I tried to keep the herd together. At the end, the stylist surprised my babe with ribbons in their hair which was such a special touch. We ended the experience with a lollipop. Later, my kiddo did ask why there wasn't a visit to the toy chest as advertised. We didn't ask at checkout as we figured it wasn't available that day. The cost was hefty for a toddler cut as the total came out close to what I pay for my hair for a basic cut at my local salon. Otherwise an overall great experience and my kiddo was happy as a clam.

100/10 STARS FOR JHONELYN! We did a walk in with our almost 2 year old for his very 1st haircut today and only had to wait around 20 minutes. We were worried our son would cry and be a handful to get his hair cut but we were wrong. Jhonelyn greeted him with open arms, allowed him to pick which vehicle he wanted to be in that was available, and instantly made a great connection with him. She was just so great all around, and great is an understatement. Made sure we were in the loop as well, and that we agreed to everything she was cutting. She talked to him throughout everything, kept him entertained with toys or playing with him, and just made the whole experience perfect. Zeke LOVES his new Aunty & I would definitely recommend her to everyone! We will be returning for her every time. Thanks so much Jhonelyn :)

During our visit, multiple activities were out of commission with "out of order" signs and yellow tape sectioning things off. The layout is also a huge headache. The only way upstairs is via one painfully slow elevator. Since the restrooms are upstairs, definitely make sure to take your child the second you arrive--if they're playing downstairs and suddenly have to go, accidents are bound to happen waiting on that lift. This space used to be the old Bed Bath & Beyond, and for whatever reason, they boarded up the other ways to get upstairs, which feels like a major safety hazard if there were ever an emergency. To make matters worse, customer service was really lacking. The staff lacked energy and attentiveness, giving off the clear vibe that they were just going through the motions to collect a paycheck. For the price and how brand-new this facility is, the maintenance, accessibility, and staff enthusiasm need a major step up.

I called ahead to ask about any discounts for locals or birthdays, and they told me they do offer a local discount with valid ID -- nice little bonus! They also said they had availability that day, so I figured, why not? The whole experience was super satisfying. Ever feel like breaking something at work but don't want to get fired? Break n Anger is the place to let that urge out safely and legally. Here's how it works: You get to choose 2 items from the top shelf and 5 items each from shelves 2, 3, and 4 -- so about 17 items total to smash. After signing the waivers, you suit up in a jumpsuit, gloves, and a helmet. They offer earplugs too, but I skipped those -- the sound of breaking stuff is half the fun. Honestly, the time flew by -- I went all in for 10 minutes and it felt like seconds. I probably should've paced myself, but I really wanted to let the rage out. No regrets though -- it was super fun, and I can totally see this being a great team-building activity. I'm definitely planning to go back and try the premium items next time!

Well, I wasn't able to get my friends over (they're lazy), but I was able to come for a work event, and it was super fun. Sports Box is located right outside Dole Theatre where Wild Tiki Fun Zone used to be, I believe. There's ample parking and they validate! Definitely an easy and convenient location. Inside is clean, cool, and well maintained. It's a bit dark, but that's not a big issue. There are several "boxes" (simulators). Consisting of baseball, soccer, bowling, frisbee golf, hockey, footgolf, regular golf, dodgeball, and a shooting game. They provide all the equipment for every game. Even the Point Blank gun for the shooting game (yes, I had to power up the PlayStation later). You can bring own golf clubs if you like too. There's also a putting mat with multiple fun games, and the putting surface is angled, which makes it more challenging and fun than if it was just flat. Each box is charged by the hour and not per person. It's $75 per hour, up to 6 people, which is not bad at all. Party Packs are also available (up to 70 people, ranging from $225 to $425 per hour) where you can use multiple boxes, tables and chairs are provided, Karaoke available, and equipment. The only thing is they don't provide are food and drinks. Overall, I had a fun time. I enjoyed the putting and golf games. Golf had many modes, and many real life full courses that includes putting too! How awesome! The staff was helpful and informative. It's a great venue for gatherings and events. This was the third time we tried to visit, and every single time there has been an excuse why my kids couldn't play. We've been told it's full, that there aren't enough kids, or that they could only play for 30 minutes. This time, I called ahead to make sure there was space before driving over. The person I spoke with told me they were open and had plenty of room. I explained that we would arrive in about 30 minutes. He said there was a birthday party starting at 4:00 PM, so my three boys would have 30 minutes to play freely before it got busy, and that they would be fine. When we arrived, we were immediately told they were closed for a party. I explained that I had just called and been told otherwise. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the staff became hostile and accused me of lying, saying, "We don't even have a phone. We haven't had one for months." That's impossible because I called the phone number listed on their Google Business page. Rather than apologizing or trying to figure out what happened, they told us to leave and refused to let my kids play. The customer service was completely unacceptable. You're actually looking out the windows and watching fish swim by while you're moving along near the ocean floor. We even got to see the artificial reefs and sunken airplanes and ships that have become homes for marine life. The guide was really friendly and pointed out things to look for as we moved along. He also had many, many puns. I also really liked this because you don't have to get in the water. You get the underwater experience without snorkeling, scuba diving, getting covered in sunscreen, or worrying about what you're going to do with your stuff while you're swimming.
