We had a pepperoni pizza and a vegetarian pizza. Although everything tasted flavorful, it was incredibly salty! Wow! The salt aftertaste ruined the experience of the pizza for us - it's certainly better than other pizza places in town, but you will need a lot of water to finish your pizza. read more

If I could give this experience negative stars I would. Our family has been coming to Piezanos for years. It's always been fantastic. Tonight's experience was literally the worst experience I have had in a restaurant... ever. We ordered 2 pizzas, C-shells, a cheesesteak and the kids mac and cheese. The only thing that came out correctly was the mac and cheese. It took almost an hour for us to get any food. All of the food came out at different times. The pizza came out first. The pizza dough was still raw in the middle with almost no sauce. It had no flavor. The cheesesteak came out late because they "forgot to toast the bread". The garlic bread that comes with the pasta came out next, the marinara was ice cold and the cheese was barely melted. The C-Shells finally came out 15-20 minutes after the cheesesteak because "they forgot to thaw more frozen shells". When it did arrive it was literally boiling watery soup. There was no way you could've eaten it without a bowl and a ladle. And the cheese on top was burnt. No one at our table even touched the shells. When we complained before leaving the girl who was supposedly "the manager", really seemed not to care. She did cut down our bill quite a bit but seemed very non chalant and unapologetic. She also kept making excuses for the food which was rather annoying. The whole experience was terrible. Piezanos has lost a family of life long customers for sure. read more

I've ordered a few times in the past, but no more! I ordered 2 pizzas and one of them arrived totally burnt on the bottom and burnt cheese. Who sends out 2 pizzas and one of them is burnt (black cheese)? That tells me that they don't really care as long as it goes out! WOW! read more

Although I generally like Piezano, I believe that service is extremely important. On Saturday night me and my boyfriend went out, we called in a pizza near closing time but we made sure that it was ok that we did, we were given an hour delivery time. We waited an hour and half and tried calling but they were closed. The next day I called back and spoke with the manager Jeff. I said that we ordered a pizza and wings and they were never delivered to us. He said, very rudely, that the delivery guy went to our apartment and the person who answered the door said they didn't order a pizza. I asked him if someone was here and said that why would I be calling back. Very rudely again responded saying that the delivery guy did come to our apartment. While continuing my argument he hung up on me. In my opinion the customer is always right within reason, but to have a manager treat a customer in that manner is uncalled for. read more

Where to begin. I don't even want to give it a one star. The service is so bad. The food was pretty good, but I don't think I can be a customer when there service is so bad. I can't begin to explain how bad the service is! Everyone there hated their job. No one wanted to answer the phone. Everyone had a face like they want to kill everyone. This place is terrible. I hated waiting for my food so much that I wanted to get a refund. But this place seems like the place that don't care about customer service, and I was right because I saw a review where someone had bad service at Piezano's and they called and complained. That person actually got hunged up on and yelled at and everything. I'm glad I didn't complain, I already had a feeling they would be rude, but I didn't think they would be so rude to yell. I hate this place! and I have only been here once. Don't come here if you're looking for good customer service. The food is not worth it to get treated bad. read more
