The Baked Potato pizza is sinfully delicious! But you honestly can't go wrong with any of the options. Great service, chill vibes, and TVs for entertainment (the Savannah Bananas were playing when we were there). read more

I'll start by saying that we used to love Lazzari's pizza - it was our go-to choice for pizza in Lincoln for takeout/delivery. But, the last few times have really been bad. They regularly get the pizza order wrong. I'm a vegetarian, and there have been multiple times that they somehow miss the part of the order, and there is meat on all of the pizza. Tonight was the last straw, and we're not going back. I called in an order for pickup, and my husband went to pick it up. It was supposed to be half cheese and half sausage, and there was sausage on the whole thing. Not only was that not going to work for us, but the staff insinuated that it was OUR FAULT that it was wrong, and said that it would take a long time to remake it, as if they didn't want to remake it and we should just supposed to take the wrong pizza. They did end up remaking the pizza, but never apologized at all. read more

Delicious, the food is delicious. Friendly clean space. Order was done on time as promised.

Friendly and helpful staff, pickup was a breeze. This is literally the best pizza in Lincoln if you want fresh, perfectly sliced pizza. Would highly recommend to anyone even Jesus himself. read more

Pizza was ready on time. Unfortunately the pizza was overdone. Could not even bite through the crust, which is my favorite part. My daughter had the gluten free and it was good. read more

Not impressed. Been ordering their pizzas for over 20 years and have always enjoyed them very much. The pizza didn't taste anything like it used to and all but two pieces of the 16" we ordered had this much puffy crust, meaning very little actual pizza. The crust was way too thick on the sides and undercooked on the bottom, the pesto was incredibly skimpy as were the artichokes (which were also chopped up so much they were hard to differentiate in texture and flavor). Hoping it was a fluke. All we could really taste were onions, cheese and spicy chicken. Will give it one more try to see if it was an off night. Pretty disappointing for an expensive pizza. As a side note: They were super slow, we were the only people in there, so being busy isn't an excuse. read more

One of our favorite pizza's in town! Our #1 pick: Crab Rangoon. Just like the Chinese restarting- its in the cream cheese. And sauce, oh my. This is a hit for every single person we've shared this with. #2: Randy Ross. It's spicy. But wow, so good. Shredded chicken and pepperoni. And it's thin crust. I love crust. Thin keeps it crispy without all the doughy grease of deep dish. read more

This kills me because I used to like this place, but what a ridiculous experience. So you call for delivery and they say we aren't doing that, use our website and use Uber Eats or DoorDash. They are on neither of those apps when you look for them. Then you call and say hey I'll just pick it up and do carry out. I give my order and their price is more than $10 higher then their online menu and they said "an it could be a little higher when you get here depending on fees." Wtf is that?! This is a pretty good place, but a manager needs to show a little bit of effort and fix some simple stuff. How hard is this? I canceled my order and went elsewhere. I'm not paying $46 bucks for 2 medium pizzas that I have to pick up lol what a joke. Oh ya the first price they gave me was 65 bucks! I said "for two medium pizzas I'm coming to get??" They said "let me check and then came back with 46 and said it could be higher." Pretty bad. read more

Save yourself some money, get a frozen pizza. To be fair, there are no good pizza delivery places in Lincoln, so if you're desperate,

Lazzari's has awesome pizza! It's New York style, foldable and delicious. The sauce is great! We've found the sauce at a lot of the pizza places in Lincoln to be pretty sweet, but the sauce at Lazzari's is savory and tangy, just as it should be. They have weekly special flavors: ask before ordering if calling it in, because maybe you'll want to try it! Their website doesn't allow half flavors, but if you call your order in they totally accommodate. We've tried the plain cheese, pepperoni, veggie combo, ICBOP (I cant believe it's only pepperoni), fancy cheese (can't remember the exact name), and the special chicken chipotle. They've all been amazing!! The ICBOP differs from regular pepperoni in that the cheese is on top. There is a TON of pepperoni, and this flavor is great. The pepperoni doesn't get crispy as it's buried, but it's very tasty. The four-cheese was more fragrant than the plain cheese, so if you like the Asiago type flavor, you'll love it! The veggie combo and pepperoni are just as you would expect...satisfying! The special chipotle chicken is awesome, and my husband loved it. There was grilled chicken, red onion, cilantro, fresh pineapple, and a chipotle sauce swirl. It wasn't too spicy, but was oh so flavorful. If you're craving great pizza with a New York flair, check out Lazzari's! Oh, and their sizes are way bigger than other places so keep that in mind! The Large here is like the XL at other restaurants. read more

Fresh and delicious food served by friendly staff. It was a lovely time all around. We ordered a 12" meat combo and a small salad. Both were plenty for the two of us to share. Salad was fresh with a nice creamy Italian dressing. The pizza was hot on delivery to our table. Bonus for staff who changed TV station so we could watch Husker volleyball! Great experience. We will be back. read more

We were near here for another appointment situation and hadn't been here yet so testing now with a couple different ideas of gluten free pizza and pasta. Skeptical so far but food has not arrived. My pizza toppings were few but good. Gluten crust was thicker than most of this type. Usually are more of near cracker type. Pasta was much better. Probably will not return however. There are better choices available not far away in Lincoln. Allowing 4 Stars because we both sure liked the pasta dish. read more

We ordered 3 pizzas to watch NFL Sunday football game. We had a few drinks so we opted to have it delivered. The only option available was EatStreet. I understand there is a delivery fee but to my surprise, 20% tip was already included. And yes, it's still cheaper than paying for Uber to pick it up ourselves or getting a DUI...AND we were would've have liked to have that as an option to add ourselves, if warranted. The taco pizza was one of the most flavourful taco pizzas I've come across. It was on point, from the crust to the fresh toppings, I feel in love with this pizza. The pepperoni pizza is just like any pepperoni pizza. A staple pizza to have to watch football. The crab Rangoon pizza was a bit bland, maybe some fresh crab would've really elevated the flavors. To be honest, I didn't even tasted the crab but I'm sure it was mixed in there. If I'm paying a little bit over $70 for 3 pizzas, then yes, I'm expecting a "wow" experience. I'll definitely try this location again, if only for the taco pizza. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering delivery again. If I can make a suggestion: ever thought of creating a cheeseburger pizza?? read more

We are from out of state & stayed at a local hotel & ordered delivery to our nearby hotel. We ordered a sizable order- upon getting our food delivered- they forgot our drinks so went to nearby store to get our drink. After ordering pizza, wings, salad, chicken fettuccine & soda. We inquired where our napkins & silverware was. Really? Our many customers really HAVE TO ASK for something that is required in order to even eat our food. Food not that great & the driver was nice & we did leave the expected tip--- they sure collected the pre-tip even as we placed the order that was the suggested & proper method-- what ever happened to tipping once we saw if we got everything WE were expected in order to eat our meal. there's likely other places that have better pizza & other food items & likely include silverware to complete the order. I don't eat pizza very often and we have never had a "bad" pizza that was inedible but tonight came close. Let me start off by saying I love salty food but tonight's pizza was so salty that I could only eat two pieces before hitting my limit of salt. We have eaten many sausage and pepperoni pizzas over the years including green olives and never tasted anything close to this salty. We also have never thrown leftover pizza away but tonight we did. I picked off a piece of sausage to try to narrow down the offending topping and ate it. I think maybe that the cook who fried up the sausage accidentally seasoned it with a shaker with a loose lid. This is not, as far as I know, typical of Lazzari's. It is very hard to find good help and maybe this cook grew up eating anchovies. read more

Service: excellent and fast, might be because I came in at an off time Tuesday at around 3pm. It only took 15 minutes for my pizza. The food: I had a non-traditional pizza of spicy chicken Alfredo and it was exceptional, if you like spicy spicy food it might be a bit mild but as far as Nebraska fare goes it's got some heat. read more

Wanted to try somewhere different & should have read the reviews... but found them on Yelp & saw the picture of the crab rangoon pizza & it looked so good so I tried it... and it was literally crab & cream cheese with no flavor. It advertises that it comes with sweet chili sauce, green onions, and wontons... none of that was on the pizza. For a 45 minute wait I guess that was not long enough to include the actual toppings... or maybe if they were out of all of the actual toppings they could have just said this... there is crab on the pizza one lump every other slice... read more

I was in Lincoln for the day and thought I would try this place out, and I gotta say I wish they had a location in Omaha! One of the best slices of pizza I've ever had. Only thing is I shoulda got another slice because I devoured my only one. Try the Randy Ross it is so good. It has cream cheese, spicy chicken, and pepperoni. it is amazing.

Great pizza and calzones . Try the meatball pizza . The Mexican pizza is also good . I'm not into spicy chicken but I have heard friends say they love the Randy Ross. They are conveniently located and is much nicer than the old downtown location. read more

I attempted to order a slice of pizza at 8:35 PM and was told they don't serve food that late. The open sign was on, and close time was posted as 9:00 PM. Employees we're hanging out inside and treated me as if I strolled uninvited into their own home. I used to love coming here to grab a slice but that has changed now. I'm hopeful that things will change, but I'm not holding my breath. Good luck with your business practices, I'll be patronizing the many other pizzerias in town going forward. read more

This is our second trip to this Lazzari's location since it opened last week. Clearly our first trip was a success, as we returned. Our second trip was not very good. We ordered garden salads ($1.89 each). They were nothing more than a handful or bagged lettuce with a couple strings of mozzarella. Boo. We also ordered the 3-piece breadsticks. Another let down ($2.99), tiny, and not the best. Now, onto the main problem. Our pizza crust was burnt to the point of not being able to use a fork and knife to cut it. It could not be pierced with a fork. It.was.gross. I normally eat three pieces. I forced myself to finish 1.5 because I felt bad about wasting money. The people working tonight did not seem to have any idea what they were doing from taking the order, bringing the right number of plates, etc. We are going to go supplement said supper with a trip to Dairy Queen as we left still hungry after having bad food. read more

I've been in Cali for a year now and was so excited to come back and have this but I was so dissapointed one of my pizza toppings was cream cheese and we found 4 pieces of cream cheese on the entire large pizza. Idk if they changed the pizza or if the crew just didn't put out there best work but the two pizzas really tasted like frozen pizza quality. I had an okay experience here today. The woman who took our order was nice. We ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings and the 12" Randy Ross. Mozzarella sticks were okay, and the wings were very good. The pizza took awhile to get out but the man who brought it out was apologetic. When it did the center of the pizza was completely soggy. I was given 3 16" slices to make up for the terrible pizza. It left me no longer mad but still upset. read more

I rarely take the time to write a review, but my experience warrants one. I went to the downtown Lazzari's many times when I worked down there, and thought that the pizza was decent. I decided to try out the south location for lunch one day- I had an hour for lunch, so I figured I was safe. Please note, they had already been open for months. I ordered two slices to go. The young woman at the counter was friendly, but not big on communication. After between fifteen and twenty minutes, I went up to the counter and waited. The young woman came out after a few minutes, and I said "Hey- just wondering if my pizza will be done soon. I need to eat lunch and get back to work." She told me that they had burned my first slices, and had just put in fresh ones. I was annoyed because I had already been waiting twenty minutes, but appreciated that they weren't trying to pass off burnt pizza without fixing it. I waited at least ten more minutes without word. I went up to the counter again, and was going to just request my money back, but she told me it should be ready, and went to the back and got it. No apologies at all. The pizza was ok... I gave them one more chance about two weeks ago. Food was super average. Server still basically paid almost no attention to us, but was friendly. Not impressed. The food is expensive for the quality. The servers expect to get tipped. If you expect a tip, do the work to warrant it! And ALWAYS communicate with your customers. It will benefit you every time. read more

I love their menu items. The pizza is yummy. Unique combos like the randy boss or spicy chicken. I enjoy the cheese bread. crisp and gooey with cheese. I do wish when they serve a hot bread, the marina sauce was heated up. It comes with chilled marinara. So room to improve! read more

Ordered delivery on today. Got the Alfredo roasted chicken 18" pizza. The bake on the pizza was perfect for me. it was just a little brown and the cheese on top had just a few barely browned bubbles. the toppings were adequate. 2$ delivery charge was "reasonable" by today's standards. but the lack of deals/specials puts this place below the major chains for my 'go to' pizza. my only actual complaint is the online ordering doesn't warn you how long the delivery will be, it only tells you after you ordered how long it might take. (it estimated 75-90 minutes, and arrived in around 40). i would compare this closely to a well made, slightly thinner papa john's pizza. if you like that style of pizza, try here. TLDR: "kinda pricey, quality:good" read more
