Amazing! Went to Napoli's in the Haymarket for the first time yesterday and they won us over. Upon entering, we felt welcomed in by the warm and cozy Italian inspired decor. From our first interaction with the host, who happen to also be our sweet server, to his recommendations of menu items, the pace of our dinner, and the most delicious main course- we couldn't be happier. Portion sizes are generous which made for a second evening of delicious Italian food. The owner came by to ensure we had everything we needed. We have found our new go to spot when we head back on our next trip to Lincoln. read more

Most all of our food was delicious. Was not a fan of the appetizer that we chose (garlic cheese rolls)--the taste of olive oil was very strong. Service wasn't the greatest from our waitress but the lady that initially sat us was super nice and friendly. Quiet, peaceful place to have a sit-down lunch! And don't skip out on the cheesecake, it was amazing! read more

Absolutely Devine! Madison was our waitress with a group of 5 from MI, TX, CT and PA. Everyone was more than pleased with their entire' choice. The appetizers of Calamari and cheese rolls were amazing. I had the Pasta Combo, slim on meat though. Appeared purée. Large portions compared to prices. The German Chocolate cake yummy. Atmosphere was relaxing with covered outdoor seating available. Wide screen TV. We had a wonderful evening thanks to Madison and friendly and knowledgeable disposition. Thank you Napoli. read more

I'd been crazy Italian food and wanted to try something new. I'd heard and read mixed things about this place so I decided to give it a shot. We were sat right away and our poor server was very nervous. My date and I chatted while eating some bread with olive oil and Parmesan. Our food came out quickly I had ordered chicken Parmesan (my craving) and my date got pasta Alfredo. The server had already left but I looked and had been served spaghetti no chicken parm... easy problem/fix/confusion... I waited for our server to come back of another to come along and no one did. For a long time... finally I saw a female server and told her about the mixup and she was confused. 5 mins later the correct dish arrived! The food was pretty good but I also tried the spaghetti bc they told us to keep it. That spaghetti was bad. Not good at all! So I left with mixed feelings. :( read more

Happened upon this gem while I was traveling alone. Sat at the bar and had dinner. The service and the people were so friendly. The tortellini à la vodka was AMAZING! I'll definitely be back with the family next time! read more

The atmosphere and staff are fantastic! Everyone has a fantastic attitude and the food was amazing! 10/10 would tell everyone to come here!

The service was good he was nice, the ambience was good. It gave fancy Italian restaurant but the food we ordered a meat pizza supreme or something like that. And it came out and it was tombstone pizza it was good but it was $25. I could've got that and made it myself at home for like 10 bucks would not recommend their pizza, but their pasta absolutely fire read more

Napoli’s - Italian Near Me - Lincoln, Nebraska

My wife and I stopped in the town of my birth on our travel trailer trip to California. Let my wife choose where she wanted to eat, and she chose Napoli's. We should have went somewhere I wanted to go. It is in downtown Lincoln, and we had to pay for parking, which only added to my disappointment with this place. There was only one other table seated when we arrived around 5:00. Not a good sign. I ordered a meat lovers pizza. Disappointing. Pretty bland, and debating whether it was better than frozen might be interesting. I wouldn't go back again. My wife had spaghetti and said it was good. I tried some. Yeah, it was good, but we've had much better. My wife makes way better spaghetti. Maybe Nebraska isn't the place to go for quality Italian food. We should have paid attention to the 3.5 star rating for this place. It's clearly not deserving of more. Our waitress, Emma, was wonderful though. Although, she didn't ask if we enjoyed our meal, when we were done. She'd probably already learned her lesson from asking previous customers. Emma should be working in a better restaurant. It's obvious that management doesn't care either, as there is not one manager/owner response to Yelp reviews. They must be making their money from the bar, because that area was quite lively. So, go here to drink and socialize, but skip the food. read more

Overall, very good Italian food. Had the grilled chicken and tortellini. Came out fast and service was "ok." The waitress forgot our side salads, which was fine and took a while to get our check. Other than that it was a good experience. read more

Napoli’s - Ginos special - Italian Near Me - Lincoln, Nebraska

Food was meh. Crust on pizza was burnt, thin-but not in a good way. Overpriced. Didn't refill my soda. Will not return.

Attempted to place an order for delivery and could not get it even for pick up. Would be careful if trying to place an order in that manner.

Manager was so sweet. Everyone was so nice. Brad always refilled pasta so buttery water was on top and drink. Refills came ASAP. Best place ever and the ambience here was so sweet and nice. read more

Lobster ravioli and shrimp scampi were very good. The server was observant and kind. Portions and price were spot on.

Service was great! Water was always full. We came in as a big team so to have that was nice! The atmosphere is calm and comforting. We had a great time! read more

Went to Napoli's for Valentine's Day about a year ago, we had made a reservation well in advance and got there early. Got seated in the middle of a pretty busy section, understandably so considering the holiday. My partner and I waited almost 45 minutes, hadn't been asked about drinks or been given menus or anything. We just decided to leave because by then it was already well past 8pm and we were hungry! We let the staff know we were leaving and why politely when we left, but we were pretty disappointed with the service. Used to be a staple place for us but we tend to avoid it now read more

Arqueta was a our server and she was pretty good. Food cam out relatively quick with everything correct

Good food and great service! Has gluten free pasta!!! Had Alfredo, spaghetti, tortillini & all were great!

Decor is the best part. I walked in feeling great and excited to try this place. After trying a pizza, each bite was more and more disappointing. Not to mention the dirty tables, and hairs in both the pizza and bread rolls. read more

It was delicious and pretty quick! Bread could be better but the food was amazing!!!!!!

Came here on the spur of a moment for dinner after seeing the pretty lights outside! I really like the aesthetic of the place. Got there around 9:00 p.m., so it was mostly empty. Service was pretty quick. My fiance and I first got the mozzarella sticks to share. They was so nice and crispy on the outside and the cheese pull on the inside of the amazing! Warm and everything. Some pieces have felt like there was too much breading but extra crisp haha. For the main course he got the Chicken Carsoni (sauteed chicken with broccoli and mushrooms and pesto cream sauce with spaghetti). That pesto cream sauce was amazing! Really good serving size as well; He barely finished half his plate! Generous amount of chicken there too. I asked for a version of the Dorian's special with garlic white wine sauce to make it healthy. No pasta, extra broccoli and no tomatoes either. This was bad. The sauce was so strong in lemon flavor. I really couldn't eat it. I managed to take the chicken out and wipe down the sauce from the outside, but the broccoli was very much infused with that lemon flavor that it was too strong to eat. I returned the broccoli and asked for extra plain steamed broccoli on the side and had that with the chicken instead. I was surprised that they charged me extra for a side of broccoli on the bill. This is definitely not what I was expecting. The brought fresh bread to the table at the beginning, but I asked to get it until the end because we both love our plain bread towards the end. The bread was really good though! Soft and warm and very addictive haha. I think this place is a hit or miss. Definitely go for the bread though! read more

Food and service were horrible. Did not get appetizer for over an hour. Came out cold. Replacement came with dinner. Salmon was overcooked and vegetables were ice cold. Needed to track down server to get refill of drinks. No toilet paper in women's bathroom. Don't waste your time. read more

It's was all around just fine. Service was just fine, food was just fine, I'd maybe go back if I was in Lincoln again and my top 5 restaurants downtown were full. Parking is street/garage parking. Waited 10+ minutes for anyone to come to our table after we were sat, sat in the upstairs bar area but still at a high top table. The best thing was my soup, and they did give us more rolls and oil when we asked! read more

Great Italian food. Had a great time. Service was great, vibe was awesome. Strongly recommend.

Service was slow. Soup was pasta with more marinara sauce. Dish was bland and had no taste

Excellent food a service, and a good value. House Chianti was amazing, my wife said the Salmon Polermo was the best she has ever had. Highly recommended. read more

Good location and classic Italian feel. Service was good and food was also great. Enjoyed a Hawaiian pizza and the spaghetti marinara with a Cesar salad. They gave dinner rolls that were amazing, assume they are fresh made there which is great (served with oils and herbs). read more

This is a great spot for a group dinner. They lots of space. They did a great job of spacing out the appetizers and the entree's. The chef even came out to ask how we enjoyed everything. Very friendly gentleman from Albania. We got several appetizers (garlic knots, stuffed mushrooms, calamari, & mozzarella sticks). I ordered a 12 inch pizza. That was really good on thin crust. Many got pastas. They all had leftovers. VERY reasonable pricing! read more

We are outdoor on the patio. The service was speedy and accurate. The food portions were generous as well as delicious.

Are you in the Haymarket district and want some good Italian food? don't come here! terrible cuisine! cannot even make acceptable spaghetti noodles! Game over! Wine selection is more like children's grape juice! I've had better Italian food in Kansas, and believe me that's an insult read more

One of the worst, if not the worst, Italian restaurant I have ever been to. 8:00 PM on a Saturday night. It wasn't even close to full. Got sat right away. Order was taken promptly. Food took a while. I ordered Spaghetti with everything. When it came to the table it was cold. I mean there was no warmth to it at all. Tasted like left overs. It took a while to get someone's attention. The server asked if I wanted it warmed up or remade. I told him I don't want it stuck in a microwave. It came back warmer. Not what I would call hot. It was supposed to have meatballs, saugsage and mushrooms. There was a lot of sausage. No meatballs. The sauce was very bland. Very little if any seasoning. It just did not taste fresh or homemade. More like something out of a can or jar. I certainly didn't eat much. Maybe three or four bites. My wife's cheese tortellini tasted strange. Just not like cheese tortellini. We left most of our meals on our plates. I had to ask another server if we could have our ticket because our server had disappeared. By this time there were very few people eating. He either didn't notice our full plates or didn't care. He didn't even bother to ask if we wanted boxes, not that we would have taken any home. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I took the family here on a Friday night. The wait was short and we were seated quickly. The waitress was prompt and did an excellent job. The ambience was great. It's a nice place. The owner stopped by our table and chatted for a minute. It was an enjoyable evening. We will be eating here again. read more

I had a bit of a letdown during my visit. Our waitress was fantastic. The pizza tasted like something straight from the grocery store freezer, and the fettuccine Alfredo left a lot to be desired. Despite the great service, I wouldn't recommend read more

We enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant with the brick walls and hardwood floors. The bread was a little too delicious. :) My husband ordered the fabulous Pasta Combo and it came in the "come hungry" portion size. I wasn't impressed with the flavor of the Italian salad dressing. I ordered spaghetti with marinara and the sauce was good, but it was swimming in sauce. Finally, the house wine was not good and there really weren't many Cabernets on the menu. We expected a better house wine at an Italian restaurant (although it was only $7/glass). Our server, Kate, was excellent and very friendly. Overall, the food and experience added up to a very good dinner. :) read more

The food is bad. The tables, menu and floor are dirty. Don't eat here. 11:30 on Sunday morning. 3 table in the restaurant. So you would think you would get fresh food. Nope. The chicken claims to have been sautéed. It was baked 3-5 days earlier stored in the fridge then microwaved and served. The chicken was stale, cardboard, uber dry. The soup was room temperature. The salad was spent, it stuck together - soggy and slimy. They don't use fresh ingredients, canned mushrooms ect. Even the soda was bad because the syrup had run out. This is not a joke. It felt like I was on a tv show Kitchen Disasters and Chef Ramsey was going to come out from the back and close the place down because you could kill someone by serving this food. The bread was warm and good so thats a positive. read more
