The only negative was online the price states the total should be around $140-150 with the earrings and piercing. It was over $200! So a bit of a sticker shock being $50 more than expected. Parking was hard to find, there's limited street parking. I'm not sure if they have a lot behind their shop.

First the front staff jewelry consultation was so patient and kind to me. He listened to my concerns from my previous experience and gave his full attention. He made me feel calm and didn't rush me. When it came to my piercing Erin was the calmest presence. She listened and we talked about placement for a while. Never rushed me talking or my nervousness. The piercing was quick and gentle. Fast forward three weeks. I got sick and my piercing swelled and was angry. I was able to come in for troubleshooting and again the staff was incredible. Very kind and patient front staff to start. I was scared to change out the stud as my previous piercer at a different location caused so much pain I had it removed. Erin was so calm and gentle. She changed my stud out for a longer stud and it was painless. Incredible place with the kindness and most gentle staff ever!

They inspected my ear and walked me over to the titanium hoops. I did not know what the material was in my original piercing but they explained why this will be a better material and should help. They gave me a lot of information about why the chose the material and the size of the hoop which I appreciated and trusted. They told me to continue the cleaning methodsI have been doing in the area and it should start feeling better soon. I came home, washed the hoop with soap at water as directed, and it already felt better within 15 minutes. Since then, there has been no irritation-- none of the redness, itchiness, throbbing, sensitivity, or heat that I was feeling before. I didn't catch their name but my receipt says Phoenix so I hope I'm giving recognition to who helped me. Either way, the service was great! I have never gotten pierced here but everytime I go in here for questions or to buy more jewelry, the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The trouble happened when my daughter agreed to have her ears pierced at the same time by two different piercers. The original piercer did a great job on the right ear, but the assistant who did the piercing on her left ear did it so poorly that she nearly missed her ear lobe all together (see the little red dot on the photo I attached). It was at such a drastic angle, that I didn't notice until we got home due to the overall weekend chaos in the store. They would not re-pierce it for over 48 hours, and no other piercer had the correct earring, so I just did it myself with a sterilized amazon kit. After rewatching the video, I noticed that the woman we were working with seemed to notice that it was at an angle and fussed with it a bit, but said nothing. It was mildly traumatic for a sensitive ten year old. Go to a real piercer.
