I'm glad there is options besides Claire's to get your ears pierced in a more sanitary and less damaging way! The only negative was online the price states the total should be around $140-150 with the earrings and piercing. It was over $200! So a bit of a sticker shock being $50 more than expected. Parking was hard to find, there's limited street parking. I'm not sure if they have a lot behind their shop.

Brought a broken chain back under warranty and she told me "it's not in the system" and the part that broke off had the stores "insignia" which is a lie considering the company name is not on any of the jewelry. She was more concerned it wasn't real gold and not the item I had purchased. She told me there's nothing she can do and didn't offer any suggestions or ask me to check for a receipt or email. When we found the broken piece, it not only didn't have the company's name, but it showed it was 10k gold and made in Italy. That's it. When I came back, it was only THEN she asked if I had the receipt or email to show it was under warranty, which I did and handed her my phone with the email. After showing her this, she proceeded to ask "what do you want to do then?" And I replied "a replacement?" And she said "we don't have that in stock", without even checking. So I had to ask what I could do, in which she said I could look at other similar pieces without showing me or even moving a muscle. There was no help. No accommodation. No nothing but attitude and rudeness. She kept my phone in her hand during this time, which I literally had to ask for back. And then she said as the store manager that I could go to another store, which I HAPPILY am. There was no help with my issue and all she gave was more issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I didn't want to go back to the place I got pierced at so I figured I ask here since it's where I buy my body jewelry. I walk in and gave the worker there a full description of what was going on. They inspected my ear and walked me over to the titanium hoops. I did not know what the material was in my original piercing but they explained why this will be a better material and should help. They gave me a lot of information about why the chose the material and the size of the hoop which I appreciated and trusted. They told me to continue the cleaning methodsI have been doing in the area and it should start feeling better soon. I came home, washed the hoop with soap at water as directed, and it already felt better within 15 minutes. Since then, there has been no irritation-- none of the redness, itchiness, throbbing, sensitivity, or heat that I was feeling before. I didn't catch their name but my receipt says Phoenix so I hope I'm giving recognition to who helped me. Either way, the service was great! I have never gotten pierced here but everytime I go in here for questions or to buy more jewelry, the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Once he finally settled, she immediately recognized that he was "in the zone" and worked quickly and skillfully to get the haircut done. She did a fantastic job. The salon itself is lovely, with lots of toys to keep kids entertained while they wait. The first-haircut package was also a really nice touch, with a commemorative photo and a lock of hair. They sent him home with a toy and a balloon, which turned a stressful beginning into a very happy ending. We are so grateful to Lizzie for making his first haircut such a positive and memorable experience
