The location right in Danvers Square is super convenient too. Our family wanted to do something special for our Yai Yai, who is turning 90 in July. She has the most beautiful handwriting, so we decided to use her script saying "Love You More" for matching family tattoos. Peter (@Petermon.tattoo) was absolutely amazing. He coordinated and accommodated 8 family members in one day -- some getting simple script tattoos while helping others create custom designs incorporating Yai Yai's handwriting. The best part was when Yai Yai unexpectedly stopped by and decided she wanted a tattoo too! Peter happily tattooed her, making her his oldest customer ever. He was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming to everyone, and he made Yai Yai feel so special. We had 3 generations of family tattooed together on the same day, and it became such a meaningful memory for all of us. We all had a blast. It's a vibe. The air was fresh and all the surfaces looked clean. It was a very thoughtfully arranged space. I saw one piercing room, it was bright white, sterile, and private with a clean bench (I saw them clean it between customers). The piercer was friendly, professional, and very thoughtful in his approach. Other than an expected pinch, I was surprised to find it didn't hurt as much as other piercings I've had- he had a very gentle touch, and my friend had a similar experience. He gave us pamphlets on after care. I've had the piercings a couple weeks now and they're healing perfectly. Minimal pain easing by the day, zero problems with the surrounding skin. East Coast will do their best to work with you and make things right and will make you want to return... even when you initially said, "I only want one tattoo." I got my belly button pierced about a week and a half ago (almost 2 weeks now) I went with my…read morefriend and she got her lip pierced as well. she went before me and everything went well. my piercing also went very well. the next day it started to get extremely infected. red, bloody, pus. i decided to give it a few days to settle and then i would take action of it didn't get better. about 2 days after the piercing i was talking with my friend when we realized the piercer never changed gloves after piercing my friends lip. it has been almost 2 weeks and my piercing is so infected i now need heavy antibiotics from the doctor. the pain is unbearable, and getting worse each day.
