WOW, I like this locations layout and setup. Since it's new (compared to other ones), it's cute. I will stop by again when I'm in the area.

The boutique got a little bit of everything for everyone. The location of the store was strange and I drove right pass it without noticing it until my GPS told me that I passed it. But then again I am new to the area. The old building gives the boutique a reminiscent of old times, very nostalgic. The boutique reminds me of the movie Somewhere in Times. Strangely familiar and I can't quite understand what drawn me to it but I will definitely come back for another visit. Perhaps next time I will come alone so I don't feel rush. Overall it was a great experience.

The actual gift shop does not charge an entrance fee. They do advertise and charge people an entrance fee when they have their craft fairs. The gift shop itself is actually a converted house. The employees are very nice and helpful. The Red Potato has a lot of every day gifts as well as seasonal stuff. They have items you probably won't find in the mall. The best deal we found was a Lenox cake/knife set we used for our daughter's wedding. It was a really good price. It's a drive out for most, but it's not a bad drive.

This place is suitable for anyone with a crafty type imagination that can turn what the love and do as a hobby into a business. Why do I love Hobby Lobby? Because it's freakin awesome!! And has everything a gal needs to accomplish a creative masterpiece. The atmosphere is happy when you walk threw the doors. It smells nice, very clean and employees are always helpful and knowledgeable if you need help they can assist you. The hours are great. They do close on Sunday's but that's fine with me. Some things in the store are z bit overpriced in my opinion but that's just my opinion lol. For the most part this store is like my Home Depot but for girls Hobby lobby this is my kind of place. I hope this review was helpful and I hope your experience here is wonderful like mine. And I hope you have a gr8 day SYOY!!:)

I asked an employee stoking the shelves and it reminded me of the movie at Christmas time where gimbals and Macy's were competitors and one store referred the other store for a special toy. Kids fans, super mini retro fans, ceiling fans for the oh so picky like myself. A generous portion of Arthur Court items for gifts. numerous candle sticks, candles, no HGTV looks here. Smattering of table lamps, some sink fixtures, faucets, towel bars. Plethora of items to drool over. FYI If you are over 5 feet tall, those big chandeliers will be mighty painful upside your head, eyeballs, nose, please leave toddlers at home, not safe for meandering through, not stroller friendly. Superior to Home Depot, Wayfair, Amazon. No comparison to Bevelo in NOLA so if you want that type of copper lighting they are the ticket. Could easily drop 10k in here and make a statement with the products. No handmade Venice pieces did I spy. It was a floor model, as ordering would have taken several weeks/months. We hired an electrician to install our fixtures (Elaine's couldn't offer install on our high ceiling fans). Blake offered a reorder but that would have cost us more $ for the electrician to come out multiple times. I suggested our electrician could solder the piece back on or I could but I'd need to buy would need to buy a solder kit. I emailed and asked Blake if Elaine's would offer us a STORE CREDIT of $100-200 for our trouble and to mitigate some of our extra expense due to the chandelier arriving damaged. Blake responded that I could have 10% off a future purchase. I do not recommend Elaine's. The chandelier arrived damaged. We had to incur the costs of having it fixed. When I offered a very reasonable customer service solution, it was denied. The items can be found at other establishments, some for less expensive. This was a disappointing experience, especially based on how many fixtures we purchased.

People say shopping at GF is expensive. Maybe a few years ago, I might've agreed. But now when you…read morego to even Rooms To Go Outlet in Katy. What's a "good deal" is still a poorly painted finished piece of furniture that's still assembled as if you were go to an Ikea. I try not to mention other brands in my reviews but with furniture- you kind of have to do some of that comparison. Bought some multi-piece furniture sets for the kids. Very reasonably priced for solid wood. Keep in mind there's other places with faux wood vs. solid. Solid wood is really where it's at for the purpose of noise reduction and quality paint or other finishes you need to have that only come with that material. That being said it's roughly the same price when you go to other places. What you're paying for in addition is the service. These people will help re-arrange furniture, take away old furniture pieces, and actually be there the same day. Highly professional. What I was very surprised was that Mack himself called that weekend to check to see if everything went the way we wanted. I mean, give it up to this dude. 30+ years and while I know he'll won't be around forever. I hope his children or whomever takes the helm will continue to provide that service to customers and to the Houston-wide community. Outside of this, I will say the only down side to GF is the modern or contemporary look isn't there for alot of their styles in the show rooms. Over time they've got more modern pieces here and there; but it's mostly a traditional american style product set here. If you are going for the LA penthouse vibe; this probably isn't the place to shop. Although- it's probably one of the most unique furniture places to shop. Who else has a museum of different American history around with a giant fountain inside and events for kids? If you don't want to shop there, at least go in there and check that out. In the back of the museum as you traverse the hall there's an aquarium too.

There is no way mattress mack slept in one for a month as he has claimed. The first one they delivered had seat parts missing from the factory and you could clearly feel the massage balls on the seatback digging into your spine. The second one they delivered was exactly the same with seat parts missing and the balls digging into the spine. My wife went to the store and talked with mattress mack about it. He pointed her to the "zecliner" without the massage and heat and assured her that this one would be much better. It was not. Within weeks the seatback stopped working and the recline movement stopped halfway back with the seatback frame twisting. GF would not replace it and sent guys out to look at it. The entire mechanical mechanism needed to be replaced. It took over a month to get the parts. A third party contractor replaced the mechanism today. The repairman was still here when i checked it out and again the recline movement stopped and twisted the frame. The repair guy said there was nothing he could do to fix it and suggested we call GF. We called GF and were again told that there would be no refund and it would have to be repaired again. Said they would call us back and now its 7 hours later and no call. So in over 5 months, we were only able to use it for a couple of weeks. As an engineer, you cant fix something that was poorly designed in the first place. 3250.00 lost on known defective goods. It was not my choice to buy at GF as they did me dirty on a 4000.00 king mattress i had purchased there a decade ago. Now my wife has learned her very expensive lesson.
