It was on the east side, so that was a big win for me. I did have to pay a deposit for the appointment, I am guessing that is due to people no-showing. I will say up front they continue to take COVID protocols seriously which is very smart, and I did have to wear my mask the entire time which was totally fine. I was there about two hours for a fill. The young lady who took care of me was very professional and nice. It was clear she really took her profession seriously and was very informative about good lash care. She did a really nice job. My only negative was some light commentary on my current lashes and some criticism of that work. I know absolutely the quality of the lash care I have been getting for many years and it rubbed me the wrong way. I received a thank you email, phone call AND card post the appointment which I thought was an incredible touch.
