Stuffed crust with pepperoni sausage and olives. Taken next to shaker for size reference

If you've never been to a Pie Five, think great quality pizza ingredients version of a pizza subway. Upon entering, you select your crust, sauce and toppings. They throw your personalized pizza in their oven and not long after paying it comes out and is yours to do what you wish. I dined in and the customer service was great and at least 3 times I noticed someone come out to clean tables. If I had to be picky, I'd say the music was a bit too loud and I had a hard time hearing my pizza maker when he was asking me questions about toppings. Additionally, it's kinda pricey compared to other pizza places. I highly recommend signing up on their app for rewards, and to help offset the prices I was awarded a buy one get one free just for signing up.

The veggie pizza.., barely cooked veggies on soggy dough.

I was really looking forward to this pizza from the pics and the description. But it was not good. A bunch of barely cooked veggies put on a soggy dough. No feta cheese at all. Love pizza leftovers but will not be keeping the rest of this.

Pizza was ok. Spicy pepperoni was really good. Pizza kinda too thin. But the cinnamon sticks are amazing would go back for those alone Don't buy the rice crispy. It's just a pre packaged off brand one that tastes like it invented preservatives

spicy marinara + inferno + pepperoni + black olive + roasted red pepper + sausage + banana pepper + red onion + pesto "drizzle"

Ingredients are delicious, just that pesto "drizzle" was a bit much and overtook the entire pizza. Overall, it was good though.

The food is amazing and the guest experience was wonderful. Your staff made sure I was good with my order and made sure I had options even with what I was getting.

Nice pizza spot. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The pizza was delicious. They have a cauliflower crust, vegan cheese, and a lot of plant-based toppings.

This review covers my visit to Orlando's Italian Restaurant on Indiana Avenue in Lubbock, Texas. I…read morestopped in early Monday afternoon, around 3:00, just before the dinner crowd began to arrive, so I was seated right away. I was traveling alone for business and appreciated being offered a regular table or booth instead of being directed to the bar, which sometimes happens to solo diners. I chose a booth and settled in comfortably. From the moment I sat down, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the restaurant's decor. It felt polished without being overly fancy, and the overall atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The music added to the experience, the staff moved quickly to greet and serve guests, and the dining room temperature was just right. Food I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, which came with spaghetti and meat sauce plus a choice of soup or salad. I chose the salad, and it was an excellent start to the meal. The salad was fresh and crisp, with lettuce, onion, carrot, and cucumber, and it came with a generous portion of dressing on the side. The chicken was perfectly cooked--tender and moist, not at all dry--and topped with hot meat sauce and melted mozzarella. The spaghetti was cooked properly, not overdone, and the meat sauce was rich and flavorful. The meal also included a basket of garlic bread, which was delicious. Portions were generous enough that I ended up taking some home. Overall, the food was excellent from start to finish. Drinks, Value, and Final Verdict After finishing my meal, I ordered an after-dinner drink. Although Italian food is often paired with wine, and the restaurant had plenty of wine options, I prefer bourbon and ordered a pour on the rocks. I did not expect the kind of large single ice sphere you might see at a whiskey bar, but that is exactly how it was served--a nice touch. The overall price for both the food and drink was very reasonable. Considering the quality of the meal, the attentive service, and the comfortable atmosphere, the value was outstanding. This restaurant really impressed me, and I plan to return. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lubbock--just bring an appetite. Since my work now brings me here often, I expect to try other restaurants in town, including other Italian spots, but Orlando's has already set a very high standard.

Service is usually friendly, but the food is just okay. Not bad, but not amazing. Pricing is also on the high side, which for the food quality, shouldn't be that high. Fun place to go occasionally, but I honestly prefer Olive Garden for Italian food in Lubbock.

What...was that?…read more Perhaps that's the issue. I remember what One Guy's used to be. It was formerly a place that I'd recommend to anyone visiting from out of town as a local favorite. It was a place I went when I cared less about convenience and using a coupon for some chain pizza and instead wanted something absolutely delicious. Sadly, it's not that anymore. The salad out front was decent enough, albeit pretty basic and definitely nothing special. The calzone was watery. Yes, watery. I don't even know how or why, but there was an excessive amount of watery liquid coming out of it. The pepperoni pizza was decent enough, but definitely no better than you're going to get from a chain, or (I can't believe I'm saying this) frozen. The sauce was particularly off-putting and gave me a different kind of nostalgia than I thought I would get eating here. It reminded me of eating Chef Boyardee vlin microwavable bowls as a kid. I was told that after taking the leftovers home and trying them the next day, they were even worse reheated. I didn't have that misfortune myself as I was done with it after the meal. The service was adequately good, but there was no crowd like I would have expected, and it's easy to see why. I'm fully aware of the reasons things may have gone a different direction (specifically downhill) at One Guy's and that there are now more options in town. I just hoped that this location still had some of that pizazz that made it special. Sadly, I was disappointed.

The location is nice if you're anywhere near the Tech campus area. It's right on Broadway. Parking can be tough if it's busy. There is street parking and a lot, but neither are the most plentiful. The food is the real star though. Their wings are incredible, and they don't mess around with the spice. They can be hot! I love the jalapeño poppers. Where else gives you a real popper and not just a frozen and deep fried version? As for the pizza...I'm pleased to say it's the best part of an already awesome place. It doesn't matter what kind you get, you'll be happy with your choice. The Last Call Pizza deserves it's own paragraph. I think I can confidently say it's my favorite pizza of all time. And the second time I had it, confirmed just that. As for food... we have been coming here for YEARS, and the consistency in dishes/drinks is not there. It makes me extremely sad, especially when we pay well over $200 each visit. For example- I always get the Chilean Sea Bass- many times it's lightly seared, leaving the fish delicate in tenderness and flavor. Tonight it was like Furr's Cafeteria . It was heavy with oil and the outside was extremely crispy, like a deep fried filet- so discouraging. As for dessert, I was offered a "complimentary" one for my birthday, but was still charged $12.00 for it. I didn't say anything... but really??? I had this same dessert last week, and this week the pretzel crusted bottom was far too buttery and over-powering-- so not only did the "complimentary" birthday dessert cost, it also was not finished. Finally, the evening started with drinks- my choice, an espresso martini. At the bar, the lady asked if I wanted "creamy and sweet" and I said "neither"-- what she gave me was AMAZING! She said if I reordered at the table later to say the same to our waiter, with my name. I did, and ... yikes- not even close to the same flavor. Overall, we love coming here for the atmosphere and waitstaff, but the consistency in quality of food keeps regressing. It truly makes me sad.
