This place was a good option when we have a picky family with dietary restrictions. We learned that we couldn't order a kids gluten free pizza so my 6 year old had a whole individual pizza. The ordering process was very simple. I told them what we wanted and they made it. Then I watched my pizza just sit there. Eventually they got cut, but I still waited to pay... seems to me that, that is the most important part; on the business end of it. The cashier came out of the kitchen area and asked me to recount what was ordered. 3 regular pizzas, 1 gluten free pizza, and breadsticks I hoped that this recollection was enough. It was. Then we waited for our gluten free pizza. I noticed that they took great care to use separate tools and served in a pizza box. I appreciated that. When we go to the table, the lunch rush was in full swing and the line was almost to the door. Everyone began to eat and our pizzas were good. My only complaint on my pizza was that the chicken pieces were shredded and minimal. Once my daughter took a bite of her gluten free pizza, she immediately hated it. To me it looked raw. She ended up eating the toppings and leaving the crust. For an upcharge of $2, I expect it to be cooked to perfection. It was not. Attached is a photo of the dough, with no toppings. The pizza tasted good minus the mushrooms (more on that below) and the concept is neat. The service was lacking. We came in around 2pm and there weren't any customers in line and just a few in the dining area. However, none of the staff acknowledged us for several minutes. I was impressed with how patient the pizza makers were when my kids were deciding which toppings they wanted on their pizza. One of the toppings I requested was mushrooms. After my pizza went in the oven I saw my pizza maker look at the mushrooms funny and take them back to the kitchen workspace. When I went to pay, an older gentleman possibly a manager or owner took my payment. I asked him "I saw him take the mushrooms back like there was something wrong with them so I just want to make sure". He replied: "He asked me. They're fine. Everything is incredibly fresh and dated". Okay, here is the problem with that, sir. A date stamp doesn't mean food hasn't gone bad. A date stamp doesn't mean the food was prepared correctly. A date stamp is there to help determine freshness, but visual inspections are just as important. Mushrooms are tricky. You can't get them too wet or they turn to rubber. Something was not right about the way the mushrooms were either stored or prepared and I knew it as soon as I got my pizza. I picked them off. Would I have been sick from eating them, not likely. But they didn't look or taste good. Now, to elaborate on our service more. After I paid, I stood there confused and said "so do we just sit down"? The older male says "yes, let me give you your number. Sorry, our cashier is...." He didn't complete his sentence, he just trailed off. If you are apologizing to a customer, look them in the eyes and finish your sentence. Otherwise, it just feels incredibly disrespectful. I received my pizza and shortly after my son received his, but the staff member delivering the pizza said they had to remake my other son's pizza. So he had to sit there for well over five minutes waiting for his pizza. The server apologized, and it was fine, but they didn't take the time to fully cut his pizza! So every time he attempted to get a piece, the pizza would break. My receipt listed a website to give feedback. However, this location was not an option listed on their website to leave feedback. read more

Pie Five Pizza is DELICIOUS! Such a variety of options and fresh ingredients. Love that they have a call ahead and a drive through, but even when you walk in, the pizza is ready quickly. I visited Pie Five after some friends suggested their cauliflower crust, as I've recently developed a gluten-allergy. This was my first time there. I ordered online 4 hours ahead of my pick up time. I arrived 15 minutes early & was told they would prepare my pizza (grilled chicken, spinach, mushrooms & caramelized onions with olive oil as my sauce). It took about 5 minutes! Wow! The pizza is good. However, the space is in need of a serious cleanup. Tables and seats were dirty (only three of us in the restaurant - staff standing around looking at their phones). We arrived about 4:45 before the rush crowd. Ordered 2 pizza/salad/drink combos. The pizzas are really big, about 6 pieces. Enough for 2 people to share or take home. The pizzas don't have a lot of toppings on them. A little more would be great. About 7 black olives per pizza. The Maui Wowie was good. I ordered a chicken with olive oil. It was also good. The pizzas took only 5 minutes and were delivered to our table. They were nice and hot. The salads were also good. You get to select your toppings and dressing. I chose house which was good. NOW for the BAD. I don't know if there is a manager on duty or not. It seemed like a junior high playground. One young man was deliberately putting brownie on the seat of a chair so that a fellow employee (female) would have to come and clean it up. He was making a big deal of it and yelling and causing a commotion. The female might have been on break, as she was just sitting in a booth looking at her phone. The place started to get busy and the boy and girl decided to fake fight in the hallway. Then the boy pushed the girl into the mens bathroom. Of course he had to yell this to the entire restaurant. The food is great, the service is AWFUL. I've been twice and both times was very disappointed. Once, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Although we could see many people in the back, we weren't greeted for so long we almost left. Then, the man who made our food had nasal drainage he kept VERY loudly sucking back up his nose.... while making our food. Today I opted for the drive through. No big deal, I wasn't in a hurry and mistakes happen, especially with online ordering systems... But when I informed the staff, I got eye rolls and attitude. Love Pie Five because it's fast and everyone in the group gets whatever type of pizza they like (as opposed to all having to agree on the same one). They cauliflower crust is a delicious choice to go lower carb or gluten free, and I appreciate how they are always careful to ask if it's for a gluten sensitivity so they don't cross contaminate with their gloves when making other pizzas. My kids love the cheese pizza and my favorite is the BBQ chicken! With the circle of crust app you can track points and are offered lots is extra rewards. read more

Always had good experiences here till tonight. Out of breadsticks at 5pm. Wife ordered no cilantro on her Maui Wowi and it came smothered in cilantro. Twice tried to give our pizzas to wrong customer. Did give our wings away to people who had followed us in line, then were quite rude about the screw up to us. Took 15 minutes to get six wings and they were served lukewarm! No forks or Parmesan in the service area which was quite filthy and apparently no staff available to clean or refill. At one point two employees talking in the back had to be told to start helping. Yes it was busy but they clearly were understaffed and under supplied for a Saturday. Doubt we'll be back but definitely never ordering the wings again, they can't handle it. read more

I rarely review restaurants, but when the food is this bad, I feel compelled to. I came through drive-through last night and purchased the dessert combo (pepperoni pizza, drink, dessert). I thought the amount of time I waited on the pizza was sufficient; however, when I got home it was clear the pizza should have spent more time in the oven. I couldn't even pick the pizza up to take a bite. It was basically dough with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on top. I didn't have time to go back to the shop, so I just placed it in the over a bit longer. (While it was too doughy to pick up, I was able to use a spatula to place it in the oven). This didn't make it any better. The last time I went here, the pizza was tolerable. A bit salty, but at least I could pick it up. I won't be wasting my time or money here again. You'd be getting a better product if you got a hot and ready pizza at little caesars. read more
