Ester and the girls! - Six women are gathered around a table inside an indoor pickleball facility with high ceilings and professional lighting. They are smiling and posing for a selfie, with some making peace signs or thumbs-up gestures. The table has personal items, a water bottle, and a small divider. The background features a sign that reads 'EAT. SLEEP. DINK. REPEAT' and a few doors, indicating a recreational sports environment.

Ester and Alejandro were amazing. Ester gave us a free lesson and they let us stay a little longer to learn. Both were extremely sweet and helpful. Great smooth experience, not hiccups at all. Check out all their free events too! There's ladies night, singles night, desi night with Bollywood, 2000s night etc. Highly recommended!! Do itttt

Children are participating in a sports activity on an indoor court, with some holding paddles and others standing near cones. An adult supervisor is present, and the background shows additional courts and sports branding. Balloons are attached to the ceiling, and the setting appears to be a recreational sports facility for kids.

We went to the Pickeland Kids Bash this past Sunday and my children had such a great time! Esther was amazing with the kids. She was patient, encouraging, and made everything so fun. I loved how the activities gave every child plenty of chances to play and feel included. My daughter especially enjoyed learning how to hit, and my son hasn't stopped talking about the fun drills they did. The whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made it easy for the kids to feel comfortable and excited to try something new. We'll definitely be back , it was such a positive experience for our family!

My team hosted a private event at Pickleland and we had a BLAST!! This new indoor court has about 3 courts up front and 6 inside. A/C is flowing great and lots of balls/paddles to rent. The staff was very accommodating and took the time to teach my co workers how to play. They also have drinks and non-alcoholic drinks to purchase. The mezzanine area is large with corn hole and connect four. Plenty of parking around the area. This is going to be a great pickleball community. Highly recommend!

Facility is huge and clean. Courts are all separated with fence which makes it easy to chase your ball and not interrupt others on nearby courts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Making reservations is highly recommended because it fills up quick and is busy at peak times. My sister has a membership and goes a few times a week. She loves the community and staff and the opportunities of open play that come with the membership. Overall great facility to play at.

membership rate (December 2024) - The image shows a membership rate chart for Pickleland, a pickleball facility in Pflugerville, TX. The chart lists three plans: Morning, Unlimited, and Family, with prices for 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months. The Morning plan costs $39, $35, and $29 respectively; the Unlimited plan costs $99, $95, and $89; and the Family plan costs $249, $235, and $199. The chart emphasizes the 12-month plan as the best value and notes that all months must be paid upfront to qualify for discounted rates.

Having played at various indoor pickleball facilities throughout the country, Pickleland's redeeming feature is its affordability. It does not have changing rooms, combination lockers, shower facilities, or gym equipment for light workouts or warm-ups. Starting in May 2025, Pickleland has decided to require a minimum DUPR level for many of its open play sessions, which I see as an attempt at money grab without providing any added value. This is a very shameful move. Caveat Emptor!

Free intro class on Aug 16 2025 - An indoor pickleball facility with nine courts features a group of individuals standing on a purple court surface. A woman in a gray patterned shirt and black shorts appears to be leading or speaking to the group. The background shows fencing, court markings, and signage for Pickleland. Text overlays promote a free introductory pickleball class, indicating a promotional event at the facility.

I've been coming to this location off and on, but more consistently as of recent. Alejandro (CEO), Craig (GM), Zack (Instructor/Coach), Esther and Colin at the front desk, have been phenomenal. I love that this place allows you to take the beginner class and intro 101 (paid session) as many times as you feel comfortable moving to the next level in pickleball. The instructors are engaging and take the time to help you level up. Clean facility, I love the beginner open play sessions (I've made quite a few friends), best prices in Austin, awesome events (singles, couples, EDM, and other events always have a large turn out, especially the singles event). I was nervous about playing and going alone, but it was the best decision I made coming to Pickleland in Pflugerville.

An indoor pickleball facility with nine courts, separated by black nets, featuring purple and blue playing surfaces. Several players are engaged in practice or casual play, some holding paddles and others observing. The space has high ceilings with exposed beams, large overhead lights, and white insulated walls. The area includes a mezzanine with additional amenities, and the environment is designed for recreational and competitive pickleball activities.

I'm honored to say this is where my humble beginnings arose because now I can't stop thinking about it. In fact, I already bought the shoes, the paddle, the backpack, the balls--I'll stop. PK was special in the fact that the culture was super laid back and the vibes were high. I went for an Open Play on a weekend and it was incredible to see how much mingling we could achieve within 2 hours. I played with at least 6 people on my team! As a first timer, I met two first timers and it was awesome to see how quickly we learned and everyone was a supportive coach to us. I truly don't think there could have been a better group of 17 of us. The cost is not bad for a single play ($6.50 for this specific event on President's Day). And memberships range drastically depending on how often you want to play. If I lived nearby, I would absolutely pay for a membership! The staff was decent -- I wish they weren't so stiff about timing for future events. For example, we had to wait a bit for the catered lunch group to exit but when the next group came in after us, we got a very strict 15 min. warning. Whatever! Didn't kill our vibe. Get ready to sweat if it's your first time -- I burned 633+ calories! Will be back!!

I visited last month on a recommendation from my husband, who follows the pickleball community online. When I first checked the website to reserve an open play spot, it was a little confusing: Level 1: Beginners (newbies and advanced beginners); there aren't many options for these sessions in the morning. Level 2: 3.0 and up (intermediate to advanced). This is the level my husband and I played, and we were right on par with the other players. Level 3: The advanced-elite level. Overall, we had fun from check-in to check-out and even walked away with some great T-shirt swag. I was so happy I didn't have to pack my own paddle since I could rent a Selkirk Broomstick Elongated there.

Don't get me wrong, I like Pickle Ranch. And I'm no expert in pickleball…read more Pros: Music is fun and lively. Plenty of courts to go around. Seems consistently clean and amenities are fine. Cons: Maybe not so much cons, I just think APR has become a bit stagnant compared to East Side Paddle Club. ESPC is cheaper, with more courts, and just as many events, clinics, and open plays. ESPC also has family plan, which is very nice on the wallet. Level of play seems more challenging at ESPC compared to APR, and just generally more buzz. Still very solid place to pay, I just think they need to be more innovative or come down in price.

Be VERY cautious before signing up for personal training here…read more The initial "free session" was mostly a high-pressure sales process, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. Some aspects of the program also didn't match how they were presented during sign-up (things like guidance around goals, communication, and support outside of sessions). I do want to say that my trainer herself was kind and genuinely good during the sessions I had with her. I don't think the issue is the individual trainers as much as the structure of the program. That said, I did run into a couple of scheduling issues where I showed up for confirmed appointments that had been reassigned, and communication overall was inconsistent. I also would have appreciated more proactive follow-up--I needed to cancel my last session in December, life has been crazy, it's now Mid April and I never heard from anyone again--though I acknowledge I could have reached out as well. *****The biggest issue, however, has been the cancellation process.***** The contract requires written notice through a specific support email, and in practice, that process has been slow and difficult to navigate. It took multiple attempts to get clear direction, and communication was limited to being routed back to the same support channel without meaningful follow-through. Based on my experience and similar complaints from other customers, this appears to be a pattern. This creates a situation where it's easy to sign up, but MUCH harder than expected to cancel. I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing up to carefully review the cancellation terms and be prepared for a potentially frustrating process if you decide to end the program.
