During this visit, we had a front-row seat at the Bluebonnet Airshow, which was happening next door at the Burnet Municipal Airport. One nit, you will not finish your round in four and a half hours. After moving out of the area, I canceled my membership four days after being billed in December. Despite not living nearby or being able to use the club, they required 60 days' notice and continued charging full dues for two additional months. No flexibility. No prorating. No understanding. When I spoke with Rachel King about it, she was dismissive and simply repeated the policy over and over instead of addressing the issue or showing any willingness to work with me. It felt intentionally rigid and callous. If you're considering joining, just be aware that leaving may not be handled with the same hospitality they show when signing you up.
