We made some very last-minute plans to play pickleball together, and the reservation process was super easy and smooth. The facility was clean, updated, and very organized. We were able to rent paddles for $10 each, and they also provided balls for us. Since we had a big family group, we really appreciated being given a court near the lounge area...such a thoughtful touch! The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, especially with walking us through the app check-in process. I also loved that they have storage areas and showers available as well. Overall, such a fun and welcoming indoor pickleball spot. Highly recommend if you're in the McKinney, Frisco, or Prosper area!

Coach Roberts is patient and encouraging with the kids. My daughter loves going to class every week. I like the fact that Frisco offers classes in the evening and they have space for the parents to sit and watch if they prefer. They have great communication with the parents from both the Coach and the company. Definitely recommend FRS for your kids to learn and grow in Tennis.

I love Preston Playhouse - it's a really cool rec center offering pickleball, padel and a bar to relax for work events and family/friend get-togethers. In DFW there are what I call "Pickleball Operations" and "Places That Offer Pickleball." Unfortunately where I am in the game, Preston Placehouse is more of a "Place That Offers Pickleball" - which isn't what I'm looking for but may be great for you. The courts are colorful and (mostly) in great shape and the spacing is pretty good. They have morning ($10) and evening ($15) open plays which isn't the most expensive in town but not the cheapest. The Open Plays are All Levels, so a bit of a gamble in terms of the quality of player you will find. Last night I found some really good ones but there weren't many. When I first went there there were more, but it seems like they may be choosing places like Pickler Universe and The Picklr. Preston Playhouse though is a fun atmosphere and great place to bring friends or your own group but it's not a pickleball community focused on ramping up competition or teaching skills and it doesn't try to be.

I was told a few weeks ago there was a wait-list and today I was told I was not on the waitlist! Their management is weak and young and likely inexperienced! It's not fun to keep going and keep hearing a different story each time!!! A Class action suit would likely be in order and my husband attended SMU with lots of attorneys. I think I many consider that to be a viable option at this point, depending on what I'm told by Wayne in the morning! Last week a lady I did not recognize said my name was on the waitlist! Who? What? When? Don't ask anyone at the lifetime desk, because you'll not get the same answer twice!!!!!! Lifetime personnel need to treat others as they might wish to be treated - truthfully! Problem is, they don't know what the truth is!!!!!!
