The workouts are incredible and different from each trainer and they really help you out with technique so that you can improve every time. This is the type of workout where you get out of it what you put into it--some days I come in feeling exhausted already from a long day and try to focus on my form and then some days I come in and focus more on power and strength! If you've never tried boxing, this is definitely the place to start and keep getting an incredible workout!

My own car sustained over $12,000 in damage--and that's not even counting the stolen items. Was the club helpful? No. Did they call the police or have them respond? Also no. Banner House advertises private security. So where was it? Instead, we had teenage kids walking around freely while an apparent criminal loitered in the parking lot. It felt unsafe and completely mismanaged. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you're planning to visit to play pickleball or relax by the pool, just know it might end up costing you the price of a rental car, stolen property, a huge deductible, 2 days off work and your peace of mind. With what happened, you have to ask: Is this place really worth a $20,000-a-day price tag?

I brought my son to this location (we have a family membership) and he was not allowed on the basketball courts because he is 8 years old. I contacted to General Manager Tricia and she remedied this right away. He is allowed as long as I accompanied him. Overall, this is a nice club. It has plenty of weights, machines, pool, and basketball courts. Some of the reviews have been subpar because it is not as fancy as other Lifetime Gyms. But this gym is less packed and has more weight and machine equipment than some of the fancier counterparts. I often drive further to this location.
