BEWARE! These people will lie and steal your property just to exercise their perceived power over you! I inadvertently took the jack from my car into the facility in case I needed it. They failed to follow their own policy to check bags of people going in - if they had the employee could have simply informed me to take my jack back to the car. After purchasing my part, I was exiting the facility and the "supervisor" checked my bag and implied that I had stolen the jack! Very embarrassing! She informed me that she would not take a look at the trunk of my car where she could clearly see where it had come from.. instead she told me that she would review the video recording and if they had failed to check my bag, then they would return my jack (the big lie). Jackie clearly wanted to stick it to me and returned with a single useless still frame picture of me entering the facility! Time stamp on my receipt 11/8/2025 1:20pm customer with the yellow bag.. Jacky took great delight in exercising her authority and effectively stealing my property because I was upset! I left after giving her some choice words (not proud of that but oh well!). I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but I had a pretty good experience. I needed a bumper for a Kia optima and they had a lot of Kia's on the lot! They didn't charge for us to remove the part ourselves like a lot of these reviews said. I took off a star because it is true they charge for every little damn thing. But I bought it because I was not going to take everything little thing off to save $50. I didn't buy insurance which sucked because I bought the wrong year but that's completely my fault, buy the insurance just in case! You must pay for an item before removal, the heavy duty girl in the office is in charge of pricing way too expensive, and the old guy helping you out should not work there if he doesn't want to, extremely rude and talks like if he was on a substance. I recommend everyone to look on eBay before considering this place. Horrible experience. For reference I've been to other LQKs a grill would be 25$ they wanted to charge me 75$ plus tax, Doors were 200$ here and they told me it wouldn't come with mirrors or door hinges, not to forget that the doors were also damaged from the crash. read more

Update: I brought the rating up from 1 star to 3 stars because the employees who work at all LQK locations are always good to me. Not sure what's going on with management and pricing of this company right now, but I hope they pull it together. Never had these issues at any of their other locations. They should honor the price that their location states as the price for the part on the app. I'll give a couple LQK locations 5 star ratings for my experiences in the past and to offset this bad experience. This whole place is a complete joke. They want you pay for the parts before you remove them. What kind of stupidity is this. Drove from LA to rialto just for this goofy system. Not only that, the cashiers are the ones that come out of their booth to tell you this. So you can't remove them and go so they can see the parts either or what if the parts broken and you go pay for it or if the parts are not there. Waste of time. They don't even know what parts you're talking about, the chubby white girl with glasses asked someone else for help and they done charged me over 100 for an air intake tube with really bad attitude (it's like 20 bucks in their website), they had no idea what it was in the first place talking about if it's the intake manifold. Smh. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you're reading this, DO NOT GO HERE. Complete garbage attitude from the cashier or manager whatever they were. No wonder this place is empty. The best auto salvage yard experience I have ever had ...used the Bar state car buyback program and dealt with 2 positive ladies who did their job well and had me out of there in 35 minutes. worse place you can go to get parts. they were charging me $380 for a bumper. the guy said ok fog lights extra, fog light bulbs extra, racket extra, they were charging for everything that was on the bumper. these guys are crazy! i also wanted to buy a radio bezel and this clown said $130 and it didn't have a radio. im really upset because i took all morning to take off parts. so my advice to you is to go ask how much the part is before you take it off. its so funny that you take your time to take off parts and they charge you more than a brand new part. never going there again. read more

Wow this place was awesome! Went for a good insulation pad (I know right) and at the dealer there $250 for a brand new one, no way was I paying that. Went on LKQ's website to see if they had my car, or similar models that fit my same pad, and sure enough the Bloomington location did. Now I did some research before hand and knew they charged $3 entrance fee (cash preferred) and no youngsters. So my husband, son and I went to LKQ in search of the pad. My husband brought a tool bag, since you have to get it off yourself, and they inspected the bag at the entrance, which is totally fine. And off he went, I had to stay behind because of my son, but my husband said it was a little hard to find the car since the bay numbers are written on the car bumper. But every car is lined up and easily accessible. My husband asked a nice worker where the bay was, and he was pointed in the right direction. This place is huge! Found and picked his part, and headed to the cashier. You pay inside the gates and yes there is a warranty that they charge you. Depending on the price of your part, depends on the warranty. You have no choice, this is not an optional thing. Spent $25 total with the entrance fee and warranty and couldn't be happier. The pad fit perfectly and I am a happy car owner. read more

Saw a charge for warranty, which is automatically included. That isn't right nor moral. Had I known, I'd have refused. I know the part will fit. It's a plastic piece. It's the same plastic piece for almost 10 years of this trucks body style. I didn't want the warranty. I think this place is going broke, and grasping all the dollars they can. Rialto's employees are rude, they used inappropriate vocabulary and also physically assaulted my husband. After my husband asked to not marked the harness electric connector, that could damage the harness. There is no need from them to assaulted any customer. I'm a female and I usually come to this specific pick your part location I can't imagine if I get that treatment from those employees. They don't have ethic either respect towards customers. The manager didn't listen to our part of the story. She was defending employee's bad attitude, with a "it wasn't intentional" but what if it was the opposite way. I'm pretty sure they will call the police on us. This is definitely unacceptable. Hope someone above that female manager can help us out with complaints. Went into this place today to purchase some spare wheels and was even helped by one of the workers onsite . When I got home the wheels I purchased were incorrect and I immediately called LKQ back to see if I could return. Apparently I cannot even though I purchased within 90 minutes, had a receipt and had my # registered. The person who rung me up never mentioned anything about a warranty which correct me if I'm wrong, they are required to ask at the time of purchase. Marabelle called me around 10 to verify all the paperwork, keys, title, I would be there, etc. and said her guys were coming back so they would call. 1:48 pm still no call. Sooo called LKQ and told someone would call me back in five minutes. 2:15 I called again and was told I would need to wait an additional 11/2 hours. I'm 30 miles from home and need to work but stuck out here in 100 degree heat and I'm supposed to chill and just hang out!!! Last year I came to this yard and they ask you if you want a guarantee or warranty on your parts. I go today and they automatically charge you the 14$ or 15$ for the guarantee/warranty. Nope, we left that shit on the counter and left. The cashier said "it automatically adds it at check out" which is complete BS because I left the San Bernardino and Fontana yard (same day) and they ask you if you want to add it. One guy came back and wanted a full refund on what he had pulled. The guy behind us was like "fuck that. they hit me with that I'm leaving everything", understandable. The cashier tried to say it's for electric parts... we didn't have any but ok we left everything there. As I was leaving the guy in front of me looked at his receipt and ask "you guys charged me the warranty and you didn't even ask?" I chimed in and said that they wanted to charge us that without even asking and laughed. The worker got upset and said "you have to tell them you don't want it." I quickly shut him down by saying we did and that the other yards asked us before we started the transaction. If I am going to buy the guarantee or warranty on something for my VW I might as well buy it new from FCP (lifetime guarantee on all parts) but for caliper carriers? GTFOH with that shit. read more
