My mom and I came on a Friday afternoon at around 2PM to retire her 2002 Camry. Even though we were next in line, we waited for about 30 min before we were helped as there are only 2 guys working. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. My cars totaled in a tow yard and has been sitting in there collecting fees and the driver who's supposed to tow my car to pick n pull told me I could get it picked up same day. So I went to release the vehicle yesterday. Come to find out that after I had released the vehicle,there was no more drivers until tomorrow. Why would they tell me same day pick up if it was not true?? So I paid an additional day for storage fee. They told me they would be able to pick it up between 12-4pm. Now today is the day I was supposed to get my car picked up and they rescheduled me AGAIN because I missed a call from the driver at 7am. Our agreed upon time was 12-4pm! I called in to check the status and they said the driver would contact me 12pm. Nobody called, so I did and they now pushed it to 1pm. I waited for a call and nobody did so I called again around 2pm to check the status and they told me the driver is no longer available to pick the car up today. Now I'm supposed to pay an additional $130 for storage because the office and drivers couldn't communicate effectively. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, HORRIBLE WORK ETHICS. read more

I've been coming here since 2001 I went yesterday and was charged four dollars. I went to the vehicles I was looking for & all five of them were completely stripped down. Many many rows empty. This was my first going to pick n pull and boy I'm disappointed. The inventory isn't that big. And the prices are mad crazy. Selling the pieces more expensive than brand new. I get you have to pay for shipping for most of the part but is worthy knowing that you don't have to spend hours to take one piece out of junk car and then pay for it like it's new. read more

Do not trust the price they give you when you call. I gave them all the information about our car and they looked it up by the VIN number. They quoted $160 without towing and $130 with towing. Absolutely THE WORST staff of any Pick N Pull I've been to. Obscenely RUDE from the moment you enter. Their lack of "customer service" is beyond an understatement, these folks are outright UNFRIENDLY. Location closes at 6PM, with a notice both online and onsite, stating yard closes 30 min prior. Understood. This does not entitle the employees to then roll their eyes upon your entrance to the gate at 5:01PM! As I did exactly this, the attendant on duty proceeded to eyeball me and flicks out "ummm, you've only got like 5 min before we close", and then with a look of utter irritation as I still handed him the $4 entrance fee. He snatches it from my hand and snaps, "you've got FIVE minutes". I just looked at him in shock and said, well okayyyyy- mmhmm. Now completely fuming inside- I muttered "actually now it's 27 minutes, but who's counting" confirming as I look at my watch and walk through at 504. He then barks from behind me, "what was that??!!" Unreal. I just kept walking. You're kidding me right? This dude cannot be serious right now. The audacity!! 5 minutes later roughly 5:09PM, no joke- I hear shouting approaching,.. I look up to find him now cruising the yard screaming at anyone in his sight " WE ARE C L O S E D people, let's GOOOOOO!!!!!!!" At this point, I just can't. I'm so close to walking up to this kid and turning his lights out. Instead, I remain a responsible mature adult and head toward the cashout. I came back to return some parts within their 30 day window, for store credit, but was not able because the paint markings they make are sloppily made and then they claim they can't read them. Make sure when you leave to have all the parts marked clearly and wait a bit for the paint to dry. Make sure they mark the distributor and the cap separately even if they come as one piece. Very rude customer service. Lazy workers. Long lines but some of the workers just do nothing instead of working the checkout. When you return something they can't issue a return receipt. They charge separately for core which they should not on used parts. Their receipts are difficult to read. The yard does not have signs to show the row numbers. Many parts are way overpriced, like a 2 feet thin water hose $9, which I can buy new for less. Overall I give them a failing grade. read more

Our car got stolen here. How it got stolen could've been prevented.. but when the cops finally found the car and we got it send back here to pick up our check: They were still running things the same way which wouldn't have prevented another stolen car situation with another drop off person. They should've been liable. We spent hours stuck here. And they couldn't figure out where the car went off to.. I'm not even upset to whoever stole the car. This is where you go to dismantle your car if you're approved for the CAP Program. Most clients go to 1055 Commercial Court, which is their main recycling center, and get redirected here. While the site is not pleasant, remember that this is a recycling center. The staff are quite kind and polite, something I wasn't expecting to be honest. I had the unfortunate experience of going back and forth to Pick N Pull three too many times because the first time I had arrived at 4:05pm and they are very strict about the "30 mins prior to closing" policy... the second time I didn't have the vehicle's pink slip. I was completely satisfied with the sales associate, but when I agreed to the price to sell my vans I was completely at a loss for words. The absolute Mad misguided contractor for the pickup was obviously on drug's. He never communicated with me about anything. He arrived screaming at his female assistant cusing her as if she were an loley animal. After screaming at her he proceeded to rip the rim completely off one van, and cut deep trench s in my yard left rim in his wake. He was a rude out of control disappointment. I eventually realized that I had to attempt to find a human being inside this poor misguided out of control individual. I am a peaceful 58 year old man, suddenly on the brink of violence, reminding him that I could put a stop to the entire transaction. I got threw to him for a minute, I was at that point completely on the edge of a nervous breakdown. My back and shoulders are completely stowed up as a result of pushing my own vehicle in my own yard,to help her. When the vehicle was operational, he didn't want to take the time to jump van, as I already had it hooked up to the jumpbox. He said he had only 20 minutes, and charged $75 per hour. I informed him that I would put a stop to the entire transaction. If he didn't stop screaming and cussing his assistant and me. It was by far the most disgusting,and disappointing, transaction I have personally ever been a part of. I pray for him, for he is on the edge of self destruction. Then the tow guy comes at my address to pickup the car and my check has $108 on it. They literally scammed me.
