this place ran me around like crazy. its rediculous of how much prices i recieved on the same part. every price i recieved was all higher and higher i wqent in expecting to pay 177.00 and ended up paying 250.00!!! i think it rediculous when you call the price department and they tell the same thing all the 3 times that i called and got there and the cashiers are telling me 195+ pulling fee plus tax plus other taxes like wtf is all that bs. i dont recommend anyone to ever go there,..... its rediculous of how the manager spoke to me because i said the prices keep changing everytime i talked to people there but over the phone it was the same verytime i called. as well as when i was there the manager "HANK" was so beyond RUDE!!! i dont appreciate it i am a very nice person and i also got the question of are you sure i mean did you get a GUY to look at it!!! i mean i am a girl and it doesnt mean i dont know anything i know everything about what i was looking for and its just ignorant of how much someone (particulary) a male to put down females because they think that women dont know anything. read more

I went there on a Saturday at around 4pm. I looked on their website quickly and noticed they closed at 5:30pm. I was going there to look around the old/vintage car lot which is only open on Saturday and Sunday. What I didn't know or forgot is that it's only open from 9am-12pm. I had driven from Canyon Lake to look around. Since they don't keep inventory of the old cars, it's a gamble already going down there and investing an hour + drive. I talked to the guys at the desk and they said they couldn't open it so I could just look around quickly. They said, talk to the manager. I got in touch with the manager in the main building and he agreed to walk me out there and look around. He opened this up specifically for me, and it was HOT out that day too. I'd just like to say it was much appreciated and it was certainly something he didn't have to do, since it was my mistake. read more

All the employees were extremely helpful and charismatic. they all brightened my day with they're cheerful spirits. I wanted to also give a shout out to James for going above and beyond and taking the time to share knowledge about how to fix a problem that would allow me to focus on working and progressing my life towards my goals and aspirations of becoming financially independent. I offered him a few dollars to go towards his dinner and he humbly declined and said "it was his job and was what he was being payed to do"... Pick-N-Pull is the first place that I go to if I need parts for just about any vehicle. They are very courteous and have a complementary shuttle, on site restrooms, they are smoker friendly, and they are fair with their prices. They have very safe rules and guidelines that are easy to follow. The staff are very friendly and helpful, for those that don't know much about vehicles. The area is very large and spacious and there are a lot of parts to choose from as well as a plethora of years, makes and models. Oh and they also have lots of parts. read more

Called in someone assisted me over the phone helped me locate a few Cadillacs husband and I have been looking for fuel pump for 2008.Let me know before having to drive out if they even had them. It only cost $1 per person to get in, but you get to browse acres and acres of junked cars. If you see something you need, just break out your tools and take it! Just make sure you pay for it on the way out. One of the employees named Danny helped me find a back bumper for my Toyota Camry, with no trouble. Love coming to this place. Entry is free for me bamecause I am am a Veteran, otherwise it's a $ 1.00 entry fee. Customer service is wonderful. If you cant pull something off, they have designated parts pullers on the grounds to assist you....for a small fee of course. Lol !! Really reasonable. Lastly. Yesterday I went to pick up some parts for the car and I was greeted by Laura who was professional with a smile in greeting customers. I was able to find the parts I needed very easily by make and model which saved me a lot of time. They also provide a warranty which I found to be quite reasonable. The selection is so large, you could get lost for days looking, luckily you can ask the entrance to run an interchange and they can tell you what rows and what vehicles have a compatible part.
