Absolutely been the worse experience with a body shop. As others stated promises that are not kept, updates not kept and services not completed properly. They did a good job fixing the parts in the accident, problem they scratched the door and now I have to take it back later. I know there will be no loaner while I'm out my vehicle. I had to call them and my insurance to get supplements and status updates on my own weekly. I would be told it was 90% done then we didn't get the door. We had door but we can't find it, then we didn't order the door, then we don't have the fender, then I get vehicle back and dings everywhere, that they said insurance wouldn't cover, well yeah they caused them, broken latch to my sunroof, that apparently I am being told I broke and not my fault. Having worked in a shop and knowing how important word or mouth and customer service should be valued this does not seem like a priority. It sours my opinion overall of the Vara. Not to mention a coworker had to same issues. It's sad my vehicle in worse condition then before the accident and they won't take ownership of the damages. So many dings and there are more from scratches on the new door they replaced, to fluid or rust stains and the emblem they replaced being black instead of chrome like original. I'm just tired of going back and forth with them. I know they were mad cause I called them out for not calling me for updates but the employee accused me of calling her a liar, when I asked her for the truth and we had conversation in front of body shop Secretary. I asked Secretary if I called her a liar? And she tell Secretary to not talk to me, she has no business in our conversation, so I asked for boss and had to wait and got body shop manager but not higher up. I tried to reach out by chat but couldn't get a reply, how do I reach out? Did finally get chat back but I had to initiate. Update, no repairs yet, after 4 months hard to get a loaner from someone, so my wife is content to just be able to get to work and go out of town to conferences she's held off while repairs were being made. I did fix patch myself, they offered to fix but it's 2 screws and she needed it fixed. Trying to organize date to take back, with promise repairs would be done same day. My wife did ask to share 2 more photos of damage to hatch they just painted over and did not fill, from removal of old emblem and sander marks on glass. Today she looks and find paint runs in door jambs and more touch up jobs that were not great.

I am from out of town (2 hours) and I called the dealership, they took my application over the phone and gave me a quote on my trade in. I was told to come in and I did, early morning and I was able to close on a deal by lunch time. They were good to me and my salesman Francisco Zepeda was honest and treated me good. I met his dad Rick who also works there and he was a down to earth gentleman. The sales manager D. Garcia was good to me and I was impressed with the way they handled my transaction. My wife ended up doing business with them and she ended up buying a vehicle herself that same day as well. We were there a bit longer during my wife's transaction but it was worth it since she ended up getting a brand new vehicle herself. Now I've read the other comments here and they all seem to deal with getting service done on your vehicle. All I know is the sale part went smooth for us and I really appreciate the way they took care of us.

We took our child here to buy their first car under their own name. After looking at many places we…read morecame here because the selection of cars was decent there is a small warranty and the bi-weekly payments seemed manageable for a young person starting out with the responsibility of their first car. The sales experience was long as to be expected when buying a car but the sales person was personable. They will work with a $500+ down payment but be aware you will be paying interest free payments for the first month or two to a deferred down payment amount before actually paying on your note, so buyer beware you should probably come in with at least $1500 down if not more. Read the paperwork before signing. Now also beware of the franchise status. If you start at this location, especially if you are making deferred down payments in the beginning of your note, and you find that you are closer to the other location it will not matter you have to return to your original location for any issues or questions. Also, it is very hard to get back in touch by phone with anyone specific at this location, email is best. And once you have bought the car they are not as nice afterwards as far as accommodations or help as they talk about when you are buying the car. They also pressure you into writing an amazing review for them here on Yelp right away even while still in store waiting to finish up your sale, that is because if you wrote after having to maybe deal with them after the buying experience you would not be as apt to write the same review. So wait to write your review until at least 3 months after you have bought your vehicle or at least until after your first problem with anyone in this location. All in all buy at the other location on Weidner! The other location is less crowded the environment is lower stress and the people there are not rude or argumentative. The ladies out at Weidner in the finance department are patient and kind and the GM at Weidner, Ram Herrera, is a wonderful man to work with. Think before you buy.

When we pulled up it wasn't extremely busy but soon did become packed with pickers. The place is organized by cars and has signs indicating where are the models are. There are plenty of vehicles to pick from. Everyone was also nice. We didn't understand the mechanism to take the tire off and some guy came up and showed us plus helped us get it off. It was a good experience. I would recommend this place over getting this new. You can get a replacement part at a bargain. Would recommend. You will spend some time looking through the various car parts. There is a small admission fee, they offer warranty, and prices are very reasonable for what you collect. This place is great!

I thanked her and said we really appreciate that and she proceeded to let us know that we had until 530 to be in the establishment and we went on our way. Upon checking out we asked why the military discount wasn't applied since the lady said it would be flagged. The extremely rude young man with all the cheap a$$ jewelry then proceeded to argue with us about what the woman said. When we reiterated that's what she said, he said" no she didn't," and we went back and forth a couple times and he turns to the heifer at the counter who then lied and said "I just told them they could get a discount." Why would you take the time to say "I flagged your account so they'll know when you check out" instead of just saying "be sure to mention it when you check out." Like, what was the point of wasting the time? Maybe it's so they don't have to give you the discount? Seems like an inside trick to me. If this is how they're gonna treat veterans who fight for this country and risk their lives, maybe this is an establishment you don't want to invest in. The best way to get and keep repeat customers is to honor the discount you say you're going to offer...make it right by not arguing with the customer and offering to apply a credit as soon as the mistake was realized instead of just being rude and condescending, so I'll probably never come back here and I will tell everyone I know what a shitty establishment this place is and refer them to Wrench a Part from now on. At least both of the Wrench A Part locations in San Antonio were clean, relatively organized, and not some sort of biohazard minefield that looks like it doubles as a rage room. Good luck trying to get a cart or engine puller around this place unless you spend an hour clearing a path.
